It's a big decision to remove a big old tree, but ArborScape made the process painless. Thanks to Jeff for his guidance and to Austin, Gary and crew for getting the job done efficiently and professionally. They arrived promptly, with their clean, beautiful equipment and finished in less time than anticipated. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. I was glad to learn that they will also grind the stump (not everyone does that).

“Amazing” is the word I keep using to describe my experience with this company. I was having a very large tree removed from my small back yard. I was quite concerned as to how they would be able to remove the tree and not damage my new composite decking, the railings, my house, and my fence. When the gentlemen arrived, the Foreman, Austin and his crew, Gary and London, they were very polite, listened to my concerns and confidently went to work! The skill and precision it took from them to get all the branches to fall without damaging anything on my property was performed amazingly! Then came the clean-up, they hauled it all out, raked the yard, cleaned the deck, and even cleaned the debris from the street area where they were grinding up all the branches. These three gentlemen were personable and efficient! I highly recommend them!

I don’t know where to start… Michelle came out to give me a quote and I immediately felt comfortable with her knowledge! I don’t feel like they were overpriced and I just trusted her. Austin and Gary showed up not only early but they Adjusted due to weather, which was perfect! They did… not only what I needed and wanted, but more! It was obvious that they loved my trees and loved what they were doing And are totally educated… And besides they’re veterans! I couldn’t have appreciated it more.I will never use another outfit… They trimmed my juniper bushes so beautifully. I just cannot praise them enough !!! They cleaned up perfectly Obviously, I love them!!! You will too!!!

After obtaining three bids we recently hired Arbor Scape for a major tree project, and they exceeded every expectation from Michelle who provided the quote to Austin, Gary, and London the forman and crew. The job included removing two trees, one very large, trimming others, and grinding the stumps—and they handled it all with incredible professionalism and care.

What impressed us most was their attention to detail. They worked carefully to ensure surrounding trees and landscaping were not damaged during the process. The cleanup was impeccable—when they finished, you couldn’t find even the smallest stick left behind. It looked as though the trees had never been there!

Their team was punctual, courteous, and clearly skilled at what they do. If you’re looking for a tree company that combines expertise with respect for your property, Arbor Scape is the one to call. Highly recommended!

They trimmed a tree over my car and let the branch fall on top. They didn't knock or ask me to move anything. They are blocking my driveway. I asked them to move. He refused. Called the police for damage and trespassing.

No, the cars tires are not flat, they are BRAND NEW!!
I have security camera footage with audio of the entire event where your worker didn't knock, and refused to move, which is why I called the police.
He deserved to be cussed at for his blatant disregard for my property!
I will now be contacting a lawyer with video and audio evidence of your libelous responses. I HAVE LITERAL PROOF OF EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID AND EVERYTHING YOUR WORKER SAID.

Had some trees trimmed. Austin and his crew were extremely professional and efficient. My trees look great and healthy now. They did a great job and left my backyard clean of any debris. I would totally use ArborScape again.

I first met Jeff when I needed an Aspen tree removed from a very tight spot between my neighbors house and mine. Jeff quoted me a fair price so I had them do the job which they did very well. Then recently I realized I had several large dead branches on a huge locust tree in my back yard. especially since two of the branches were directly over my house. Again Fir Sure Arbor Pro quoted a fair price so I had them do the job. They have just finished and the tree looks great. The fellas also did an outstanding job on the cleanup. I’m very satisfied. They were even able to show up a little early. 👍

These guys are awesome. Totally professional. Great communication, transparent billing, prompt. Detailed. They even reset my kids trampoline and swing thoughtfully.

He was professional, friendly and he knew what he was talking about. He explained "tree things" to us and answered all of our questions. The prices were affordable. The following week Fir Sure had our aspens cleaned up in no time.

I don't leave reviews very often but had to make time for this one. I couldn't be more impressed with Jeff and his team from Fir Sure Arbor Pro! We bought our place in August of 2020 and noticed our extremely large elm tree had never been treated. There was more dead branch clusters leaning towards the house than live ones on the entire tree. I received 10 different quotes from tree pruning companies and could tell right away that Jeff was the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring of them all. His knowledge of trees is only outweighed by the immaculate job him and his crew do. They completed the job quickly and cleaned our yard as if they owned the place. He even cleaned out my gutters which was certainly not part of the quote. From start to finish working with Jeff and his company has been an absolute pleasure. We will use his service at all our properties moving forward and I really hope anyone reading this does the same.

Can't say enough about how impressed I was working with Jeff and his team! We had a very large tree in our backyard with several dead limbs and some precarious branches near power lines/over garages, and they did an excellent job with the removal. Leading up to the removal, they were super responsive, answered my many questions I had leading up to the removal, and professional throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal work in Denver, you can't go wrong with these guys!

Fir Sure Arbor Pro is the most professional tree company I've encountered. From the level of excellence they provided to the safety precautions as well as the professionalism they offer. I really did not expect such a great experience with tree removal. They have really set a high bar!

Jeff Baker was the provider on call and he was like a one man crew. We needed 4 separate 100 foot trees removed and from start to finish they took great care of our yard, provided fair rates and executed in a really timely fashion.

The staff of Fir Sure arrived early and got right to work. The area of the debris was clean and free of leaves. These guys are professional and good at their job.

Knowledgeable, well-done work. Jeff is clearly an expert that cares about tree health with a long-term perspective. Was more detailed and thoughtful that 3 other Arborists, yet also quoted excellent price -- a hidden gem. Scheduling was easy and Jeff was communicative when an earlier time became available. Work and cleanup was well performed. Weeks later, Jeff jumped on the phone to advise on some unrelated questions I had about caring for a spruce in my backyard that wasn't in the original scope of work -- he's clearly willing to go the extra mile. Would not consider anywhere else.
