I had a great experience with Arborscape after a little misunderstanding with the first estimate. They then sent Jeff out to meet with me and walk through the yard so he understood what we needed. He was knowledgeable about pruning fruit trees and had some good ideas to save our maple that is getting chewed up by squirrels. Good customer service with staying in touch about services and costs, and with rescheduling due to weather. The 2 people who did the work were friendly and professional and did a good job cleaning up afterward. Very happy with the results and will be using them again.

Outstanding customer service and quality of work. I have 3 massive 75ft Cotton Wood trees that needed significant trimming. The team showed up at 7:30am and didn’t leave until the job was 100% completed at 5:30pm to include clean up. I highly recommend this service based on quality and my experience as a customer.

A sudden storm left a huge locust branch spraddled directly over my internet and phone lines, there was no way I could do anything about it without near-certain disaster. Two polite, professional, well-prepared arborists showed up in the morning, thoughtfully listened to what I needed done, and did it all carefully, conscientiously, and well. They carefully removed the huge branch, weighing over two hundred pounds, without the slightest damage to the lines, by putting a rope around the base while they cut it clear, and then gently lowering it to the ground. Then they cut away the damaged wood from my tree. Cleanup was also efficient and thorough, and they managed the tremendously difficult job carefully, quietly, and competently. I'm as awed and impressed as I am grateful to this superb company.

Your guys did great!. We had a very large, beautiful pine tree that needed to come down because of the beetles. It required tree climbing way up high and a big tree grinder.

Having used this company for many years,tThe entire staff at Arborscape never fails to impress me with their friendliness and professionalism. They are always ready to bend over backwards to provide the most thorough service possible, going over and above expectations.

Your company was hired by my apartment complex to trim trees and remove branches near a row of parked cars.

While doing so, your employees repeatedly dropped branches onto my vehicle and others without care or consideration. This happened on Wednesday, September 24th, at Camden Interlocken.

I understand this is not an easy job and that management may share some responsibility, but we were never notified to move our cars. I only happened to be walking by to take out my trash and prompt removed my car when noticing the event.

your employees should have exercised more caution rather than casually dropping branches onto vehicles.

My car now has scratches from this incident. Pretty big lack of care shown by your company employees.
Pretty sure "dont drop branches on peoples cars" is common sense.

I highly recommend ArborScape. I hired them to remove two, blighted, medium-size trees. The job took under 2-hours, including clean-up, and matched the job description provided on my free estimate. My crew was Austin, Juan, and London. They were punctual, professional, proficient and courteous, had all the equipment necessary for the job, and answered any questions I had. Austin and Gary arrived on time for our huge pine tree removal. They did a great job as a team and explained what and how the tree would be removed and we couldn't be happier with the job they did! Although I do not have a tree removed or taken down, they were on the back street, cutting down a tree. And I asked them if they could drop the logs off at my house for firewood. They were very accommodating and did so and did cuts to assist me in cutting it smaller Austin and the other people in his crew. Although he's not the guy in charge, but I don't know his name. They were very friendly and kind, and I appreciate it. I do apologize for Austin and the others for taking so long to post this. But my old phone was not capable of doing it. Normally I just call in singing the praises of the fine employees consistently working for this company but today they (Sonny & Coy) knocked it out of the park so 5 stars all the way around! They courteously listened to our nutchhatch birdhouse concerns & were extra cautious around their birdhouse. They worked as a team managing the hose as to not scruff the fence nor disturb the landscaping. Icing on the cake was they hosed off the small amounts of overspray on the front windows & off the spa cover in back. So considerate, meticulous & friendly. Keepers for sure! Thanks to you both!

The people at Arborscape are exceptional. Austin and Gary did the winter pruning of our crab apple trees again this year. They took the time to explain how the cuts would grow out in the spring. Their cleanup was perfect. We stay with Arborscape because they know trees and are do the work with care.
