I would highly recommend Formula Roofing. Miles and John were thorough from the start. We were in the process of buying a home and had John out to assess the roof. John actually climbed on the roof and removed several tiles to see the condition under what was visible and wrote a detailed report. We are grateful he did that because we discovered the roof was at the end of its life. We had been told it was in great shape and thanks to Formula we uncovered the reality. As a result we were able to get support to replace the roof which we of course did with Formula. Let me tell you, Formula is a well oiled machine. We placed our order and work was started right away. Miles communicated regularly and his team showed up when they said they would. They took care of our property along the way, safeguarding our driveway from the dumpster etc.. Being in the mountains we had some challenges but they were unfazed. I would highly recommend Formula to anyone looking for a roof replacement and would happily be a referral for their future potential business.

Awesome to work with, great communication, amazing work, and a very fair price.
They came out and repaired a few damaged shingles, replaced the roof on our shed, and removed our old swamp cooler/patched the hole.
They managed to match our old shingles near perfect and were done in just a few hours.
The owner came out after to personally sign off on the work and even did a few touch ups himself which is great to see. He even offered to come back out once winter is over to make sure the shingles are laying flat and all is well. Highly recommend.

Tynan the project manager was a professional with knowledge and expertise that gave me confidence. I had three other bids, non came close to thoroughness, avoiding change orders that can be a pain. Highly recommend Formula Roofing!!

From the initial inspection to the report to the help finding financing and execution this was an amazing job. I couldn’t be more impressed with Sam and his team. They got it done so fast and such great quality work. I would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof.

Formula Roofing is absolutely incredible. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and every part of the project reflected real craftsmanship and pride in their work. On top of that, their team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. They recently refreshed the awnings at the Bromwell playground, and the results were impeccable—clean, sharp, and better than we imagined. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Tynan was fantastic to work with!! He was very friendly and straight forward. He was honest about work needing completed and pricing. He even went as far as to get creative to stay within my budget for repairs. They were quick to get me an estimate and quick getting repairs done. I would recommend him and Formula roofing to anyone needing the services.

Jason and his crew were wonderful to work with. They worked directly with our insurance company to ensure that everything that was done was covered for the agreed upon amount. The roof and gutters were completed on time and in a clean and organized way. Would recommend. The permit is still open so if there are any issues at inspection, we will update this review.

My original review was 1 star because it took over 8 weeks to get someone out to fix the leak that should have been covered under warranty. Jenesis originally replaced my roof after the bad hail storm in 2017.
One of the skylights that was repaired recently started leaking (according to the guys here today it was not fixed right the first time).
My paperwork states that workmanship is warranted for 5 years so this should have been easy.
Didnt have any luck with the office staff when I first started calling. When I did talk to someone they seemed clueless and told me I'd get a call back, which I never got. I kept calling and emailing and finally got in touch with JP, who said they'd get it fixed.

After 8 weeks of no movement I finally left a review on Yelp and figured I'd get someone else to fix it. Within an hour of leaving that review JP was on the phone getting me scheduled. Within a week (once the weather settled down) they came and fixed the sun tunnel.

The guys that were here were nice and it seems like they did a good job.
JP is genuinely concerned about the company image and even came by after the repairs to make sure everything was good and to thank me for my patience. Sounds like he had an employee that gave him bad information which led to the delay, and it seemed genuine, but I guess I'll never know. Communication could have been much better, especially with the office staff from the beginning

Jenesis Roofing did our roof after the hail storm a couple of years ago. I wanted to do a review now because the roof is still fantastic! They were in and out in two days. They were fast and clean, and the only thing they left behind was a beautiful new roof.

We have had TWO roofs put on with Jenesis Roofing and I have been nothing but excited about how simple Jenni made the process. They did all the work with the insurance agency. THAT was awesome for me. The roofs were done quickly and with quality work. Thank you Jenesis Roofing!

We were one of the lucky ones who were caught up in the Hail Storm of 2017 in May. We live 2 miles from Colorado Mills Mall (which was destroyed for 6 months). Our neighborhood was inundated with Roofing Companies who promised the world and were even stalking and uncomfortable at times, always wanting to know what our insurance company was paying us so they could mark up their cost. Jenesis was different, professional and excellent. Jenni was constantly in touch, sent top people, the clean up was above par (not one nail was found), and the gutters are amazing. Jenni helped us choose the color of our tiles and we LOVE it. It took 2 days, that's it. I hear horror stories from my neighbors but not us, Jenni took amazing care of us and as a business owner, I would recommend Jenesis above all! Thank you Jenni..you rock!!

We work with Jenesis roofing on many projects. As an electrical contractor, we install electrical to attic exhaust fans and de-icing cable. Jenesis is always on time and ready for our crew when we get there.

In addition, they patch roofs for us after we remove or install a riser. Again, always on time and professional. And the quality of work is impeccable.

I met with several roofing contractors after our roof was hit by hail. Most failed to impress me. There were lots of promises & high pressure tactics. There was much variation in the price quotes that I received. One offered to reimburse us our insurance deductible. This is illegal in Colorado.

I then met with Duane McDowell of Jenesis roofing. He was very straightforward easy to work with. There was no BS and no pressure. Duane worked up a quote during our meeting using the same estimating software that our insurance company uses. His estimate was within a couple dollars of the insurance quote.

The roof install was completed two days ahead of schedule. The job site was left clean when work was complete. There was one small problem with our gutter install. Duane went out of his was to make sure issue was addressed promptly. He communicates well. My emails & phone calls have always been promptly and politely returned.

Jenesis Roofing brought integrity to the whole process. They did a great job for us. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Excellent service and support all around, responded very quickly when I called asking for a free inspection after a severe hailstorm on Memorial Day. All work completely quickly, they responded speedily when I had any questions/concerns.

Took only 6 hours at most to replace the entire roof on my 1000 square foot house, gutters only took a couple of hours. Quick and polite crew.

Jason was happy to come out and be at my house when the insurance adjuster came out, to advocate for the most coverage possible - they ended up replacing my roof, gutters and pieces of siding, along with repainting my house so the siding all matched, and had it all completed not even 6 weeks after the damage.

JP was so helpful. We were in an emergency situation and he did not hesitate to do everything they could to take care of us. His staff was very helpful and professional. Jenesis is our go to for all of our roofing needs.

I am happy to share my experience with the New Jenesis Roofing and in particular with J-P Coudray and the New team.
I had a new roof installed using the old Jenesis Roofing. While their work seemed to be ok, I was not thrilled with the foreman and installer. I paid for items which I was strong armed into buying. Last Autumn my roof sprang a major leak, damaging the outside and also doing damage inside. I called Jenesis and spoke to J-P. He explained that they were under new management, and in fact the installer that worked with us before was no longer with his company. J-P came out right away assessed the damage and was very responsive to me. He followed through with everything keeping me informed along the way. He fixed the roof, and now is reimbursing me for the interior damage. I really can not say enough good things about this new company. If I ever need another roof and/or have neighbors who need a new roof I will unhesitatingly recommend Jenesis and J-P Coudray.
