We use The Cleaning Authority Lakewood as our standard, every two week cleaning team. They are wonderful - polite, on-time, responsive, and great at what they do. Highly recommend.

Corinne and Ciana are always wonderful, timely and friendly. I'm so proud of how my house looks after they're done. The company is very responsive to any questions.

So far I've had the two initial cleans and I'm decently happy with their work, except there were a couple things missed in main areas, like a sticky area on the wood floor that was missed both times (I figured they would for sure get it in the 2nd clean when "floors are given extra attention" but nope). That was disappointing as these were the "detail-cleans" and makes me wonder what else is being skipped over that is not as obvious. They also broke part of my desk's wood organizer box, though I know it was an accident... I am still hopeful that these examples are not going to be the "norm" and that it will get better.

So, we get solicitations from this company in the mail about 2x a month. Sounds like a cool system, so we called and had someone come over to give an estimate. Then when we tried contacting him to actually schedule the service, no response whatsoever. Sent an email and left three messages with the answering service. Super weird experience.

Cleanings were disappointing and communication about rescheduling was dropped. Last cleaning, two cleaners arrived late, stayed for one hour (charged us $160), and barely cleaned at all - visible dirt on floors, sinks, stainless fridge, tables and countertops, didn't make beds, and barely cleaned bathrooms. Called to complain and had to leave 3 messages with their phone service, which they finally returned 6 days later at dinner time. No apologies, just "prove it". No thanks, I'll just take my business elsewhere and warn others to avoid. ;)

Do not use this company! The initial cleaning was less than impressive. Table and desk surfaces in plain view were left untouched and dusty. Floors not even swept or mopped. A detailed cleaning of bathrooms left soap scum and dirt in the tub. Not to mention dust on every light shade in the bathroom vanity. I gave them a second chance and was disappointed on the re-do also. Not to mention...I asked the owner to come out an take a look...his response. I'm not going anywhere. How's that for customer service.

Liz & Angel-Marie were here yesterday and the house looks shining! Great work and an awesome value. I also like that they are consistant week to week no matter who my cleaning people are.

My team is the best! Thorough, efficient and professional! On top of a really clean home, my dogs always greet them with tail wags and happy barks. 5 stars!

Kayla and her assistant (Lisa, Amber, or Evelyn) are very friendly , courteous, thorough and speedy. They wear their face masks. When they finished, the house was very clean and shiny, especially in the kitchen. They did an excellent job.

The Cleaning Authority cleaned my house 4-5 times over the last 8 weeks and every time there was a major problem. They missed the arrival window twice, they did not complete tasks they said they would, and frequently did such a poor job of cleaning that I needed to re-clean as soon as they left. The office manager was rude on the phone, they seem to think they can show up at your house whenever they want, and could never get the directions right on what rooms to clean and which to avoid. I'll never use this company again after 4-5 substantial mistakes.

We had a Fantastic experience, we had the crew we request and they did a Fantastic job, again, renewing our faith in the service. On Thursday 1.4.24. Please share our gratitude with them both.

I won’t let you take my entire day. I have better things to do and more companies who are way more flexible. We want Angel back! We hate your app. If you’re going to use an app, at least be as efficient as Angel and give us a time frame the night before ( she gave us a call & text, super efficient/courtesy, ALWAYS the day/night before.) NOT at 7am the day of our appointment! We are considering canceling because your app makes your company even more like all cleaners and more heartless and money driven than before.

I hired them to clean my main floor. The first issue was that they skipped two rooms because apparently my paralyzed dog had an accident on the floor and they "don't deal with animal waste" so they left it there and I don't even know about why they didn't do the second room. The areas they did clean were super sloppy and not detailed at all. When I talked to a manager she basically blamed me and defended the low quality work.
I left town for a few weeks and when I came back and had to clean my house myself, I realized ALL of my cleaning supplies had been stolen. My toilet brush included. My house was being monitored and I have cameras for outside so now one broke in just to steal cleaning products. I guarantee the "help" this company sent to clean stole it when they were in my home and I just didn't realize it until later.
This company is a total scam and their quality is a joke.

Team2 (Denise and Rachel) did a very nice job cleaning our house. We have been using TCA for years now.

Corinne and Ciana have been cleaning our home for years now. They are extremely consistent and considerate. Thursday is my favorite day of the week because that's when they come and I can at least enjoy a few hours of a clean home before my kiddos get home! I am so grateful to these ladies for the TLC they give my home each week.

My team does a great job! They arrive when I expect them, they work quickly, and they leave us with a clean shiny house!

We have been using them for over a year and they always do a great job. The office and cleaning staff are always very friendly and easy to communicate with. It's such a treat to have a clean house when you're stuck at home with 2 little kids!

I would also like to add my review of Team #9, Corinne and Ciana. They come every other Wednesday to clean my 4,000 sq. ft. home. It’s the longest time we’ve ever had a cleaning service-I told myself I only needed one for the summer, but here I am 8 months later and I can’t give them up! They are always on time, respectful of my home, and do a consistent job every time. The company has been pretty easy to work with as far as getting a hold of them if I need anything and are competitively priced. If you live in Arvada-ask for Team #9!

I have used the cleaning authority for a few months now. The girls are always super nice and polite and we really like them. I would auntie cleaning is ok. Just average cleaning. I think they are a real basic clean kinda company. Just enough to get by. Overall a good company with nice employees but not great cleaning.

Original review: Mandy, Shannon, and Natalie did a superb job at my home. They were prompt and arrived early, asked me about the home and any areas I didn’t want done, then they really got to work. And I mean, it was gross. I have two young boys, one adult one, none can hit a toilet to save their lives. I run two businesses from my home office as well as Homeschool, with a hubby working 55-65 hours a week. It was bad.
They didn’t complain or waste time, they did a fantastic job. I’m not quite sure what kind of magic stuff they used on some of those counter spots but whatever it was keep it coming!
I’m very impressed and grateful and wanted to say thank you and make sure they were recognized. What would have taken myself and the entire family a whole weekend to do, they did professionally in about 2 hours. Now I get to enjoy my weekend with my family and not stress about cleaning.
That’s the best $$$ ive ever spent!

Edited review: The first review was left after the first cleaning, which those girls did very well. The issue is, and why I've canceled, we've gotten a different crew every single time except for one girl. The cleaning time got less and less and more sloppy each time. Last week they were here just over 1 hour, rushing off to their last home to clean before the end of the day. That's fine but when you leave my leg hair in the tub and don't even bother to sweep the stairs I'm sorry but i can keep paying for non service. I have a curved spine and these were both items i was very adamant about needing done.

I'd suggest you go with them if you like to micromanage and if you're willing to call and complain and have them come back to finish their jobs. I was not willing to do that myself so i canceled.
