Had the roof and gutters replaced with no problems. Thomas Currie handled it all in a professional and thorough manner. He worked directly with the insurance claim, met with appraiser and scheduled the job. The crew showed up as scheduled and cleaned up well. The follow up was done in a timely manner. Thanks Thomas!

Thanks to ASAP Roofing, we were able to get a new affordable roof with no hassle at all! They made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. Thank you Logan Booth, Chase C., and Caleb McGraw for all your hard work. It was a pleasure to work with you!

We worked with Chad MacPhail of ASAP Roofing after our roof was damaged in the hail storm of 2014. Chad was as professional as we could have hoped for. Not only did he take care of all of our needs but he even went out of his way to assure the project was completed accurately and professionally. We will be utilizing ASAP Roofing and Chad for all of our future needs.

Rob was a very professional company representative. He had pictures of the roof and showed me the damage. His explanation was clear and understandable. Caleb set up an appointment for installation on my rental, working with me and my renters to fit our schedules. They both left contact information for us to reach them in case we had further questions. I couldn't be happier.

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!! DO NOT USE THIS ROOFING COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE SHADY AND INCOMPETENT!
I did not receive the singles i was promised. Instead they installed rolled roofing even whenI told them not to! By the time they told me my roof required rolled roofing (due to code) they had already tore off all the old shingles so i really had no choice! Then they did not re-attach my swamp cooler correctly so now it leaks and it has been weeks since they said they would get someone out to fix it! And now they will not return my messages!!
My roof is the ugliest roof in the entire neighborhood!!!
Reply to owners response:
Your hands were tied because you did not quote the correct thing in the first place! You are the experts and failed to recognize the slope of the roof before you removed the existing shingles! Had you told me in advance that i needed to have Mod Bit i would have said NO! My roof/house looks like a warehouse now!! SO UGLY!!!!!!
And what about my swamp cooler! Your roofers propped it up with scrapes of old boards, it leaks and it will not drain! I have been told for weeks that you are sending someone but no one has as much as called me about it!
And the nail pops inside my house are atrocious! My sons bedroom looks like someone took a machine gun to the ceiling! -
Very unprofessional! First, we were essentially tricked into signing an agreement to hire ASAP Roofing. Then, they ended up doing a good job on the project itself. It took two long days when I've seen other companies finish in one short day, but we were pretty happy. But now, we are messing with a repair. There was no leak until we had our roof replaced. Blah! So we are STILL waiting for them to finish. The roof was replaced back in August/September time-frame, and now it's March! They were supposed to be here this morning at 9. They called around 10 to say they were running late. Hmmmm - no kidding! We finally gave up on them and headed to the library around 2. They were there when we returned, but because of their very late start they will have to come back another day to work on the inside. Yay - another wasted day! They should pay for my time! Plus, we are dealing with an office out of state. Next time, we will choose a Colorado company for sure and not ASAP (who should seriously change their name).

ASAP roofing worked with our insurance company to replace our storm damaged roof. All involved were courteous and professional and the roof looks great. In all, it was a hassle free experience and I am quite pleased.

Highly recomend this company. I called 5 roofers requesting bids. None of the other company's wanted to bid the home. They all wanted to talk about how much insurance money I was getting... One company even wasted their time, stopped by under the guise of giving us an estimate, then refused to do one. he kept grilling my wife about the size of the insurance check.
Asap was referred to us by our son. We requested a bid. They provided what we thought was a very fair bid. They scheduled us, and the roofing material was delivered the day before install. They installed the day they said they would. They performed excellently in all areas of the transaction.. We couldn't have asked for better service! Dont call the rest... Call the best! Sincerely Phil -
ASAP did an excellent job - even beyond what I expected. For instance, I had a water issue on the doghouse which was a problem since the house was built. The Builder had fixed it years ago but I knew it was a mess up there. Tyler, one of the ASAP Project Managers, went up and looked at it and he advised me to just cut it off which ended up saving me some money. I was still concerned how ASAP was going to handle the "dead valley".
He ended up taking pictures of the installation of the water shield to show the details so after seeing that I was pretty confident that the work was done properly. When I went up there they had actually made a water diverter out of step flashing that will help keep the water away from that corner! They also flashed the trim pieces at the top of the doghouse, something that I wouldn't have thought of.
Chad, the Project Manager, was extremely attentive to details when I told them what I wanted for the roof and repairs. At the end of the job, all the cuts on the valleys and edges are really straight, and the details look really good. gutters and the painting of the doghouse was also done by ASAP and they did a great job. -
The guys at ASAP roofing led by Nick Dorotik are exceptional in their customer service. The quality of the work is outstanding but what came across the most is their genuine care for the homeowner and the personal level of support provided by Nick. They are experts in working with my Insurance company to ensure that I get the needed repairs and replacements paid for. Nick has a great team of professionals that treated me with respect and importance and they were very prompt as well as honest in their commitments to deadline. Bottomline is that Nick and ASAP exceeded my expectations on all fronts making me a very satisfied customer. I recommend ASAP Roofing to every homeowner.

My roof was inspected by a representative of ASAP Roofing. They showed me photos of the damage and explained everything completely. They handled the insurance company for me. They handled everything in a very professional and timely manner. I had a new roof much sooner than expected, and it looks great!

ASAP sent a team through the neighborhood after a hail storm this summer, and of course I was skeptical. They went on the roof and took pictures and then came inside and helped me file a claim with USAA. USAA sent out an adjuster and they met the adjuster here. They managed to get the complete roof replacement and also got our garage door re-painted and our fence re-stained.
The work was completed in a timely manner and is excellent quality. They dealt with the insurance company on their own so I really had nothing to do at all. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, and I have to my neighbors already. -
I really wanted to like these guys. Chase seemed (and is) very knowledgeable when he approached me at my home. He asked to take a look at my roof and the first words out of my house where "fine, but I'm not agreeing to anything." He gave me the same pitch as it sounds like many get-that signing his form is simply saying I agree to have him look at our roof and contact my insurance company. If we don't agree on the work, no harm no foul. I say fine, but I'm not signing a piece of paper that sure looks and reads like a contract. He tried to get me to sign in, and even made edits and initialed saying it was void if we didn't agree on work. I again declined saying that I am happy to move this, being him calling my insurance company, forward and listen to what ASAP can do for me, but I'm not agreeing, even in principal, to any work being done even if it is contingent on my insurance company's approving a replacement. He offered to call my insurance agent, and I agreed. Adjustor comes out, and sure enough gets approved. Great! Thinking this is going to be smooth. Speak with Chase, say happy to discuss whether or not we want to move forward with you. Get online, and read that many people had the same pressure put on them to sign a contract before their insurance company even looks at their place.
Look, I get why the contingency contract is important. You're trying to get business, and I can appreciate it. I can't appreciate that someone lied to my face about it being permission to inspect my roof and that it doesn't lock me in to any kind of obligation to use your company. I'm extra put off by the responses on the BBB website where they have threatened liens against unwitting consumers who actually signed the form. Sure, some of those complaints have been resolved, but as Chase called them, these "scare tactics" to get people to use your business are unacceptable. Are you less likely to get someone to sign it by saying it locks them into using your services before they have had a chance to do any research? Probably, but it is still the right thing to do. I am thankful I didn't sign the form, and to be fair am thankful that ASAP brought my roofing needs to my attention. I just wish they had been forthcoming and may have used them had that been the case. . -
I had my own house roofed by the company and everything went great. It was not perfect but still worth the 5 stars. It’s construction. Issues happened. The company stepped up and took care of it. My roof was completed end of 2018. Everyone I personally interacted with was of help. Project took a little longer since my roof was complicated but again as I am not picky I was happy with the ending result.

ASAP roofing took a proactive approach to acquiring the work that was needed to my roof. Meaning they came to my door after a storm. My roof was already needing to be fully replaced. I went ahead and gave them a shot. They did an excellent job on the roof. My only complaint that I have with them is that they broke a landscaping path stone. Not to mad about it, since I am planning to change it anyway.

Our house was hit with a major hail storm in early June, the worst one since the big one in June of 2009. We frankly didn't think much of it since our roof was wood shake and thought to be (almost) indestructible. On a friend's suggestion, we contacted ASAP asking for an inspection. ASAP's subsequent meeting with our insurance's adjuster produced a repair amount that we thought was decent enough to warrant a full replacement from wood shake to tiles.
Nick was the ASAP representative's POC and is the most pleasant roofing person that we've ever dealt with, especially comparing to those that were involved back in the aforementioned 2009 storm with our previous home. Prior to this storm, we were looking to replace our wood shake roof and received several bids. Nick's offer was the most competitive which included the engineering study of the roof structure and the full replacement of the gutters. The entire project took a little more than 3 weeks (we have a big roof) including some delay due to weather. The crew was very polite, exhibited professionalism, and cleaned up at the end of each day. ASAP also took care of all HOA issues and city inspections. We were very happy with the results and after a few spot corrections, were satisfied enough and paid the balance, even though Nick offered that we held off a little until we were fully satisfied with the work. For some reason, I felt that Nick's very trustworthy person who would keep his words and so decided to pay off the rest. Well, Nick did not fail my trust in him, because about a month afterward, we noticed a couple of areas around the gutter that were leaking (after a snow storm and subsequent melting) and asked that ASAP fix them. And soon enough, the trouble areas were corrected to our satisfaction. To this day, Nick's still occasionally asked me if we have any other issues that need attention.
One further note: prior to this roofing project, we had had problems with squirrels getting into our attic and pigeons nesting on the roof and making a mess in our front door. After the project, we noticed that we no longer hear the squirrels scurrying in the attic (our fingers are crossed, not wanting to jinx ourselves here), which tells me that the work was very thorough, covering up previous openings that had allowed these critters to crawl into our attic. We also received assistance/advice from ASAP roofers and Nick on keeping the pigeons away from our roof. So far, it's been successful. While the pigeons did not completely go away, they are no longer able to stay in their nesting place and our porch no longer a disgusting place full of pigeon droppings.
In conclusion, we highly recommend ASAP to anyone looking for a highly competent, professional, and trustworthy roofer. We were very glad to have ASAP working our roof project. -
ASAP Roofing made a not so pleasant circumstance into a pleasant one! From the initial inspection through post inspection, then an unexpected followup, the customer service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Their work was fast but did not compromise quality by any means! The unexpected followup flabbergasted me. Rob Thoenson was visiting a neighbor who told him we had just gotten our roof done by ASAP. He actually stopped by and asked if I would mind if he took a look just to see how the work was holding up. He was friendly and took his time (on his off time) inspecting the roof. Wow! You just don't see customer service and quality like this very often! I will recommend this company in a heartbeat! Crystal Walters

When ASAP asked if they could inspect my roof, I hesitated, thinking it would be a hassle with the insurance, complicated contracts and weeks of listening to nail guns.
I was assured that none of those things would happen and they were right. The insurance adjuster was delayed because of a snow storm. When the weather cleared the adjuster did his calculations, a contract was drawn and the work began about a week later.
Because of the unpredictable weather, extra workers were added to the crew so the job could be completed in one day.
ASAP solved another problem for me. The attic was never adequately insulated for Colorado weather. While the roof was partially open, insulation was installed at a bargain price.
They did a great job and now I’ll have to look for something else to worry about. -
If you are looking for a company that will trash your home, damage your home and property and generally do a horrible job look no further than ASAP roofing. As with most roofing companies the “crew” that shows up to do the work is not actually employed directly by the roofing contractor but is a sub contractor. First our assigned crew didn’t even show that day they were supposed to. So almost a week later when they finally did show they ripped our old roof off and promptly destroyed our yard, left trash everywhere, used our patio furniture to make themselves at home and then left their truck and trailer blocking our alley overnight. A call to ASAP at 8 o’clock at night in which I had to threaten to have the truck and trailer impounded finally resulted in someone coming and cleaning up our property and moving their truck that was illegally blocking the alley. The next day the “crew” installed the roof. No one from ASAP ever came to inspect the work that was done despite being asked to several times. I had to get up on my roof myself and immediately found many problems. Several pieces of siding were broken, one being completely ripped off. Several parts of the flashing were either missing or incorrectly installed. A large area of the roof had exposed shingle underlayment with the flashing completely incorrectly installed. The salesman promised that all the drip edge and roof exhaust pipe flashing would be replaced. None of the flashing was replaced and only the drip edge on the gable sides was replaced. The gutters were never disconnected and the drip edge behind replaced. It took several calls to finally get someone out to fix the siding, which left our exterior walls exposed to the weather for several weeks. I have asked well over 15 times to have someone form ASAP come inspect the work yet it has never happened. Every time someone comes out to “fix” something that’s being done wrong it’s a different person and they have no idea what they are supposed to do. I now have leaking roof exhaust vents and flashing that is still wrong. This has been going on for almost 6 months now. ASAP keeps calling demanding the supplement check from the insurance company which I will not turn over until things are corrected. As of a week ago ASAP was told to correct the remaining items and have someone come out and inspect the half ass work that was done. Still waiting. There are many other items that I have not listed here. Also if you really enjoy dealing with disorganization and lack of communication by all means call ASAP to do your roof.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. We had been burned by other roofing companies in the past, and it was a welcome change of pace to work with A.S.A.P. Roofing. We had one primary contact, but worked with many team members. Everyone we spoke to was courteous, professional, and really went that extra mile to show us that they were different than the companies we had previously dealt with. Excellent communication, and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and we will definitely look to them first if we ever have need again!

I am a local Realtor and have roofing needs arise through out the year. In every instance I recommend ASAP Roofing. They do a phenomenal job and take customer satisfaction very seriously. The last roofing job they did I was extremely impressed how quickly they negotiated with the insurance adjuster and got the job done accordingly as we were extremely pressed on time! ASAP Roofing is the way to go with any sort of roofing job. They are personable, responsive and fast. Look no further this is the BEST roofing CO in town.
