The team that did our tree service was FIRST RATE!! They were on time, efficient, friendly, helpful and provided several helpful tips on how to care for our trees. I highly recommend Fir Sure Arbor!

I had 6 different estimates to trim two trees, Fir Sure was only one to include all necessary info, including copies of liability insurances. Jeff is reliable and easy to work with. The crew was on time and did a great job.
One of the trees was a 45 yr. old green ash and unfortunately had emerald ash borer insects and the tree had to be removed, the cost of which was listed on my estimate. The change of plan was put into action, the crew knew what needed to be done and finished quickly. All debris was removed and yard cleaned up, with large branches and sections of trunk picked up next morning.
I have more trees needing attention and a stump now needing to be removed. I will be hiring Fir Sure again.

Can’t say enough great things about Jeff and his team at Fir Sure! We desperately needed our trees pruned and trimmed back, and Fir Sure did an AMAZING job. It opened our backyard up! Even our neighbors have complimented on how great the trees look. We will only use Fir Sure from here on out, and I will always recommend Jeff to others who need a great arborist!

Crew came with a bunch of climbers and ropes and really cleaned up the trees, not just the outside shape but all the overgrowth inside. Have large honey locusts. I had hired a company a couple of years ago for similar price and all they did was shape the outside/left dead and spindly branches. Fir Sure did a much better job, will hire them again this fall for the fruit trees!

Great to work with. They were very friendly, on time, cleaned everything up well, and even removed an additional branch that I thought needed it. Their prices are good for the quality of their work.

I got about 5 estimates for trimming (3) 30-year old trees, and Fir Sure was the most competitive with the highest reviews as well.

Jeff is not only an arborist, but an artist. Him and his team managed to turn my unkempt trees into beauties. They arrived on time and completed the work within a few hours - they left my lawn cleaner then when they arrived.

The team did a great job trimming a couple trees in our back yard. Trees look healthy and happy now. 😀. They also did a nice job cleaning up the little twigs and debris on the ground afterwards. Highly recommend!

Had Fir Sure Arbor Pro maintain and prune our two massive (70+ foot) cottonwood trees twice in the last 3 years. I am always impressed by Jeff’s knowledge and care in the consultation. He and his crew were on time, professional, and efficient in their process. Left the trees looking great and discussed any issues and general health of the trees after the job was done. His crew cleaned up all the cuttings and debris on the yard and left it better than they found it. Would not hesitate to recommend them for even the largest of tree jobs.

Fir Sure was professional across the board. Efficient, on time, worked as a team, and brought ideas about how to manage removal of a tree planted too close to the house. Finished ahead of schedule. And they were priced competitively. Highly recommend.

The Fir Sure Arbor Pro crew are great guys. Very professional and knowledgeable about tree care. They arrived when they said they would, trimmed five of my trees and cleaned up well when they were done. All the trees looked great when they were done and I know they were all happy. Jeff runs a very professional tree service. He responds to questions quickly. His prices are very competitive. His crew showed up on time and there were four of them, so it made for quick work. They carefully took down a 45 foot tall Blue Spruce and trimmed some ornamental pear trees as well. Cleaned up everything well. Highly recommend!

We could not have been more pleased with the work by Fir Sure Arbor Pros. This 70 ft Blue Spruce had never been maintained and was starting to look unhealthy. Jeff explained the work in his estimate thoroughly, what was and what was not needed. They cleaned up perfectly and took all the cuttings away. They are very professional and trust worthy. We will certainly use them again.

Twice in one week I now have to call them to see WHY they have not picked up. Sadly, several of my neighbors experienced the same.

Waste Connections stated that they would have a truck swing by the next day and pick the trash up again, yet they didn't. This is now the 10th time this year this has occurred with them. I called again just now and customer support stated the order ticket was closed out (implying it was picked up)... I have no words at this point.

We decided to finally file a formal complaint with the BBB.

Total waste of time.

I'd give them a 0 if I could! They haven't picked up our recycle in 2 weeks (the last scheduled date) and Ive give them a lil slack (4days not including the day it was supposed to be picked up) since we've had snow storms but still no recycle service. When I call, the automated gives an option to hit 4 to make a payment or to stay on the line, but when staying on the line you get hung up on. We pay for a service so it would be nice to get the service not be skipped, hung up on, and given no one to speak to! This company needs to get there act together especially since they bought out another trash company....not to mention, this company didnt notify ALL their "new customers" of the number to contact them at.

I try not to complain I figure everyone has their bad days, they missed my trash pick up so I let it go, the following week I called to make sure they were coming, as I was cleaning out my refrigerator, they assured me they haven't came yet and will be there, I called about four times and got the same answer, then it was almost 5:00 I called again, and customer service said I must of had my lid open, I said what about the other bags? they were in closed containers? She said we don't pick up from other containers. I said well if your not going to pick up my trash then cancel my account, she responded no your in a 2 year contract, I asked to speak to her manager, she said I can give you an email, and I told her they didn't pick it up the week before either, she responded that's your fault for not calling we didn't know. Never sign up with them, horrible service!

I have several children with special needs so we have extra trash each week. I pay extra to have additional trash picked up each week. However, they rarely pick all the trash (never more than the agreed upon amount). When I call, they tell me they will pick the remaining trash the next week and then refuse because it is "too many bags". My new neighbor parks on the street and sometimes blocks one trash can- they could easily walk around the car to get the remaining trash can- right next to the other cans, but they don't. Then they charge me an additional fee to come back out once I move the trash cans. However- I cannot find another trash removal company or I would switch.

I never had a problem with Eagle Waste. My issues started when Waste Connections took over the account. From the beginning the customer service was bad and then came the delayed and missed pick ups. I was on the phone with WC way more than anyone should have to be to argue about my trash pick up. Trying to cancel was even worse. I received numerous calls to collect an undisclosed pick up fee of $35. The customer supervisor refused to give me the name of his boss. He told me he was the end of the line and there was no dispute process for this undisclosed fee. It wasn't until after filing a complaint with the BBB and sending 3 letters (which by the way, they couldn't locate the first 2 letters...no surprise there) to the company did I finally get someone to respond and remove this fee. I will NEVER use this company again.

This is by far the worst waste company I have ever used. We use their commercial services, they do not pick up when they say they will their driver lies saying he didn't have access or that it was blocked. I stayed on the dock 11 hours today to make sure he couldn't lie again, he never came, called it in dispatch said he'd be out here by 5pm, he never showed. I've called numerous times for the account rep to call back, he never does. I'm warning everybody to stay away from their commercial services. Zero stars do not recommend.

Easily the worst trash pickup company that I have ever had the displeasure of using (and I have experience using several over the years). Not a month seems to go by where they don't 'forget' to pick up our trash and/or recycling. When we call them, they will make promises to pick up our curbside trash, and they never make good on their promises. Do yourself a favor and avoid them. There are better options.
