Go In Pro did a wonderful job on my roof. The owner made himself accessible at all times. I even called thecowner twice after 8PM and he still answered my call with kindness and professionalism. Mr. Alexander also took time to acknowledge and answer some if the sully questions that my kids had. I am pleased to say that i got exactly what i signed for in my contract. Since Go In Pro did my roof they have also done my brother roof, and my church member. We are all well pleased

I can’t say enough good things about Go In Pro Construction! From our first contact to the final walk-through all aspects of the project went smoothly and seamlessly. Nick did a great job staining the fence. He put very nice trim across the top that makes the whole fence look classy! It will also make the stain last longer!

I met Nick after he stopped by to introduce himself. He was doing work on one of my neighbors homes. He wanted me to know who is working our community and have a contact point if at any point there was something I needed help with. In the past I’ve had very negative experiences with my insurance carrier so at first I was a little skeptical. But after watching him complete a roof and window replacement next door I decided I’d be foolish to not give him an opportunity. And I’m so glad that I did. Turns out you only have certain amount of time to file claims on damages to your home and it got my claim file just in time. He was able to get me approved for a roof replacement window replacement and repainting the entire house. He even got them to approve replacing my garage doors and fence. About a year ago, in March 2023, I consulted Nick about adding solar panels to my roof. He was very personable and educated me about this. I liked and trusted Nick so much that I signed up that same day for solar, and he promised to take care of all my questions, permitting licenses and coordination. He did just that and more. Within 6 months, even with heavy traffic for solar processing and licensing, my solar system was installed and functioning beautifully! Throughout this process Nick's quality advice and caring for me, and even looking out for my neighbor's roof in need of replacement, he was always responsive and the utmost professional.
When winter set in, and snow dripped off my solar system roof onto my patio, Nick researched the best and most cost-effective way to solve my snow issue by installing a creative way to let the roof ledge melt the ice dams to allow snow to melt into my gutter. I'm thankful for this solution, for the excellent solar installation, and for Nick, who has become a friend who I am pleased to recommend.
In addition to his solar expertise, he knows how to analyze and fix roof problems, and has a passion for knowing what to do to get insurance to cover roofing replacement costs.

I'm very happy with my solar system. Believe it or not, I wasn't billed for my solar installation, even after I'd had it working for several months. I kept asking, when do I pay? I had signed up for a very reasonable payment plan, but ended up paying cash.

I am so glad that I met Nick and trusted Go In Pro Construction. They delivered on everything they said they would. And the best part was I didn't have to talk to my insurance company at all. Nick handled every aspect of the claim. Meeting with The adjuster to secure initial approvals. Submission of all supplemental estimates. Negotiations of total scope. He pulled the build permits. The project passed inspections with not issues. I would definitely hire Nick in the Future and have Already referred him to A few Friends.

I know Nickolas Alexander Personally. I've done several projects with him. 4 Bathroom remodels, 2 Kitchen remodels, painted 3 houses, stained 4 fences, also detached and reset 3 solar systems with Nick" He is always super attentive to the smaller details most contractors miss. Nick has a really good eye. When its for an insurance inspection to secure approval on a roof, windows, or siding; No one is better a better advocate or representation you could have. When it comes to remodeling existing spaces Nick has an incredible understanding of Feng Shui. I've seen him add space, beauty, and most importantly Value to every house.

Side note* These one star reviews that are suddenly appearing on Nicks google are definitely fake. Its sad to see someone with such obvious malicious intent trying to pull Nick into the mud. He's a Stand up guy.
