They are a full service company. we had most of our junk in the garage but they moved the furniture from the upstairs level to load in their truck. Prices were resonable. Juan was and Kevin did a great job

Everything about my experience with this company from the initial phone call to the end of service was absolutely fantastic. Their employees are honest, honorable, a good sense of humor, and VERY hardworking. It was a genuine pleasure to speak with Allison, and I despise speaking on the phone. Bryce and Evan arrived on time, even called ahead of time with an ETA, parked exactly where I requested they do, and were very pleasant very hardworking people who handled an aggravating and unforgiving haul with grace and a can-do attitude I very much appreciated. They saved me a lot of time and pain, and I will be telling everyone I know about this business!

I was helped by Juan Rodriguez with removing some old furniture from my garage! He was prompt, friendly, polite, and communicative! He happened to be in my area for a different client and was courteous enough to reach out and move my appointment up when I was available at the time. I was very impressed by that degree of efficiency and work ethic, and he and his teammate were able to remove my large junk items in just a few minutes! I will gladly be rebooking the next time I need large or awkward waste removed. Thanks Juan!

Michael, Ryan, and Jack came by and had a FULLLLLL truck all packed up in less than an hour. SUPER efficient, very reasonable price, and they will recycle and donate stuff for you where possible! HUGE FAN.

We hired Junk Genius to clean out our office that is closing. They did a great job. The guys were very friendly and nice. We wanted to use a local company and not a big chain and are so glad we went that route! Our building required that they have insurance and use masonite to protect the tile floors and the guys were able to provide both that met the building's specifications.
