Reviews of local pros in Divide, Colorado

Michael cleaned our windows inside and outside as well as cleaned our screens. He did such a good job that we'll have him come back in the spring! And he even gave us a Veteran's discount!!

Michael Baumert came to our house in Woodland Park and washed all of our windows, inside and out. He and Zed did a great job, were professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Mike is the man! After we moved into our new place, the first thing we wanted to do was spruce up the windows, sidewalks, and backyard patio. All I can say is I'm glad the previous owners didn't find Mike before we did because his work probably raised the value of our home. I would highly recommend Mike and will call him whenever we need more work done.

Michael is amazing. Friendly, professional and incredibly efficient. His pricing is highly competitive and he can do it all: gutters, windows, house facade.

Will definitely be using annually for all our needs.

Michael was reliable and professional. I appreciated his communication, he called to confirm the day before and my windows look great! Will absolutely not hesitate to use again the future.

Only had them do the outside of the windows. They were fast, professional, friendly and thorough. We had several windows that had paint from an exterior paint job and they removed that as well. I would rehire these guys in a minute. I think we have found our window washers. It was after the pollen had finally stopped so we now can see outside again.
Good Job!

Mr. Baumert cleaned our windows today. He was early for the job and did a great job of getting our windows cleaned. I noticed he had a young fellow working with him today that he was coaching and training and ensuring the work was completed properly. We appreciate the great service! Thank you! Nothing like a house with a view with clean windows!

Mike arrived early to wash my windows! They are so clean that my windows don’t look like they have panes in them! He was very professional and also cleaned two large mirrors without my asking! He and his employee went around after cleaning to make sure each window was perfect. He offered to change out hard to reach light bulbs or batteries in smoke detectors! He moved the heavy furniture to reach the difficult hard to reach higher windows on the second level and reported wood damage on two of them that are too high for me to see. My windows are so clean and he was so polite and professional that I will definitely hire him again next year!

We had Michael up to clean our windows. Even with some weather and snow complications, he did an exceptional job. Such a difference to look out through clean, clear windows! He was very fast with communicating and we look forward to have him come again in the future!

Baumerts cleaned our gutters and windows today. Great job - friendly and professional service. Windows are so clean it looks like the glass has been removed. Highly recommend Baumerts Window and Gutter Cleaning. 8/12/2024

Michael did such an amazing job cleaning our windows. We had a new construction home with paint, stucco, and lots of blemishes on our windows. They were cleaned spotless. So spotless that my 4 year old ran right into the sliding glass door thinking it was open. I will use him for all of our future projects.

They were great! They were early and the windows look great!

Michael is honest, professional, and reliable. He came and cleaned my windows and sliding door. He even fixed my sliding door screen after my dog went through it, so I didn’t have to replace it! I highly recommend him for any services he provides and will definitely have him back to pressure wash my patio!

Michael and his team showed up at our Indian Creek house and cleaned our windows faster than the last service, and with a much higher quality, both inside and out. He and his team were friendly and really did a great job, better than I had previously done myself, and in about 1/2 the time. I highly recommend his company.

Baumerts just cleaned our windows. They are the cleanest they have ever been.

Michael was just out to do our exterior windows this morning. We are very happy with the job he did. Pikes Peak looks so crisp and clear now! Besides the great job, he was very professional, very timely in his correspondence, showed up on time and did a thorough job. He rates were also very affordable! We will definitely be using him again.

Just wonderful! Professional and got the job done beautifully. Crystal clear windows facing pikes peak looks just wonderful. I would love them to come out twice a year!!! Thank you!!!

Baumerts has been out multiple times to clean my windows and has done a fantastic job. We have some super tall windows and they made quick work of them!

Mike always does such a great job on our windows and gutters we never have to worry about a thing! The windows are sparkling clean and the gutters are always clear and free of debris. The price is amazing and he even saved us tons of money by noticing a costly roof leak when he was up on his ladder. Baumerts is the only company we use at our home and you should too!

Window cleaning day is one of my favorite times of year. Back to crystal clear views of Pikes Peak and surrounding areas from every side of the house! Besides doing great work on the windows, prompt communication, timeliness for appointments, and dependability are other key features of Baumerts Window Cleaning services. We have used them for 4 years now and plan to continue.
