We are selling our house and needed help closing out a few items on our 'fix' list. Not having enough time to do it myself and only a couple days before closing I drove past Ernie's truck and I remembered that I still needed to get the gutters cleaned. I called Ernie late on a Saturday evening and he picked up and was very accommodating. He had a guy out on Monday afternoon and completed the job quickly and professionally. I would use Ernie again in a heartbeat...and I will b/c we have another property needing gutter cleaning. Thanks Ernie!

This is an updated review of my experience with Ernie and his company. I originally left a 5 star review (still posted on his website, even though I deleted it from Google two years ago) not realizing how things would turn out. Everything did seem great once Ernie was done, until I had repairs that needed attention. I paid him in full not realizing there were problems that needed to be fixed. Mind you, this project was over three years ago so I would say that I have been extremely patient with Ernie to get the necessary repairs fixed. He usually ignored most of my calls, texts, and emails for the most part and just every so often call or respond usually with the same response: "I haven't forgotten about you." In some responses, he would also tell me that my repair job was just too small for him to get a crew out to work on it--ironic since he claims "no job too small" on his website or that he literally can't get any crews to work for him. Funny since I read reviews that have been written within the last three years and obviously he is able to do some jobs--just not on my house... Anyway, I wanted to believe him and, like I said, I was very patient--who wants to wait over 3 years for a repair job?!? I went ahead and called another company that responded and did the repairs right away. Unfortunately, because Ernie was unable to follow through with his word and do maybe an hour long repair job on my house in a timely manner, I'm unable, in good conscience, to recommend his services anymore.

Ernie was a wonderful to work with. I had a house I was selling and was under a serious time crunch to get a section of gutter replaced. He had his team out the next day to take care of it. I happened to be there that evening and he was driving by just to ensure the quality of finish. I highly recommend Ernie and his team.

I called Ernie's Roofing because I experienced a leak in a bedroom. They came out identified the roof area & repaired it quickly.
I would recommend them for their prompt and fair price roof repair.

Our tenants called on the Sunday before Memorial Day to report multiple roof leaks into the second floor ceiling of our rental home. Ernie took my call, visited the property on Memorial Day (Monday), found the leaks and his crew repaired it in Tuesday. Fair price. Old-fashioned reliability, honesty and skill. Like a trusted friend.

Ernie and his crew did a wonderful job on my roof replacement. He is very knowledgeable and has many year of service that enabled him to accurately assess the roof repair/replacement. Ernie worked with the insurance company to more thoroughly understand the repairs and replacement that required additional financial consideration. My new roof is beautiful and was installed in a timely manner. The roofing crew were very professional. I highly recommend Ernie for any roofing issues.

Ernie did a roof replacement for my home and I am very satisfied with his work. He also handled the insurance claim and assited in completing the paper work. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Fast complete gutter cleaning. The owner also provided me with no nonsense clarity on conducting life on your own terms which made me wonder if this guy really can walk on water.... just loo at my gutters

Ernie is a super nice guy! Had an affordable price out of the estimates I collected & got the job done on a good day for me. My gutters were clogged solid, they sent pictures when they were done of them all cleaned out and I wouldn’t even had known they were here….They cleaned everything up perfectly on the ground (my patio)!

Ernie is an absolute wealth of knowledge, pragmatic advice and technical expertise. I could not recommend a service provide with more integrity and honesty; a breathe of fresh air in the modern world from a homeowner's perspective.

ASAP roofing was absolutely amazing they are very professional they keep in constant contact with you they make the process very simple. I would and have recommended this roofing company for all of your home repair needs.

This company is a rip off do not use them and they don't even deserve one star. They committed fraud against our insurance company claiming to replace items and not doing the work but collecting the money. We went to court over our roofing job because we refused to pay them for the crappy job they did and after we came to an agreement that was signed by both parties and the judge and made a final payment to them they are now taking us to court again for the same job that they never completed. These people are thieves, liars and cheats and are trying to harass us by taking us to court again. WARNING!!!! Use these people at your own risk.
I have a 33 page report outlining everything that they did not do that they were suppose to do and is what I went to court with.

Very helpful in getting insurance money to pay for new roof. Helped every step of the way. Then when roof went up, it was fast and professional. Looks amazing. I recommend asap roofing if you need a new roof.

UPDATE: Used them a second time, I don't know if they changed ownership but his time they jerked me around, a lot. It is March, roof was replaced in December, damage happened in September. They still are trying to get an estimate together to bring to me so I can pay them. Check is waiting....

watch out for this company. they were at my door so fast to pick up the $8000 check for my roof and gutters but while doing the roof they damaged my brand new garage door and did not installed my gutters. now Im trying to call the company to get an answer about when my gutters will be installed and when are they gonna go repair my garage door and the first three calls I was sent to a full voice mail box and the other 5 times I called they just hung up on me. great ethics guys. just pick up your phones and hang up. you already have my money and now no one want to help me.

Really annoyed that their roofers think it's ok to take off our satellite dish and leave it hanging off the side of our house rather than re-mounting it. We called the guy who did the original bid and he said they would send someone out first thing in the morning. No one showed and after calling the office they said they are not sending their guys to come back to fix it, we have to call the satellite company to come out and they claim they will reimburse us whatever we have to pay the company to come out, which I won't hold my breath on. Definitely not impressed and would not recommend them to any of my friends or family

ASAP recently replaced my roof. All of my questions were answered quickly and promptly by their Sales Manager Ian House. I would highly recommend them to anyone who thinks they may need a new roof, paid for by their insurance.

This company has rung my doorbell during dinner 4 times this summer. Upon opening the door, I point to our "NO SOLICITOR" sign on the door, to which they always reply, "But I'm not trying to sell you anything!" The shpeil is that they want to offer you some kind of free roof deal or discounted roof deal. Since they're not trying to sell you a roof, the sign doesn't apply. I've called the company and left messages with my address telling them to stop bothering us. Tonight, it happened again. The guys said that if we put one of their signs in our yard, they and other roofing companies would stop bothering us. To be clear, THEY are the only ones harassing us. So if I advertise your company with a yard sign, you will stop bothering us... blackmail anyone? Thinking about reporting them to the BBB as well as the Colorado State Attorney General for harassment.

My experience with ASAP Roofing, was so convenient for me. They told me when to expect the workers, and when they would be completed all within a couple of days.
The clean up was very good, the quality of the work and materials was top grade!

Great job. The roof was done in one day. The materials were delivered the same day as the job. There was no mess. The roof looks great and passed inspection. Thank you to Kevin W., who kept in close contact with my insurance.
