Horrible service! I asked for an estimate to have a tree trimmed, agreed to the price, but when the specialists showed up they decided they needed different equipment that cost more than double the original quote. Plus they told me I had to wait 4-6 weeks. I found a different firm on Angi that completed the work the next day.

They are simply the best...better than Swingle or anyone else we ever used in the past. ArborScape removed an enormous cottonwood tree from our backyard, which was hanging over our neighbor's fence and yard. They did this by scaling the tree and not by crane. The process was amazing and artful. They completed the removal quicker than estimated and didn't drop anything on the neighbor's side--a big worry for us. They also removed the stump and surface roots and trimmed all of our large trees. Their staff was friendly and professional and everyone in the office was responsive and great to deal with. I've recommended ArborScape to friends/family and everyone has been impressed and happy. I wouldn't use any other company for this type of service.

We recently had a bad experience with ArborScape, Inc. and I wanted to share with others who might be seeking an arborist. We got a quote from them and the work was to include removal of one aspen tree including stump grinding and removal, plus trimming of our other 2 aspens. The trees were hanging over into our neighbor's driveway and just needed a good trim.

On the day we had the work done (5/12), we came home to the one tree gone but stump still in place, one aspen trimmed almost completely bald on one side (no advance notice had been given that this would be necessary) and nothing else seemed to be trimmed back on the third tree. My husband called them and they said they would come take a look. Later in the week, they came back and ground the stump down, leaving behind a mess of mulch in our rock and about 10 feet of our sprinkler line pulled out. No additional trimming was done to the trees. It appears the third tree has not been touched in the least, yet our quote and price included that.

When my husband called again, they said there was no additional trimming that needed to be done and that the trees were in our neighbor's air space and they would need to trim them instead of us! Additionally, they said they don't remove the mulch ("it will wash away over time") and that we would need to deal with putting the sprinkler hose back in place under the rocks ourselves. They did give us a $65 reduction on the original estimate to make up for our troubles. But we still have to do a lot of clean up work, which was not expected.

My issues are that they did not clearly explain some of these things. Had I known what to expect, perhaps I wouldn't feel so irritated and inclined to complain. But, to us it feels like they did a half-ass job. We would not recommend this company.

We are super glad we contacted ArborScape about the health of two of our trees that had bugs. They assessed our trees and explained what was happening. They were super knowledgeable and helpful. We had submitted an online request form and was contacted the next business day and then someone was out a couple days later. We will definitely use ArborScape in the future for any tree related concerns!

I found ArborScape on Angie's List and gave them a try based on their overall high rating. Besides good, thorough work, and cleanup, I love how easy it is to get an estimate, make a zero-pressure decision whether or not you would like ArborScape to proceed with the work, and pay via credit card over the phone with their friendly office staff.
I visited their website on a Sunday night and entered my contact information, address and description of the work I needed done. When I got home from work the following day, ArborScape had already visited my house, estimated the job, and left the estimate on my front door. I called their office, agreed to the estimate, provided my credit card information, and scheduled a date for the work to be completed the following week. This is an ideal company to work with, especially if you have a busy schedule and cannot be home during the week for the estimate and work.

So far, I've had them prune the huge Willow tree in my back yard, as well as the Ash tree in my front yard. I've already scheduled them to come out four times per year to take care of my Ash tree - deep root fertilization, inspect spray, ect. Also, I had them totally remove those nasty juniper bushes overtaking the side of my house.

ArborScape was great. They came to give me an estimate when they said they would. It was incredibly reasonable and they did the work in record time. I can't remember the last time I was so pleased with a contractor.

I called about 10 different companies before I found one that would chip up the branches and recycle the wood chips. All the other ones would only haul them to the dump, which is simply unconscionable to me. Several other companies wouldn't even give me an estimate because the job was too small.

I have a rental property with a 25' tree that needed to be removed while the house was occupied. The tree was very close to the house and it was important to me that ArborScape be very professional and considerate of the renters whenever they were on the property - from estimation through completion.

ArborScape did a great job. The renters were very happy with them and told me so - which made me happy too. Just as important, I was happy with the cost, the speed, and the quality of work. I can't imagine how it could've been any better.

Arborscape was incredible. They used a long boom with a robotic claw and saw to completely dismantle a 70ft cottonwood tree. The folks doing the work were solid, professional, polite. The clean up job was just as impressive. I am extremely satisfied and I highly recommend them!

I have used ArborScape twice in the last several years and found their service to be outstanding. They worked with me on revising a series of estimates, and were very responsive about doing so. For the jobs themselves, they were punctual and did an excellent job with both the work and clean-up. I have had tree and bush trimming, yard cleanup, and tree removal performed.

I want to say what a great experience we had with Arbor Scape. They looked at our Snow Crab tree the end of the summer and said they could not trim until some freezing has occurred. They called and came out yesterday 12/2/15 to trim. The 2 gentlemen who came were very professional very friendly and did a excellent job. They were very mindful of the surroundings watching that no branches falling would damage things below. The clean up was complete and tree looks great. What a wonderful experience this is our tree company.

Fantastic. We got three different bids for pruning two of our main trees at home. Although ArborScape wasn't the least expensive - we've learned that like many other things, you get what you pay for.
Everyone involved was professional, and extremely knowledgeable about what (and why) they were doing what they were doing. We even received a text reminder that they would be out on the day we had scheduled with them. Although the process is a messy one, I was really impressed by how well they cleaned up everything before leaving.

Your crews did an amazing job and cleaned everything up, looks like nothing left on the ground or roof of our house.

Made an appointment on May 31st for June 14th from 9am to noon. Called at 12:30pm to see if they were still coming and I was told they already came and quote was in the mail. I informed the rep that we have cameras all over our yards and no one came by. She continued to act like I was crazy for not seeing this person coming by to quote, so I asked what they quoted. It was a tree trimming. My appointment was for aphids and no tree trimming.

Then I asked what address she had, it wasn't even close to my address. So I waited 2 weeks for them to quote the wrong property.

She offered to send someone out again and I said after this first impression I probably wouldn't be moving forward with them and her only response was "I don't blame you".

If you need someone to come to your actual property and quote tree needs, keep looking...

We have a long history working with ArborScape. Our trees always benefit from the excellent job they do trimming. Last year we had an 80 year old…..80’…….spruce die. ArborScape took the tree down…..drilled out the stump…..and cleaned up including putting our fence back….so that the yard was in good shape. The individuals with whom we have worked are consistently knowledgeable….courteous and professional. I give them the highest of recommendations.

This was the third time Arbor Scape has trimmed my trees. The always do an excellent job. My trees are healthy, look great and don't experience storm damage from snow.

So far horrible, this company was hired by the city to remove a tree. The guy That was supposed to remove my tree didn't have the proper chainsaw the first day that he came so he couldn't do it. Then it's been a hassle to try to get him out here ever since . The office is unorganized, was told me that it will get cut down one day by a nice lady at the office, who confirmed with me the work order. And told me it would be yamen down that day. It didn't get done. Then the next week and not they don't have a work order for it. Arborist is rude lazy leaves a mess on everyone else's property cuts down branches that are healthy and no threat to the house to the street or anything yet still removed.
He says I need to move my truck which I get, but didn't stick to it reschedule, nor knock on the door to let you know if he is going to do it that day.
Called the office yet again and spoke to a very rude lady, saying she can't find anything on my tree removal now and that she will call me back when she finds out anything. How much ya bet I hear nothing but crickets from this company.

No one answers phone and no one returns my voice messages regarding a bill statement they sent me.
Excellent company but I think their voice mail box is a joke.

The Arborscape team was professional, timely, courteous, and highly skilled on our tree removal project. The estimate was done in short order, scheduling was easy, and the tree removal team showed up on schedule and did an outstanding job of removing a tree in tight quarters without a hitch. Highly recommend!

The drivers of the tree trucks can't even keep the truck in their own lane you think I'd trust the work? Tell your drivers to learn how to pay attention to the road

This is not a review of service as I have never used them before, it is a review on their very unsafe, very AGGRESSIVE driver/employee experience I had this morning. I was the only person on a four lane road at 6:06am, here comes a gray pickup truck flying up to me, at this time I had sped up to give some distance, he was going well over the stated speed limit of 40 pushing more like 65-70, I then slowed down so he would get the hint to go around, as if tailing someone at 6am going over the speed limit is appropriate or safe. He whips his car around mine very aggressively and just about clips my front end as to make a point that he’s pissed that I wasn’t going fast enough for him. Ignorant behavior for an adult, especially in a company truck… Just so we could both come to a full stop at the light ahead (Wadsworth and Chatfield). Ignorant behavior! They do realize, there are people out running, cyclists, animals etc. There are reasons for speed limits and if you can’t be an adult enough to get up on time to get to work without going 90 in a 40, maybe you need to go back home and live with mommy and not have a job. Your company will end up getting sued one of these days for this idiots behavior. Sounds like the same gray truck another person left a review on. I have this all recorded on dash cam. License plate BCQ-901 Gray Nissan Titan with your company number on the back. Way to go! The uncalled for AGGRESSIVE driving needs to stop or calls will be made for BBB, DORA and so on. P.S. your employee looks very unsafe and VERY ANGRY. Would not want this person/truck to come to my home for any service.

Austin and Sonny showed up on time for our appointment. They were very professional explained the process of what they were going to do and then they got their equipment out and did just that! I highly recommend these guys for any and all of your Arbor needs. TOP TIER SERVICE in my book. Thanks again guys!
