Scott and his team do a great job of maintaining our facilities to a very high standard. We have a ton of events and foot traffic and they are always prepared and keep our facility top notch.

We at Kudu Roofing, have used City Wide for our cleaning of our Offices/Building for over 10 years now. We are still with them, because we have remained happy with the services offered and completed. If something was not right or brought to their attention that may have been missed, they took accountability and made it right. We were recently assigned and new Rep, Tylar, and his communication has been amazing and he checks in to make sure the quality services are continued as promised.

My facility has had an excellent experience with City Wide. They do a great job keeping our facility looking great. Justin Shelton has been such a pleasure to work with as well. He makes sure our needs are being met and is always responsive if we have any questions or needs.

When it comes to cleaning services, it’s hard to find a trustworthy, reliable and detail oriented cleaning company. We’ll guesses what?!? Here they are! Megan and her crew at City Wide have it dialed in. There are so many moving pieces when it comes to running a business but when you partner with City Wide, I am proud to say the cleanliness of my office and warehouse is the least of my worries thanks to Megan and her crew. Not only do they do a fantastic job cleaning, if there is anything out of the ordinary going on in my office my first outreach is to Megan to see if she has a connection or can help fix or resolve the issue. I have yet to find something that Megan and her crew can’t help us with. When I reach out to Megan, she responds immediately and when it comes to getting something done, she’ll get it done the same day, next day or even over a busy weekend. Managing a K-8 school can prove to be difficult in moments of high stress and response. Luckily, we have City Wide Facility Solutions always available to help out - especially during these moments. Due to yesterday's high wind, one of our parking lot light posts was damaged and began to sway aggressively. To avoid complete chaos, I Immediately contacted Patricia Martinez, who is our Account Manager at City Wide. She was extremely quick to respond and had a crew come out that same afternoon to investigate what was going on with the light post. They were able to set up their lift, dismantle the pole, and secure the area so no one would get hurt or cars would get damaged.

To say the least, I am very pleased to have a contractor that is dedicated to preserving our safety and most importantly, is committed to our community - even at a moment's notice.

Citywide has been a breath of fresh air. Scott in particular has been what every service manager should be like. Scott checks in weekly to see if we are satisfied with their scope of work. He is also looking to see if they need improvements anywhere. I would highly recomend Scott and his crew.

When our previous cleaning crew started having staffing issues and the quality of cleaning deteriorated, our business faced an operational crisis. We contacted City Wide and asked if they could be on-site to evaluate the scope of work and we asked them to start within days. I was apprehensive with such a demanding request but I am thrilled to say that they have exceeded our expectations. Scott is responsive and addresses ALL our needs; he pops in to check on us and do quality assurance. The fact that they do their job flawlessly allows me to focus on running my business.
