I had two stumps removed today. They were on time, professional, hard working and cleaned everything up. I am so impressed with Chris's crew, Levi and Levi. Thanks so much! I will totally recommend this company!!

We had a disagreement with Chris about what he was supposed to do with our approximately 6’ tall stump. When we got home and saw evidence of the misunderstanding, we called Chris to ask about it, and before we could even finish, he told us “f*** you” over and over, that we were the most difficult customers he’d ever had, that if we did not pay he would get his lawyer, and that he didn’t want to hear from us again and was blocking our number. We paid him, but we certainly can’t recommend him. He also ran into our garage and left a huge dent in the siding (see photo). If you have any sort of miscommunication with this person, don’t expect a professional experience. We were a little freaked out by how angry his reaction was compared to the situation. For more details, feel free to reach out.

Chris and his crew are the best. I’ve used them on numerous projects and will continue to in the future. They show up on time and leave the property as they found it. If there are any questions Chris was prompt to respond. Thank you for doing great work.

Chris showed up on a job site I was working on, after supposedly being beaten up by police in Cheyenne Wyoming. He dropped his pants showing everyone his @$$ and was covered in bruises. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Right away he was trying to take control of everything on the job site even though it was not his jobsite. He was hired as a subcontractor to operate his equipment and haul off the tree after we cut it down and prepped it. He was making the customer false promises of not damaging any landscaping in which he was driving heavy equipment on dragging thousand pound logs. He completely destroyed the clients front yard due to his poor operating, and lack of site prep to have minimal damage. He was on the stairs and in his truck groaning in pain, took a two hour break when we needed him to be operating. He then left the job site mid job leaving the job he was hired to do completely unfinished. There was thousands of pounds of tree trunk 3' in diameter all over the yard in front of the clients driveway. Do Not Hire Him!

Chris gave me the best price for the removal of two tree stumps. He is professional, a hard worker, and did the job with expertise. I highly recommend him for shrub, tree, stump and concrete removal.

Chris removed two stumps and two large brush piles from our yard. He did a great job communicating through the process and he was tidy, pleasant and efficient. Extra points for engaging with my two year old boy who was SO interested in his machinery :)

Chris is personable, punctual, and clean! He did such a great job! We had a little problem getting equipment to the backyard, but it was all dealt with with humor and ingenuity! I had a stump grinder in my foyer for an overnighter, but it was fine and the job carried on without a hitch once we got the logistics figured out! Ask Chris to see the pics - he drove that thing into the foyer without a scratch! Fun and professional!! What a great guy!!

Chris was great! Quick to respond, quick (and reasonable) bid, was flexible on scheduling to meet my needs. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I would definitely use his services again!

The experience was professional and polite from beginning to end. The rep on the phone was appropriate and I had a call back within a few hours from the owner (Chris) and he came out and gave me a reasonable bid for the removal of 3 stumps. The day of the work he showed up on time, did a great job at getting the stumps out, going down deep enough so that we can put planter beds in the space, and then to top it off did a great clean up of the site. Can't ask for more than that. Highly recommend these guys and I will have them back for a couple more stumps we will need out at some point in the near future.

I contacted Colorado Stump Removal on 8/29/2022 to request a quote to remove stumps that another company had bailed on.
CO Stump Removal was extremely easy to communicate with. They used email and text effectively. Within a few days they came out to look at our situation and soon thereafter I had a (very reasonable) quote.
They showed up on time on 9/8/2022 and ground down all of the requested stumps and removed all material since we didn't want to keep the chips.
Great job on grinding, removal, and cleanup. They ground down a couple BIG stumps that were in precarious locations - very close to a fence, very close to concrete, very close to our house. No damage - beautiful job! -
I needed a tree stump and 2 roots removed. CO Stump Removal showed up early and completed the work in less than an hour. Definitely recommend them!

Had a lot of stumps and one huge one left over from years of tree care. Chris and Nate were awesome. Chris' constant communication is amazing. The work was done exactly as he laid out. Price was excellent. Call Colorado Stump Removal for any of their services. You will not be disappointed.

Have used CO Stump Removal for a variety of cleanup projects, from an actual stump removal to the disposal of construction/demolition hardware. The team is incredibly communicative, prompt, and quick with their work. Will continue to use CO Stump Removal for cleanup projects going forward.

Chris and Nate promised and definitely delivered in grinding out three of our tree stumps all the way down to the base of the stump. I was reluctant at first to use a stump grinding service to remove these tree stumps because of a bad experience with another company years which did not remove the entire stump of a tree, however, Chris (owner) and Nate came through by completely removing these tree stumps as we had hoped. We could not be more satisfied. We would highly recommend this company for anyone needing complete stump removal as we did. Truly a great company.

Chris took care of a very large stump quickly and efficiently. He is very personable and professional. He also did work for a neighbor. If I ever need another stump removed, I will contact Colorado Stump Removal.

I had 2 stumps removed. Chris was wonderful. Very competitive pricing. Thorough - went deep to get most of the stump and roots. They made the extra effort to distribute the excess grindings as mulch - which is great finely ground wood shavings.

We needed a stump removed from our yard. Chris came out the next day, was very thorough and efficient. after removing the stump he cleaned up the mess. Super quick and easy process. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend Colorado Stump removal. They were very responsive and communicated by text which was super convenient as I cannot make personal phone calls at work. Did a great job and used the mulch bits to fill the hole left by the stump removal. Was able to schedule service while I was at work as I work long shifts. Responsible, flexible, and thorough.

We've had a great disappointment with ArborScape. They came in and gave us a quote for cutting down our tree, which was $1,200. That totally beat out the completion (we had 2 other quotes). We were happy to schedule a cutting 3 weeks out. We were on notice with our HOA and had to extend the time to get rid of the dry tree. On the date when they were scheduled to come in, I got a call from them, telling me that that quote was too low and they'll have to do the work for 2 days instead of one and they can't cut our tree for lower than $3K! Which was more than double the original quote! I asked bewilderingly why they won't honor their original quote (which we had in writing). They just told me that it won't be worth their time. The guy who called me said that he's an expert. Then I promptly asked him if the guy who came in originally (Andrew) is not an expert since he agreed to cut the tree for $1,2K. There was no reply. Andrew eventually called and apologized for misquoting. Kudos for that - facing an angry home owner and all. Well, we found someone to cut our tree soon and they did it for $1K. So I guess the time and money is much more valuable for ArborScape than a good business reputation. I work with businesses and I know that sometimes you have to eat the price in order to keep your reputation. This was disgraceful. Never again.

Arborscape communicated well and showed up at the scheduled time.
Otherwise, we are unhappy with the services and would not use them again. They trimmed three large trees for us and ground down a few small bush stumps. Two of the trees have continued to shed trimmed limbs for a few months now. It’s not the biggest issue, but removing the trimmed and dead branches was within the scope of the quote.
The third tree is the bigger issue. It is a large spruce and the quote stated that Arborscape would trim and prune limbs up to 30 feet, and remove limbs off the roof of our home structure. The trimming was done unevenly so that one side of the tree has limbs that drape to about 6 feet off the ground (and are over a walking path). Arborscape also did not trim any limbs that are draped on power lines. When I called to discuss these issues with Arborscape, they told me that an even canopy was aesthetic and that removing limbs on power lines was not within the scope of the quote.
For a bill of $2165, we expected that aesthetics and safety were within the spirit of the deal, but apparently not.
