Highlands Ranch service switched over to company-issued trash cans and we only got one. I mistakenly thought that was all I' was entitled to receive. After 3 weeks, it became painfully obvious that one trash can would not cut it. So I called Waste Connections and I was immediately connected to Noreen who was cheerful and helpfully explained to me that as a Highlands Ranch customer, my service fee included TWO trash cans and recycling!!! And she also said they would no longer collect loose bags left out on the curb so I needed to have them in a trash can. So three trash receptacles it is! Waste Connections will be dropping off the other two trash cans so problem solved. Lesson learned! If there's a problem, call someone and get help!
Oh and let me say, we've been customers for 19 years and in all that time I think we've only had one week where our trash didn't get picked up and that was weather related. This is an incredibly reliable company with awesome drivers!

I have used the services of Artistic Tree Care for several years on different trees in my yard. They've taken really good care of my older/larger trees as well as getting smaller younger ones growing in a way that they look so healthy and pretty. Appreciate their quality service and good communication.

Vincent gave me a fantastic price on trimming our two huge ash trees — much better than other quotes — and his crew delivered! They arrived on time, removed several larger dead limbs, and left the trees looking amazing. Cleanup was spotless, and they even blew and hauled away extra leaves.

A couple of months ago I had my tree pruned because of blight. I thought that I would have something that looked like a standing coat rack, but it wasn't so, it looks beautiful! I'm ever so happy! Today my tree received a spray treatment so help it along. I'm very happy with the service that I have received. All the employees are knowledgeable and have answered all of my questions.

I needed several trees trimmed in a hurry, so George came to my home to give me an estimate within a day or two. He was very thorough about what would need to be done, and how much time it would take. I wanted just dead or dangerous branches removed, and that is what the crew did. They did not over trim like past tree companies have done, but they got every dead branch trimmed out and cleaned up in good time. My trees look amazing now! The crew was also very careful with my sprinkler system, but after one small part got damaged, they promptly paid for the repair. This tree company is very honest, hard working and knowledgable. I have had many tree services over the past 30 years and this is one of the best in Denver!

James just finished up grinding out a big maple stump and taking out a half dozen overgrown bushes, and he did a fantastic job! Bailey Tree responded super quickly to my request for a quote, and they were able to come do the work a week earlier than expected. Incredibly reasonably priced and great customer service.

I had a tree severely damaged by our spring storm last May. They came out and told me the best time to trim the tree would be late winter. They were on time and their crew was polite, professional and did an amazing job. I honestly thought the tree would need to be cut down, but they made it look amazing from the street view. Their guys cleaned up so well you’d never know they were here. Can’t recommend them enough!

We hired Bailey Tree to remove a massive pine tree that had been previously struck by lightning along with a few lesser Elm trees. The job was quite technical given the surrounding power lines. Bailey Tree made short work of our trees and it was honestly a wonder to behold how efficiently they were able to complete the project. Bailey Tree did an excellent job of trimming all the trees and bushes on our property. Brian came out for our initial estimate and was very hands on. We liked that he took time to actually walk up to all our trees and check their leaves/trunks and show us if there was a problem, not just look them over. The crew that did the actual trimming was also very efficient and the estimate times of how long the job would take was spot on. Communication was good leading up and I love that you can just pay your invoice on their website. They also are doing treatments on our ash trees. Would definitely call them again.

James Webb and Reilly Olson did a superb job removing a large tree stump in our back yard. They cleaned it up beautifully and laid down the mulch from the stump grinding. Matt, Jake and Dylan were all over it with my ash tree trimming. We have had ash lilac borer problems for years leading to many dead branches in one tree but they cleaned it up and it looks good. The cost was right as well
