These Gentlemen had a project in our neighborhood and ran a clean and secure job site. Very kind and thoughtful of the neighbors.

They did excellent work on our new Tap House. They helped us to bring Craft Beer to a Neighborhood that sorely needed it.

I’ve heard countless nightmares from friends who have hired contractors who A. Went waaaaaay over budget and B. Went waaaaaaaay over on timeline.

NEITHER of these things occurred with Evoke. They we ON TIME with their projections and didn’t charge me a penny over their estimate. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Evoke did a great job on our remodel. They were thorough, professional and communicated any issues we came across in a timely manner.

We love the end product and would definitely use them again in the future.

We used Evoke for a full house remodel. I would use them again without question. The communication was fluid. The work was meticulous and high quality. They stayed in budget and on timeline. They were responsive to our requests and set obtainable expectations.

Barry did a great job with our mountain condo renovation. He had great ideas (moving walls, adding pocket doors to "create" more space) and implemented them well. The finished job was top notch and we could not be happier with the end result. We love it and will enjoy it for years to come. I highly recommend!

If you want a top quality contractor that pays attention to detail and delivers projects that are beyond your expectations, Evoke Custom Builders is the only choice. I worked as a project manager for them and would still be there if I hadn't moved up to the mountains. They give very detailed bids and have amazing subcontractors in their corner that they have excellent relationships with. Check out some of their custom projects on their website and be prepared for a treat.

    Evoke Builders LLC
Evoke Builders have been the best contractors we have ever hired and worked with by far. Their process is well thought out with the goal of giving the customer just what they want as their top priority. We found their pricing fair and there were no surprises. The project manager kept on top of every sub-contractor involved with our project. Meeting with each one on-site, to make sure the plans were well understood. He stopped by to check in and was always there at the end of each sub-contractors project, ensuring that the end product met all of our expectations. When questions came up, he was always available to quickly answer our call. We had no communication struggles. Our kitchen remodel came out beautifully and as painlessly as any remodel could be expected. We found the company and all of the companies and subs that they worked with to be very professional and skilled. We would highly recommend them and rehire them for any of our future construction projects. You can’t go wrong here.

Evoke Custom Builders took over a major remodeling project for us after we fired our prior contractor. The house was gutted and electrical and plumbing had been mostly done. They discovered several issues (including needing to reinstall headers that were removed, leading to major structural issues). They redesigned the primary and guest baths to allow them to have much better function and pass code. Their team helped us through the process, gave us timelines that assured we would have the elements we needed for the remodel and helped us to the finish line. They also quickly worked the punch list after we moved in. We have a year warranty on the work they did. We would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodel!

This company has absolutely no consideration for the environment in which it works. The Town of Castle Rock pushed through yet another ridiculous development project directly across from the Glover neighborhood, adding multiple multi family housing units on a piece of land that should have been deemed public use and un-developable. After many years of contractors attempting to build, and public hearing after public hearing from neighborhood residents rejecting the project, construction has begun. Now, we have heavy machinery operating starting as early as 7am less than 100 yards from our front doors (literately). I have personally had to interact with representatives from RME demanding that they shut their machinery down until after 8am. We have a three year old son who’s window faces the street which they are working across, and our neighbor has three kiddos who sleep in rooms with walls adjacent to the street which they are working across. At least they have been compliant, but yet again another example of the Town of Castle Rock running over their citizens, and a company that values profit margin over impact and reputation.
