I had an excellent experience using A Personal Touch. I had called them to come clean a white linen couch that my 2 yr old had decided to artfully decorate with red punch. I thought the couch was most likely ruined, but Phil was a miracle worker and got the stains out. Reasonable priced, came out quickly and on time. Phil was very personable and attentive to our needs. Would definitely use them for our future cleaning needs.

Phil & A Personal Touch did a great job, I use them for my home and my business carpets. My home carpet was in rough shape, and they were able to get out some stains that the previous company could not. Highly recommended!

Phil is awesome! I called him and left a message, he returned my call very quickly...within an hour and set up an appointment for me exactly when I needed it. I didn't end up using A Personal Touch to clean my carpets but I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. I've known Phil for a while now and would recommend this company to everyone.

Phil and his colleague arrived on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning a heavily used stairway and also stretching and cleaning the carpet in a bedroom. We are thrilled with the results and the fair price that was charged. We plan to use them again for the rest of our carpeted rooms.

Phil and his team did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our carpets and rugs. With two dogs and a baby on the way Phil and his staff made sure every corner in our house was cleaned. They made sure to move all of our couches and chairs and did not cut any corners. So glad we found such an amazing company that is a pleasure to work with.

Donna helped me out with an urgent carpet cleaning need. Riley the technician was so fantastic and did an amazing job on our carpets, stairs and couch. I’ve never met anyone as professional or kind as Donna and can’t recommend these folks enough!

Phil and Larry did such a good job of cleaning my wall to wall carpet and couch that they appear brand new! Not only did they manage to erase some long-standing stains (chocolate, oil, and pet urine) but they were efficient and very careful. Phil, for a modest amount, re-attached a carpet seam in a doorway which had become a tripping hazard. I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am. Wish I had taken a before and after pic.

I've used A Personal Touch through the years and I have never been disappointed. My carpet is older but it always looks new when they have finished. I had my carpet cleaned just a few days ago. I was told this company will do 100 square feet of carpet cleaning for any new customers. You won't be disappointed.
