Finally! A high quality, responsive, very knowledgeable, and very nice plumber in our area! Colin started with some smaller, yet difficult, plumbing repairs that stumped others. He was creative and got those done right the first time. My husband says that Colin is the Michelangelo of plumbers. We then had him replace our 30 year old boiler which feeds our radiant heating system (that wasn't installed correctly). He did a totally professional job and fixed the system so it now works properly and much more efficiently. He was easy to communicate with, always showed up on time and was a pleasure to work with. We HIGHLY recommend him!!

I needed a water main shutoff valve installed in a convenient location to eliminate trips into the crawl space (no, make that a wiggle space). Dealing with Altitude was easy, upfront, and professional all the way from the first contact to the finished job! Colin kept in touch about arrival time and was prompt. Like a true pro, he assessed the situation, gave me a few options, thought about the best approach and then did a superb job! We had not discussed what the project might cost because he really needed to see the layout in order to give an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill! Altitude did a re-pipe of our entire cabin. Colin did amazing work, both in quality and appearance. The manifold system is simply a work of art, and the new drains are extremely well placed, leaving room for our future build out.

We asked a lot of him and even came up with a change mid-stream. We need to be able to drain the entire system regularly, and isolate individual plumbing fixtures. Colin made all of that simple. He took it all in stride and got us through the entire demo, installation and inspections. The building department inspector even told me "He does very good work.", while I was there discussing a different project permit.

Stephanie was also extremely helpful and responsive, on the office/business side. She kept us informed and got us answers when Colin was busy or out of cell coverage. Altitude's pricing is reasonable and the work is outstanding. I can't ask for much more than that.

Highly recommend, and will continue to ask them for any service needs, in the future.

Hot water heater went out Wednesday they were here 1st thing Friday morning. Very professional work and very pleasant people to deal with and they are local!

Altitude Plumbing is the best! Our tank hot water heater was leaking and Colin came by to give an estimate. Since it was a power vented model it was going to be more expensive to replace than a standard tank. He suggested a tankless model which wasn’t that much higher so we went with it. We scheduled the installation and our water heater went out. When I called to see if they could come out sooner since we had no hot water, they were able to accommodate us. Total professionals all the way! Great customer service and they follow through on what they say. We had another company give us an estimate and it was double the price. I would definitely recommend Altitude Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Colin was detail-oriented, very knowledgeable, precise, careful, friendly, respectful and efficient. He installed a propane line for us at the propane tank and into the house very professional and without any leaks! I would definitely suggest Altitude Plumbing to anyone.
