Formula Roofing handled our insurance hail damage claim with State Farm and did a great job! Miles was our project manager, and I can't say enough nice things about him. All my questions were answered, and he got the project done before winter weather hit. I would recommend them to anyone with roofing needs.

Cub Creek HOA in Evergreen hired Formula Roofing to repair the damages from last summer's hail storm in which we received snowball-sized hail damage to our 11 unit complex. Joe, Mark, Oscar and their entire team did an amazing job for us.

Amazing transformation! We contracted Formula Roofing to provide a full tile roof restoration and gutters replacement. Nick and Tony shared photos from start to finish to provide visibility underneath the original roof. The different phases from the photos looked very uniform and professionally done. The finished product looks fresh and new, especially now with the new gutters. Already received some compliments from my neighbors. The team under Tony’s leadership did incredible work and I appreciated the ongoing communication throughout the project. Since our project was completed during Winter, weather was an expected challenge that the team did an excellent job working around it and even pushing through on a Saturday to stay on schedule. Nick was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. His insight / perspective on the pros and cons between the three options was very helpful to be able to choose the best option for our home. We also appreciated his willingness to work with us to offer a very competitive price on the full restoration and new gutters. Exceeding Expectations: After the project was completed Tony patiently waited at my house (for nearly an hour) to look at an electrical issue we encountered. Turns out the wiring apparently came separated (probably with all the vibration etc.) and there was a loose wire. Tony put his electrician hat on (from past college schooling) and was able to reconnect the old style wiring housing configuration. (House built in 1988) Big thanks to Tony for remedying this issue.

He quickly identified the source of the leak and was able to perform a temporary repair on the spot. The quote provided for the full repair was fair and reasonable. Formula Roofing was fantastic! We called them to check out a possible leak and give us an estimate. James Donnelly came out and couldn’t have been better—super professional and helpful. Instead of suggesting an expensive replacement for the penetration boot, he fixed the problem right then and there. He even took the time to inspect all our roof penetrations and do a general roof check for peace of mind. Honest, thorough, and easy to work with—highly recommend Formula Roofing! I was selling my home and needed my roof replaced in a little under three weeks. Sam Bacon, my project manager got it done! He was great to work with. Responsive to my texts and emails. The workers on the roof were great and left the property in good condition and cleaned up nicely. Really appreciate their effort and professionalism. Was a great customer experience. Would recommend Sam and Formula Roofing and I will call him up if I needed a new roof or repairs in the future.

I bought some discontinued tile from Formula and had a snag in getting my project started. They held the tile while I sorted out the details of my project. From the minute I called to schedule Brent did a great job communicating with me regarding delivery and install of tile roof. Rene showed up a day early to inspect the conditions. They started when they said and completed that day. No issues with mid roof inspection.

I wasn't going to write a review but Formula finally sent me over the edge and now I need to. The thing that finally got me was the "thank you" card written to HARRY LAU.....my name is Larry Hau and always has been on all the paperwork I signed and the 20+ emails I had to send to fix my job. Here's why that little thing sent me over the edge.

I reached out to Formula about repairing concrete tiles on my roof. The estimate went great. Clear statement of the problem, options for me to choose from and even other information about my roof and things I didn't need to fix. Overall, very happy. That was October 2025.

The actual job took some scheduling but also happened in October. They missed the first scheduled day but no big deal, honestly. They had to return another day because they hadn't been given sufficient tiles but again, not too bad.

The problem was that something like half the tiles were not replaced or repaired. I reached out to Formula and they were more than obliging in sending someone back out to fix the broken tiles. Again, not a big deal. Sometimes things happen although this was now the third trip out and was starting to get annoying.

On this fourth and final trip, there were a few parts I felt were questionable and I will give Formula credit, they were willing to come out and do some minor work on those to improve them. However, the previous guy had left a tool on the roof so…he had to come out to get that anyway….

The entire process took around four months due to long lags in return trips (and number of return trips) and even communication.

All through this time, I was getting pinged for invoices that I needed to pay when I considered the job incomplete. While I appreciate their willingness to fix things, I think you can only have so many errors before it becomes a problem. That card, with my name misspelled on it, was just the thing that sent me over the edge after months of waiting and fixing and waiting.

We had a big project consuming about 1 month. The old roof was entirely removed including vents, flashing, everything. It was replaced with mostly shakes and some parts had standing seem metal roofing. From beginning to end the people we worked with were very professional, those in the office and those in the field. Before they quoted they did a very comprehensive evaluation with one of their field experts. The worked with us to understand our needs and offered a variety of alternatives. Costs were as quoted. Logistics were communicated and managed very well. The site supervisor was very knowledgable. The on-site crew was polite, worked efficiently, they did not rush and certainly were not slow. They left the site clean every day. They pointed out details included to improve how water was shed, not present on the old roof. This crew genuinely cared about their workmanship and work product. We were very pleased with the outcome! We did not expect this level of service and care out of a roofing company after the stories we heard for others. Well done!
