Logan Booth with ASAP roof was very professional and made the task of having my roof done an easy experience. I've dealt with other companies in the past, and figured this would be a headache as well. Logan was very personable, and kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. He took the liberty of speaking to my insurance company so i did not have to continue to call them myself. His exceptional follow up with me kept me updated with the work done on my home. Other roofing companies claimed false promises, but Logan Booth and ASAP Roof came through for me. This is the first time I have been able to get my roof repaired in 8 Years and it's saving me money from my insurance. He was even able to have my house repainted to my specifications. This has definitely been a burden lifted and I would recommend Logan Booth and ASAP roofing to anyone!

ASAP Roofing took care of everything, including meeting my insurance adjustor to point out the damages and why it needed REPLACING versus REPAIRING. The roofing team was efficient, having 99% of the work done in one day and did a fantastically thorough clean up job leaving almost no hardware in my lawn which is important when you have kids and dogs. Rachel was instrumental in ensuring work was completed to my satisfaction before signing off on my claim. I would definitely use them again.

ASAP has taken care of my roofing problems efficiently and with a great customer service oriented attitude. We have now had ASAP mange two roof replacements for us, and we are having them manage interior repairs caused from storm damage. We appreciate everything they have done to help us make our home livable again!

My roof had to be replaced after a severe hailstorm last year. ASAP sales guys drove around my neighborhood and checked my roof for "free". I was naive to sign up ASAP on the spot to replace my roof without doing in-depth research.

The firm communicate horribly - five different "project managers' asking the exactly same things when it comes to money. Then they disappeared when it comes to actually fixing my roof and damaged sidings on time.

Worse, roofing job was done improperly. Now with daily rains these days, my wife and I hear water dropping from the roof into the ceiling of our master bedroom every time when there is heavy rain. Speaking of water torture!

I am taking this firm to BBB and the lawyer.

My experience with ASAP roofing was very delightful I didn't think that I actually needed a new roof at the time but I'm glad that I got it done because my roof helps my home stand out among the other houses in my neighborhood. The process was really easy and if I had any questions of the process the people at ASAP Roofing were very helpful to my needs. I want to thank Rashawn for doing his job and advising me to get my roof done with ASAP Roofing because without him looking out for me as a customer I might of blew a great opportunity. I recommend ASAP Roofing to everyone in my neighborhood and all of my family and friends in Colorado.

All depend on who you work with, last year were a bunch of contractors knocking at my door, promise a 100% my roof could be replaced, but after an adjuster meeting they let me alone getting only a partial roof paid, since then they never called me.

Nick K. with ASAP, come to my house and explain me the process but no promise anything because only an insurance adjuster aprove to replace o repair the roof, he took his time with all the process after my roof was approved, I didn't have to deal with anything except for the shingles color and install date, no side work, only roof. also the install crew (Diego, Cecilio & "Panchito") did a great work, clean, fast (one day install).

Do I recommend this company? I will say yes after my bad experience with other contractors, with ASAP I never was alone in this process,

Although I am not a fan of soliciting, I was grateful that the ASAP Roofing representative convinced me to have a free inspection of my roof. Sure enough I had hail damage and given that the roof was 15 years old, it was time for a new one. ASAP Roofing is an efficient company that gets the job done and has friendly representatives that help you understand the process. I was very pleased with the final product, the new roof looks beautiful! I would recommend ASAP Roofing to friends and family.

We recently had our roof replaced by asap roofing. We originally thought we were getting a quote/inspection. As it turns out it was a contract for work to be completed. This I learned after reading many terrible reviews here. We decided to go through with the roof work instead of trying to get out of our misrepresented contract. I wanted to give these people a 5 star review but I cannot.

The good, I am happy with the end result of the roof replacement and the asap employees I dealt with were generally pleasant.

The bad, these people are horrible at communication. Our roofing materials were not left on the agreed date. Once the job was complete, I called the company to get a picture of what I should expect. I was told I would get a call from a manager in twenty minutes. ..... a month later I was contacted to schedule delivery of the warranty information. Also, when I went in to pay the balance it was about $1000 more than I was quoted. We were able to resolve that and now our business relationship is done.

Even though I am satisfied with the end result, the process was way more frustrating than it was worth.

We recently had a hail storm in our neighborhood, it was at that time that I met Thomas Currie of ASAP roofing. He inspected our roof and informed me that we had hail damage. He helped me in filing the claim and following up. At the point that my insurance company got involved we began to have issues. The insurance company continued to give different messages about the condition of my roof. We heard it was in excellent condition and then also heard that we had warranty issue problems with our shingles. At one point an inspector said the we had hail issues with one part of the roof but not the other and then did not follow up with monetary compensation. Neighbors on all sides of us were getting their roofs replaced. Thomas has continued to be our advocate. He has researched the warranty issues, has talked with several adjusters and has continued to help us problem solve how to take care of the issues with our roof. He has been through and creative in trying to solve the issues. I would highly recommend his customer service skills. We are still working on the roof issue but he has never wavered in his commitment to try to get our roof replaced at no expense to us. I would highly recommend having him out.

ASAP Roofing is top notch. I worked extensively with Ian over the last number of months to get the insurance to pay for my claim. The insurance kept denying my claim and Ian worked above expectations to convince the insurance that it was a legitimate hail claim. Got the whole roof covered after months of deliberation. Ian was knowledgeable and proactive. He seemed to love going to bat for me against my insurance. Whenever I would meet with him, he was exactly on time which is very important to me. I couldn't recommend them more. The work was done professionally, and I was able to communicate with them all along the way. Then we even got some of the gutters thrown into the claim as well. I was very pleased with ASAP roofing! The team I worked with were very responsive to my needs and worked very well with my mortgage and insurance companies. They got the work done in a minimum amount of time with no issues. They responded to my request and questions immediately and were quick to fix any misunderstandings. Considering I had to use ASAP roofing for catastrophic hail storm , the whole process was smooth with them. From the first contact to the completion.Dave Mitchell went over & above to make sure everything was done right. And that I was informed throughout the process. Even when my insurance company denied my claim- which they did numerous times, while every single house around me got new roofs- Dave took more pictures , did more documentation to prove the claim was authentic. I would recommend them to anyone & trust a great job will be done! I think my neighbors would agree as well, as now my house is the sharpest in the block....

Due to hail damage, I had my house re-roofed ( a complete tear-off) by ASAP Roofing. I am sorry to admit, but I am very leery of all contractors and especially roofers. I had numerous roofers stop by over the last two years, and I have said "no" to all of them. However, Tony from ASAP somehow convinced me to give him a shot to do all the work with the insurance company and put on a quality shingle. I made no promises to go with ASAP, and checked them out with the BBB and for any negative comments on the Internet. Anyway, they checked-out OK. The bottom line - they put on a quality, new roof in one day, which I am pleased with. They sent an experienced roofer, Igor, to accompany the insurance adjuster, who inspected the hail damage and determined the claim amount. Igor also helped my wife and I pick out the right shingle and color to go with the house and neighborhood. After the job was complete, I was surprised that one of the owners (Nick) stopped by to make sure I was happy with the new roof. I was concerned about roof ventilation, and Nick had some good ideas to improve. He got me a good deal and had two solar-powered "turtle vents" installed, which I'm real happy with. Tony is a straight-shooter and kept me informed during the whole roofing/insurance process. Tony and ASAP exceeded my expectations.

Thank you, ASAP Roofing! This has been the best experience I've had with a roofing company. Chase was honest and upfront with the contract. He wrote in for me, that should the insurance company not agree to pay the full amount minus my deductible, the contract was void. He stayed on top of the insurance approval for me including having them pay for interior water damage due to a leaking roof from the last company to replace the roof. He called several times to let me know how things were coming along with the insurance company and to let me know when materials would be delivered. Materials were delivered the day before work began. The crew showed up on time, were courteous, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Someone from ASAP (sorry, I don't remember his name!) showed up before the crew left to make sure I was happy with the work and to answer any questions I might have.
The new roof was installed early December 2015 and so far, NO LEAKS!

ASAP roofing was great! I used them for a hail-storm insurance claim in the Murphy Creek Golf Course neighborhood. They had great prices, were efficient, and easy to work with. They certainly made it easier when dealing with the insurance company. The roof job was perfect and had no issues (even 90+ days later). I was able to get a different colored shingle for no extra charge. They were fast and did a great job in cleaning the job site. I absolutely would recommend ASAP roofing.

I was not sure I really needed a new roof but thought I would look into it. Contacted someone at ASAP (recommended from someone I work with) and quickly someone was on my roof. This personable young man said yes I had evidence of hail damage and we contacted my insurance who also handled this situation quickly and professionally (Madison Insurance/Auto-Owners). The ASAP roofer and the insurance inspector set up a meeting and soon were on my roof determining the extent of the damage and what the insurance would cover. ASAP helped me pick out a suitable shingle and set a date for my roof to be installed. The supplies were dropped off and the roofers came on the correct date and time. The workers worked hard and managed to finish mostly before the heavy rains of this past summer. The roof looks great! I am very happy with the job ASAP and the roofers did. There was also damage to rain gutters and a metal awning. If I have a complaint about ASAP it is that they were slow on finishing this aspect of the job and could have communicated what was going on better. In the end the new awning is also great. So I would recommend ASAP to others without hesitation.

We had a great experience with ASAP Roofing. I will say we were hesitant at first since we weren't looking to replace our roof and they just knocked on our door. We didn't realize how much hail damage there was until we saw the pictures and our insurance company confirmed it. We met with Kevin who was very knowledgeable and explained how they would work exclusively with our insurance company. And they did! We worked primarily with Kevin as our project manager but Tyler also stopped by a couple of times. Both are very professional. They were on time for our meetings, returned our phone calls, and answered all of our questions/concerns. Kevin called periodically to let us know how things were moving along, when the project would start, and when the supplies would be delivered. He even called after the job was complete to tell us we had overpaid and they were sending us a refund check. His dedication to customer service was outstanding. We would most definitely recommend ASAP roofing!

I should have known... A girl came to my door after a hail storm and "helped" me file a claim while promising to use ASAP Roofing to complete the job. they didn't get the job stated until December, and used their extra crews from Texas (it was two guys). It was around 10 degrees that week and it seemed odd they were continuing to work since it was so cold but I allowed the "experts" to continue.

Needless to say, five days later, assuming the job was done I climbed the ladder only to find the roof 1/2 done. There were shingles, tools, buckets etc. I called them and eventually a new crew came. It took about three weeks to fully complete.

Soon after completion as the warmer weather arrived we began to see our ceiling bubbling. It turned out all of the external piping was never sealed and the slow leak had been seeping into my attic for months. My entire ceiling was damaged. It cost me an additional $4,000 to repair.

In the mean time they were requesting payment!!! They continue to request payment. I will fight this until I die. They are everything that's wrong with the world. Had they walked away, payed to have the roof fixed, it would be over but they chose otherwise. This has been an absolute nightmare!

Run... don't walk, run away from this horrible company. The name alone is all about being the first place to call. Keep scrolling, do yourself a favor!

Josh from Formula Roofing was fantastic. He and Sage came out and inspected my roof and determined that I had numerous broken tiles. Josh also evaluated my skylight. Josh was great at explaining everything and providing advice and options. Josh and Sage completed the work and did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

Great group. When I needed work on my mom's house in order to close on a sale, Formula Roofing were there. They did a professional job efficiently and at a fair price. Highly recommend!
