Owner and office staff bend over backwards to help you! Good business management. We’ve tried at least two other cleaning sources and were disappointed. Both sources were individuals who, obviously, never learned proper cleaning methods. First source walked through my front door with the dirtiest mop I’d ever seen to begin her work. The Cleaning Authority understands what’s needed. Think this arrangement is going to work.

They were very pleasant and worked diligently. I was disappointed when I moved my knife blocks on my kitchen count today and found crumbs, etc underneath them. Apparently, some things on my counter were not moved, just cleaned around.

This is the last place you want to call to clean your home, they use the old bait and switch. They ring out a big crew to impress on the first cleaning so you'll sign up. After that the worse.
I live in a 5,300 square foot home, and woman did the whole house in an hour? Of course not, it looked awful. I complained, they said they wouldn't charge me for it, and send a crew out for a "redo." Well two people came out and they did a lousy job, so we were done with them.
But then they sent me a bill for the bad job, the free "redo," and for the next week's cleaning after that after we had let them go.
But that's not all! They turned us in to collections under my wife's name and I'm the one who hired and fired them! Guess what, now I'll take them to court.
I've had cleaning crews over the years in different cities where I've lived, and these people are the worst. If you like your house cleaned with dirty water, garbage left behind, rags, streaks, and people who eat food out of your pantry, these guys are for you!

Jesus and CC should win!! I am a long term customer and have “been through a lot of teams”! I would fight to keep these two!! Thorough, pleasant, aren’t on their phones while cleaning and double check to see they got all designated areas. No contest in my opinion

The crew at cleaning authority showed up on time, didn’t mind working around my friendly Boston Terrier and Pug mix, and did a great job! Would highly recommend them to clean your house!

Have used them for 20+ years and have always been more than pleased with their service. They clean my stove much better than I ever could. House is always a joy to return home to when it is so clean!

I have my girls, Traci and Destiny, out every week and I love them! They know me, my house and my animals and they always do a great job because it's personal. I know them and I trust them and it's not like having strangers in your house every week. Traci even fixed one of the toilet paper holders in my bathroom for me one week!
I also like that the Cleaning Authority is making an effort to give it's employees some basic benefits like sick pay, vacation time and employee incentives. I think it shows that they respect their people and don't take them for granted and I think that that makes them better employees.

Have cleaned my house twice a month for several years. It’s not a deep clean but a very good clean (and I have two shedding pets). Very reliable and responsive if contacted. Very flexible with schedule changes.

We've been with the Cleaning Authority for a couple years and their teams have always done a good job for us. There has been some occasional turnover in team personnel but we've been very pleased with our current Team #7 of Char & Julia and look forward to them cleaning for us for as long as possible. Thanks for all your good work.

The Cleaning Authority crews are great! Always punctual, always thorough. Whenever I need changes to my plan (extra room, change the date, frequency of cleans, add/remove a deep clean, etc.), they are always flexible and accommodating. I’ve been very happy with the service for the year and a half I’ve used them.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for 9 years, ever since we moved into this house. We have had good cleaning crews for that whole time, but our current crew of Maria V and Maria S are the best! They are always cheerful, pleasant, and love to be greeted by our little dog. After a few pats and kind words to the puppy, they get right down to business. They work efficiently as a team and get the job done well in the allotted time. I would highly recommend these two ladies and the Company for your routine household cleanng needs.

This cleaning service is GREAT! I've had different cleaning services as well as freelance housekeepers for the past 20 years or so, and the staff at The Cleaning Authority (Denver South Branch) are, by far, the best and most consistent cleaners that have ever cleaned my house.

Carrie and Megan tend to be the crew that cleans my house most often, and they do an AMAZING job. I've seen them on their hands and knees cleaning the corners of my bathroom and kitchen floors, and once in awhile I see them dust or wipe down dirty baseboards...WOW! We also have hard water, so removing the spots on the shower doors and walls is challenging, but I always come home to a shower that looks brand new. These gals are also extremely nice and professional (they're so nice to my dog too). Once in awhile the owner/Jeff, who is delightful and very service-oriented, will send a different crew to my house, and they also always do an excellent job.

A huge kudos and thank you to all the folks at The Cleaning Authority (DSB). Because you do such a good job I don't have to think about cleaning any part of my house, so I'm able to enjoy my days off.

The ladies that come to my home are wonderful. My house always looks good. If for some reason I have an issue or my regulars aren’t here, I’m just a text away from Jeff the owner and he is quick to respond and get me what I need. I would recommend these guys.

These girls are great! Very thorough and personable. I am super happy with them and my house never looked better! Team 1 and team 6 did a great job, my usual girls are Karina and Danielle and I always look forward to seeing them -- and so does my dog.

Cleaning Authority has wonderful, well-trained employees. My home looks great after it is cleaned. When I needed to reschedule my cleaning appointment, due to being out of town, the managers made every effort to give me another opportunity. This is a very professional company.

Sometimes I just can't figure out what is going on in their heads!! Why can't things be replaced where they were when they started? I have a mirrored vanity tray in the bathroom that I would expect to be cleaned every trip, but for sure on the rotation that covers that bathroom. And a couple of times the wastebasket that goes under the counter has been in the toilet room. And , PLEASE, no more "roses" on top of the Kleenex boxes!

Contacted this company after receiving a flyer in the mail and scheduled an in-person estimate. Fair price and I liked that it was locally operated. The day of my first cleaning was given a time window which the team showed up during. Very kind, handled me having three dogs in the house well. House looked great. Nice option to pay and tip through the app or in person, and app sends push notifications to remind you of your next cleaning.

I had Cleaning Authority cleaning service at my home for close to 2 years and their quality of service was below average.
Their prices kept increasing every year by a lot but their service kept deteriorating.
After each cleaning service, I had to personally do one more round of cleaning to remove cobwebs, uncleaned toilet seats, kitchen floors, window shades, etc etc...
During my entire service term, I found that the team was untrained and they did not care about the quality of cleaning.
I would not recommend Cleaning Authority if you care about keeping your home clean and hygienic.
