My experience with Christopher’s has been fantastic. The staff is professional and really treats you like family. I like to support family-owned and operated businesses, especially when they exceed expectations. Highly recommend.

I have been considering the remodel of my bathroom for a long time now. I am very hesitant about going into showrooms because I am very unsure about actually committing to this job. Also, I don't want to get pressured into anything. Although, I have still not decided on the bathroom design and budget for myself. I did purchase some fixtures for a different bathroom in the house, along with a beautiful sink for my kitchen. I really appreciate the time that was spent with me.... especially since I am so indecisive. Ashley was very helpful and knowledgable about the products. If and when I choose to move forward, I will definitely be using this company!

We spent over $40,000 on cabinets from Christopher's and when we had a problem with the designer, Christopher claimed he bears no responsibility for the designers that work out his showroom. We asked him for assistance in fixing the problem with our cabinets and he turned his back on us and did not return my husband's calls. Being a business owner myself, I know avoiding a client and refusing to help, is just wrong. We had to resolve the issue ourselves and it delayed our project an additional month.

Christopher's Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. It wasn't done in a hurry. It was done carefully and deliberately. When there was a booboo in the process, it was taken care of to our complete satisfaction and without question. We are very pleased with the results and the way everything was handled.

We used Christopher plumbing to buy items for a new kitchen and master bath remodel. We're happy with the outcome, and especially the extra support from Austin Audrey when we had troubles with bathroom fixtures. I would recommend being cautious with special finishes from Aquabrass, as that was the root of our issues.

Christopher's Kitchen and Bath is my go company for any updates to my home. They have currently completed two projects and are set to begin a third. They came prepared with creative ideas, are very professional, complete all tasks on time and on budget. The best part of working with Christopher's ( besides Austin who is fantastic) is they always answer
" we can do that" to any task, I love that!

I contacted Christopher's for assistance in ordering a shower door handle that matched a brand that they carried in stock. The sales representative stated she was very familiar with the brand I had and the color choice I needed, discussing at length her direct familiarity with the color and finish that I needed, as they carried that brand in stock. She recommended a color option for what was an "off the shelf" color option for this shower handle and provided me a quote. The quote stated that only "custom orders" are non-returnable. Other orders are returnable if returned within 30 days. As my order was not "custom," but rather an "off the shelf" color that is offered by the manufacturer, I signed the quote and paid for the shower handle. I was told that shipping would be in a few weeks. When the shower door handle came in, many weeks later than promised, it was not the correct color - far more shiny and brassy than the "brushed gold" tone she had promised and shared that she had direct knowledge was needed. I rejected the shower door handle when I went to their shop to pick it up. The sales person at Christopher's agreed that the handle was not the right color, showed me the correct color from the palette, and stated that Christopher's would fix this. I never accepted the handle. Now, a month later, Christopher's is telling me that they won't refund me for the incorrect order and they have a "new" color that matches. Their solution? Pay for yet another shower handle, even though they still have the one they mistakenly ordered in their possession. I've requested elevation of this to their manager, without response. Buyer beware - they have loosely worded terms in their agreement that they twist to their liking depending upon the circumstances. This is their error, and they make the customer pay for it. As a business owner myself, this behavior is not only unethical but also bad business to punish customers for the mistakes of employees.

I am a shopper, so I visited all of the high-end kitchen and bath showrooms, open to the public as well as at the design center before I chose Christopher's. I have worked with Austin at Christopher's over the past two years as I have remodeled three full baths (including two in the master bedroom). I have found the manufacturers that they represent to be very high quality, stylish and on the more reasonable end of pricing. Austin helped me with everything from heated floors to steam devices that offer lights that are synced with your wi-fi, blue tooth speakers. But they are so much more than that. When you are remodeling, the surprises are non-stop. With each potential hick-up, Austin provided a great solution. I have very expensive taste, but unfortunately my budget does not always match my taste. Austin was able to help me save money on items that were more standard so that I could treat myself to some special items. And their customer service is excellent, Austin, the GM personally delivered a bath tub so that I could have my tile guy do measurements. This past weekend my kitchen faucet broke. I emailed Austin on Saturday, he responded that day with options and time frames and offered me a loaner faucet until my new one comes in. I have primarily worked with Austin, however I know that the entire team is great. Make your remodeling project easy by going straight to Christopher's!

I really cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the entire experience of working with the people at Christopher's Kitchen and Bath. First, I have an exquisite new kitchen in my house. While we encountered a few problems during the project, there was never any doubt in my mind that the project would be completed to the highest standards. More importantly however is just the professionalism and the kindness of all the people associated with Christopher's. Working with each one of the them was a great experience.

I've worked with Christopher, Austin, and the team at Christopher's on my kitchen and bath remodels over the past five years. I've purchased all of my bathroom and kitchen fixtures from Christopher's and I've been happy with the quality and design of all of the fixtures. They have high-end fixtures that are hard to locate in the Denver area. The entire team is very knowledgeable and professional. Recently, my bathroom and Airstream kitchen faucets broke. I went into the showroom and Austin was very helpful. He ordered replacement parts and offered me two loaner faucets until the parts arrive to fix my faucets. I highly recommend Christopher's for any remodel or design projects for your home.

Rick and Caleb did a great job picking up where another plumber failed and got our instant hot water tank installed with the appropriate faucet! Something that has been sitting in pieces since January is finally back together and functioning.

We recently had a tub installed, and while the process took longer than expected, we couldn’t be happier with the final result. There were a few ups and downs along the way, including delays with shipping, plumbing issues, and a few setbacks during the installation. However, throughout the entire project, the team we worked with was fantastic. Their communication was outstanding—they kept us in the loop every step of the way and were always responsive to any questions or concerns.

Despite the challenges, they stayed committed to delivering quality work, and now that it’s all done, we absolutely love our new tub, tile, and the bathroom as a whole. The transformation is beautiful, and we are thrilled that we chose to work with such a professional and dedicated team. We highly recommend them for anyone considering a bathroom renovation! They are amazing!!!!

We had major kitchen remodel. Very thorough and professional. Excellence at all stages from design to final cleanup. Yes, maybe a little more expensive than other companies, but well worth the least impact of construction and the quality of final results. We highly recommend.

I had an incredible experience working with the team at Christophers. I started with a kitchen remodel and was so impressed with their work and customer service, I had them renovate my master bathroom and flooring throughout the house. Their work exceeded my expectations on every level and they are genuinely wonderful people with high integrity and a caring attitude. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my next project. Today was the third time I have used Chistppher's. Eash time it has been a great experience. Arrival on time and solving the problems quickly and professionally! They are problent solvers . I am going to recommend them to my nerighbors in our condo community. They are professionals and when you find such professonals we must embrease them.

Personally overseeing several of Christopher’s Kitchen & Bath’s projects (as their professional interior design photographer), I can attest that the quality and customer service is spot on. I can’t help to notice the pure joy of their client’s response to their finished product.

Christopher's showroom - Kitchen and Bath are a great company to work with. Their designs are amazing, they take care of their vendors and billing/payment is never a problem. I have throughly enjoyed working with them!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Christopher's Ktichen & Bath on our kitchen remodel and primary bathroom. The design experience was thorough and provided us with what we wanted in the outcome of these spaces. We are excited to host family and friends in our new space.

My husband and I chose to work with the team at Christopher’s Kitchen and Bath on two separate bathroom remodel projects in 2023 and again in 2024.

The photos I have attached were taken after our master bath remodel was complete. The room design has changed the way we are able to enjoy this space.

Heather Radliff, our designer, spent time with us listening to our ideas and then developing an overall concept.

We worked collaboratively selecting each piece and its placement. This took some time however, we appreciated how methodically the plan came to life on the computer screen in their 3D program. We were scheduled for a specific quarter and every thing was right on time.

The second project, a smaller powder room was handled in the same manner working again with Heather. (images are not available at this time as we just finished.)

The entire Christophers team are true professionals who take great pride in their work and craftsmanship. There was never a dumpster as they hauled away each days boxes, etc. They were responsible and respected our home. Communication was top notch.

Christopher's did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel, and a lot of other things on our project like hardwood flooring refinishing, moving an exterior door, etc. Every step of the way they were super professional, design was fantastic, they communicated well, were great collaborators on what we were looking for and guided us when we were unsure. The results are amazing! We LOVE our new spaces and are so happy we worked with them. They are the real deal!
