We had our house deep cleaned by Mountain Meadow Maids and they did an amazing job! They were punctual, professional and detail oriented. We will be using this service again and recommending it to others.

I called in to this group the afternoon of 5/15/2014. The company I work for does facility management for data centers and telecommunications sites, and we were seeking companies to quote out janitorial services for a client in Englewood, CO. I didn't even get through half a sentence of explaining who I was when the lady who took the call screamed "NO THANK YOU!" and hung up on me.

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not waste your time with this company. They clearly have enough work that they are not willing to hear someone out for an opportunity to secure more.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service provided by Simply Grand Cleaning. From the moment I booked, communication was clear and professional. The cleaning team arrived right on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. They were friendly, respectful, and incredibly thorough.
Every corner of my home was spotless — floors shining, bathrooms sparkling, and even the little details (like baseboards and light switches) were taken care of. It felt like walking into a brand new home! Will be booking again!

These guys were great. I had them restretch carpeting in four of my rooms and they were extremely reasonably priced compared to others. They were quick yet thorough. They called ahead to see if they could come earlier than planned. Would recommend them to anyone.

If I was able to give this company no stars I would. Their customer service was horrible. The assistant to the actual carpet showed up and was not experienced enough to even know the basics of how to clean furniture upholstery. He walked out on the job. When I called their company to complain, they hung up on me. I ended up having to call another company on such short notice and they were able to do the job that A Personal Touch Carpet Cleaning refused to do!

Doing the review homework paid off! This is an awesome company, is easy to schedule and they actually show up on time! Their staff is courteous, professional and easy to work with. They did a great job on our carpets, we have 3 large dogs and 2 cats -carpet looks brand new! Also very affordable.

As a Littleton native, I have known Phil for over 30 years because my mom also called only A Personal Touch for all carpet and rug cleaning. Words cannot accurately describe the attention to detail & the pride taken by this family-owned company. Donna is the gem who keeps the office logistics running smoothly. We've gone through elderly animal and water-damaged incidences + maintenance cleaning, and I cannot imagine using another company. Quality people, friendly/personal/quality work = this customer uses no one else.

We have used personal touch twice for numerous jobs in our house. They recommend the best use of our money and did a great job. They stretch out carpet through the house twice, cleaned couches and also cleaned the carpet both times. Definitely recommend.
