Jenesis Roofing is by far the most professional and efficient roofing company I have ever worked with. Jenni's guys replaced the roof on our house last week, and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, Jenni's attention to detail and knowledge made this process one of the easiest projects we have ever dealt with. The explanation of the different materials and products available on the market made our decisions educated rather than someone just telling us "this is what we use". Top notch company, keep up the great work. It's no wonder you guys are are such a successful company!

Had Jenesis deal with my hail damage. about a 20K roof job, and it was a great experience from start to finish.

The estimator was great. The foreman on the job was great. They kept me informed. They cleaned up after themselves. They SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, and were done when they said they would be.

I even brought up a problem we'd had repaired from a previous roofer, and Jenni made sure the extra flashing

I even had a bit of a problem, and - which is the real way to judge a company. One of the workers broke a light on my home - and Jenni called, let me know, and had a replacement put in by a licensed electrician. It was as painless as it could have been.

Top notch from top to bottom. I've referred them to people i care about, and they've taken care of them the same way they took care of me.

I reached out to Jenesis based in others ratings and the job they finished for me, roof and gutters, in the last few weeks went great! At one point I had a concern on some final touch up and Jason, project manager, and the owner of the company went well the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the end results! Great small business with employees and leadership that clearly care about the quality they deliver!

I received a customer service call from the original owner, Jenni, who was very professional and understanding. She promptly sent me a check to fully cover the costs of the repairs, which we very much appreciated.

BEWARE!!!!! Jenesis replaced our roof in Louisville after the hailstorm in June and everything seemed fine. In November, our tenants who occupy the house noticed that the furnace was not operating properly and they were experiencing health issues. Fast forward, past the diagnostic visits from HVAC technicians - the Jenesis crew had damaged the roof cap for the furnace and as a result, the furnace was not ventilating properly. Hazardous levels of CARBON MONOXIDE were in the home so we shut off the furnace immediately and our tenants went without heat when it was in the 30s outside. Jenesis sent someone to repair the damage, but then made no attempt to assist with rectifying the situation with the furnace. The repairs to our 2-year old furnace was $1400 and repairs to the water heater, also compromised by the buildup of heat and moisture, was $285. By the way, our tenants went without hot water in December for a week. We only requested that Jenesis reimburse us for the repairs, with no recompense for our tenants. Jenesis just informed me that they do not believe it is their responsibility to cover any of the damage. I wish I could turn back the clock and sign with a vendor that is reputable.

Jenesis Roofing has great service.
We paint houses, and have to work with roofers frequently so we see the good and the bad. Let me tell you; Jenesis has never caused a delay on any project we've worked on together. Not only that, but there's no roof type they can't do well. It's a pleasure to work with a great team, I recommend working with Jenesis Roofing.

I had a great experience with JP and his team. First JP came quickly to inspect my gutters and roof. I thought I had a roof venting problem and missing some exhaust but he pointed out to where they were and advised against adding some as it would disrupt the flow as it was designed. I did have one missing vent on my garage roof attic which was added. His team also did an excellent job on the downspout replacement as I needed to replace two concrete slabs and add an encased channel from the downspout to evacuate the water towards my front garden replacing a buried system which was clogged and no longer functioning.

I reached out to Jenesis Roofing for an opinion on my aging roof. The owner, JP, completed an thorough inspection of my roof and supplied a complete quote to install an new roof. His crew did a great job of removing the old roof and installation of a new roof.

Jenesis roofing came out to look at a leak that was not actually related to my roof. They were very responsive and communicative for the previous roof work they did. Wonderful to work with and attentive.

When Jenesis told me in 2018 my roof could wait two or three years before I needed to replace my roof, I knew their main goal was to take care of their customers, not just make money. After I saved the money, I was glad to have them come back in two years to replace my roof before the shingles deteriorated. They were able to honor the original bid from 2 years ago and had a great crew here within a week. So not only professionalism and quality work, they considered my finances in choosing when I could make this investment. I have worked on three houses now with Jenesis Roofing. Each house was a different project ranging from new construction, inspection, and repair. I can not say enough good things about JP and his crew. They are awesome, and their quality of work was excellent. They showed up when they said they would, their price was competitive, and the whole experience from the front office down to the crew on-site could not have been better. Jenesis Roofing is extremely responsive and communicative. I called with a leak in my ll-year old roof that Jenesis had originally installed. Even though the leak was from subsequent vent installation, they were on the job immediatelly. Great company for peace of mind!

This is the second time using JP and his team at Jenesis Roofing. After the last hail storm we made the easy decision to call Jenesis and have them repeat the work they had done six years before. You could hardly tell the crew was here they left the area so clean.

JP was great to work with - very responsive and professional. Handled all changes well and work was timely. High quality materials and his crew did a clean installation. All of them were open to my many questions and few concerns, and all of the details I wanted to cover. Very minor issues addressed immediately. Fair, honest, and flexible, which is hard to find these days. Other roofing companies go to great lengths to game their ratings and reviews, but not the case here. Will recommend to family, friends, and anyone else in the area who needs a quality roof at a fair price.

Jenisis handled my remodel tear off and reinstall of shingles and gutters/downspouts. Pretty involved project roofing wise as we left some existing sections while adding new sections and installed a few large skylights (one being over 21’ long). The new roof has been great with no leaks or issues and passed City of Denver inspections first time with no items. Good team of installers won’t work with and responsive staff internally for scheduling made the process very easy! Definitely recommended
for any roofing needs!
