Elen has come to clean my house for 3 years. She does an amazing job & everything is sparkling when she leaves. She even cleaned areas that are important & difficult in the shower, behind the couch, in between the blinds and in the kitchen. She is very thorough! Aside from her amazing job I trust her. I have a dog & two babies who absolutely adore her. She is so great with the kids. Elen is a great communicator when it comes to scheduling. I have recommended Elen to 5 families.

Elen is fantastic! She not only left our home spotless, her prices are incredibly reasonable and she is so trustworthy and kind. She always has a smile on her face, professional, courteous and caring for our whole family; especially to our children. She is accommodating to changes in schedule if needed, and she goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. We will miss her dearly and wish she did not have to move. Elen is thorough and detail-oriented, but she also goes above and beyond with the sweetest touches: toilet paper roses, festive seasonal details (her Halloween paper towel ghosts were adorable), and perfectly arranged pillows and blankets. She’s never bothered by our home having a lot of “stuff” or not being perfectly tidy when she arrives — she’s professional, respectful, and nonjudgmental.

Spoke with the owner Johnny at initial contact. He snuck us in to the schedule, was super personable and informative. Today, both Devin and Dylan were equally informative, professional and great to work with! Got the job done quickly and ensured we were happy, all with a smile and positive attitude! Wish we would have discovered this company sooner. They don't service the area we are moving to, bummer. Four thumbs up for GlassPro (my husband was equally impressed!) Thanks to the GlassPro team.

We have lived in our home for 31 years and have never have had our windows cleaned professionally. After seeing the results of GlassPro's efforts, we wonder why we haven't done this sooner. We are so thrilled with the results we can't believe how clean our windows and screens are. We also had the exterior of the house spray washed and it looks fantastic as well.

The two crewmembers who came to do the work arrived on time, were very professional and friendly, easy to work around, and on target, basically a wonderful experience for us. We have numerous windows and screens, and they finished the job in approximately two hours.

We would highly recommend GlassPro to anybody who is considering having their windows and screens cleaned, as well as having any other potential exterior home cleaning performed. Based on our experience we think you will be very happy with the results.

Johnny and his team are phenomenal and awesome! Very professional, easy to work with, answered questions, worked hard and did a spectacular job! They power / pressure washed the siding on our ranch-style home, cleaned the windows inside and out along with the screens and also pressure washed our solar panels. Johnny & his team did a great job! I hired GlassPro to clean the inside and outside of our windows and was very detailed and particular with how I wanted the windows to be cleaned. GlassPro went above and beyond. Our windows were meticulously cleaned, and Johnny put me at ease from the moment we met. I highly recommend this service and will not use anyone else moving forward.

Glass Pro was great! Johnny was very friendly and handled everything with the #1 quality I look for in a business- the desire to find a way to say “yes.” Their prices were also very reasonable, and I would of course, the quality of their work was exceptional.

Would recommend this company only if you’re needing standard window cleaning. The tech was great and did a wonderful job.

However, if anything is identified/recommended DURING cleaning (in my case: an acid wash for scummy window that turned out not to be sun damage as the tech said), I would look elsewhere. Office isn’t great at communication or follow-up unless forced from a review.

Unsure if a tech was ever deployed for the treatment follow-up or if the break in communication came from the office to me. Either way, it shouldn’t have taken a bad review to finally get a quick, “unfortunately this is a seal issue and isn’t in our wheelhouse.” I totally would have understood and my review would have been completely different had this been communicated earlier.

Jonny's team did a great job! They were able to come over quickly and his guys could not have been nicer. I was very pleased with the outcome and the compared to other companies the price was great too. Highly recommend!

Very easy to get in touch with and schedule. Customer service seemed excellent, and we had nice clean windows all ready for out of town guests and a graduation party.

Jackson worked very hard and was extremely personable and helpful. The windows look amazing and he also did our entry chandelier. He cleaned each individual glass ball and it looks beautiful. Many thanks for a job very well done!!

The only piece of my experience that stopped me from giving a 5-star rating was the scheduling process. It was a bit hectic but once a date was finally nailed down everything went very smooth.
