Not a good experience overall. I purchased the most expensive (platinum) package and they left without doing half of the cleaning. They did end up coming back a week later but the kids that showed up didn’t know what they were supposed to be doing to fix the issue. Poor communication across the company.

Luis and Lezer were on time, professional, diligent and fast, courteous, careful with our things, and gentle with our dogs. We highly recommend Glass Pro - wonderful service for a fair price. We will use them again and again. VFH, Littleton.

The guys were great! Very organized and friendly. They worked hard! Windows are beautiful and clean.

Not a great start but an excellent finish. Because of some bad weather on the scheduled day. A young intern came to do the interior windows. He was a nice your man but his work was less than acceptable. The basic windows were fine but the edges had many smudges and streaks. Johnny called the next day and assured me the job would be done properly. The next day, a crew of 2 different young men came and did the outside and touched up the inside and the job was A-OK! And his price was extremely fair!I

Everything was great until the technician arrived. I had a technician named Ben, who was extremely rude from the start.

First of all, a technician was supposed to arrive between 8-11am, but by 12:30pm no one had shown up. I had to call to find out when I could expect the technician. When he finally arrived, Ben was rude right away and pulled on the window frames as hard as possible, despite my request to be careful and let me try to do it.

Later, when the work started, I had to point out multiple windows that hadn’t been cleaned properly. The technician didn’t even check his own work, so I had to monitor the job from the beginning. In the end, he left without installing the last screen or informing me that he was leaving, which prevented me from asking him to rewash any windows that were still not cleaned properly.

I don’t know how other technicians operate, but I never want to work with this one again. I’m sorry, but the experience I had definitely didn’t justify the price I paid.

Went with the platinum package bc we’ve never had the windows done before and the screens and bottom rails were a mess. Johnny was super polite and responsive via phone and email, and Ben came over on our appointed day and worked all day! Great results!!

GlassPro Cleaning is top notch, any way you slice it!! From the initial call to project completion, the entire experience was flawless. Extremely impressed with this company, and we will be repeat customers.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. I paid for the platinum package and it was the furthest from that. My house painters were surprised to hear my windows were “cleaned”. GlassPro sent one very inexperienced person to do a large house. He did not do any basement windows, half the upstairs windows, and didn’t wipe down any windows after the water, leaving water marks and streaks. The vinyl was not wiped down either. Air drying obviously doesn’t look good no matter how high quality you think the water is. I felt like I could’ve done a better job myself. They came back out, so I had to spend another afternoon explaining what was missed. Insides of windows are still streaky and outside windows are as well. Please train your people better and not just have one experienced person (Jackson). Send the proper amount of people to your homes and reschedule if people call out. Follow up and not just send automated emails to people who clearly had a poor job done. Anyone would have agreed with the job that was done at my house. Not what I expected for a first time window cleaning and will probably need another company to redo the whole thing.

Professionalism is the name of the game at glass pro. They aren’t just your dime store windex toting money grabbers like you see around town. They are honest, fair, and communicated with me the entire way. They even followed up with me after a rainstorm to make sure my windows didn’t have streaks. Class acts.

Johnny and his team are genuinely kind, and thoughtful. They did a thorough job cleaning the windows in our home! Details make all the difference, and they took extra care to clean up the areas they dripped water. We will definitely use them again!

They washed the minerals off of my back picture windows onto my stucco, called me a liar, and would not come back to clean up my stucco.

Lezer was a very personable and diligent worker. He did an exceptional job. He was on time, didn't mess around...just came, cleaned and did an end of job walk through.
He also got along with our dog...not an easy task.

The crew did a great job on our home! They were professional and informed us how to care for our windows. Johnny was also great to talk to, and we felt good going with his small business for our glass needs. We will definitely be using GlassPro in the future.

Very happy with the window cleaning. Great communication, scheduled for 11-2, called the morning of appointment asking if they can come earlier, heck yes, come on over. The water purification/brush system worked great, windows were spotless. We paid for platinum which included the inside windows and tracks, looked great after finishing. Can’t go wrong with Glass Pro.

GlassPro did an incredible job with our Christmas lights, we absolutely love them! They were super professional and got our lights done quick, making it so easy for us to just sit back and enjoy! So grateful for their help getting one of my husbands least favorite tasks done! Highly recommend them!

Just a disappointing experience all around. Communication was quite challenging. I paid for the platinum service which was to be all windows, tracks and screens - none of my screens were cleaned, only a few tracks were barely wiped down and my 9ft. ceilings apparently were too high for them to reach some windows. They didn't wear shoe covers, skipped the basement windows all together. Johnny the owner tried to resolve the issues by asking if he could come back out with his employee but could only give me a multiple hour window for arrival. I really thought after the poor job, they would set a specific time to come back out since I was doing him a favor to train and work with one of his employees. Even though my schedule had to be inconvenienced again for this to happen they just gave me a window of 4 hours. He ended up giving me a small credit for some of the missed items but really what I wanted was a good job done to completion without multiple visits and inconveniencing my schedule.

They did an amazing professional cleaning job on my windows inside and out...and completed so quickly!

This was the first year that I decided to treat my family with the gift of holiday lights on the house. From the beginning of the process, Johnny was extremely responsive and professional. He came out to our house and went reviewed with me all the options. I received the quote along with a video of himself talking me through everything, including pricing. Once I made my decision, and we got the install date confirmed, Johnny and his team came out and installed all the lights to perfection. Not one light was out of place. He set everything up on a timer so we didn’t have to remember to turn the lights on and off. When the house was lit up, it truly looked magical. Thank you Johnny and team for the extra time and care you took to make our Christmas special.

From my first phone call with Johnny, I could tell GlassPro really cares about their customers, the quality of their work, and running an honest business. I have a very difficult gutter/roof situation, as I have solar panels installed almost to the edge of my roof on a 3 story house (it's steep due to a walkout basement); it's a very dangerous and difficult setup and not a task many companies would take on. On top of this, my gutters were DIRTY as they were full of pigeon debris. Johnny could have easily just said no and moved on, however, that is not the type of business Johnny runs. He researched my solar panels and found a way to tether himself and hand clean out my gutters. Johnny is a kind and wonderful family man, running the type of small business you can trust. I'm so happy that I hired GlassPro and that Johnny would take on my roof. Thank you Johnny for your dedication and quality work!
