Corinne and Ciana are very trustworthy, kind, and hardworking just to name a few qualities these ladies have. My mothers home smells so fresh and looks so inviting after they have completed their work. They show up on time and always in a very good mood. The company is very lucky to have them.

We appreciate Cleaning Authority's help in cleaning our house. It takes so much to pick up the daily clutter with two kids, plus cooking, dishes and laundry.... so it's nice to have some help with the bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and overall deeper cleaning. They've been very reliable and responsive to any questions or requests. We like that we get the same cleaning team (Denise & Halley) each time and they consistently show up on our assigned days. We've worked with private cleaners and find it's too inconsistent for our family. Thanks for being Mother’s Little Helper, Cleaning Authority!

Great consistent service! I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority Lakewood. We have been using their house cleaning service for over 3 years now and we have been very pleased. The service is above average and very consistent with their rotation of extra services. Margrite & Ashley (our cleaners), office staff, and owner have been easy to work with and are very friendly! The online portal makes it easy to manage your account also. Great service!

I have used The Cleaning Authority for about 20 years. That's how good they are! Through that entire time, I don't recall them ever even missing a cleaning. They are consistent, thorough and flexible. I have never had any problems with damage to property or incomplete jobs. They are friendly and conscientious......they even love my crazy dog! Team 1 Rocks!!

We’ve been using The Cleaning Authority Lakewood for several years and will continue to do so. They do a thorough job and anytime I feel they have missed something they are always friendly & willing to come back to make it right. They also make sure our cats are safe and don’t get outside. We don’t always get the same team but last time we had Denise & Antoinette & they did a great.

I hired The Cleaning Authority last year and am so pleased with their service. Danielle and Karina are my team and they consistently do thorough work, are punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. I love the rotation system, that I have the same team each time, and they have never switched a date/time. I highly recommend this business.

Corinne & Ciana have been cleaning our home for many years now. They are always friendly and on time. They do a great job and provide a detailed cleaning every time. They go so far as cleaning the chargers on our electric toothbrushes! The owner/manager (I believe his name is Al) is also very proactive if there is a scheduling change and very quick to respond to calls. We really appreciate this service in our busy, messy lives!

I first began using this housecleaning service 4 1/2 yrs. ago...signing up for a once a month standard clean, which I have recently increased to twice a month. Over the years there have been expected changes in the young women who have come to clean my house, but I have always-- and still am --very satisfied with the job they have done-- and STILL do. The two current cleaners, Miriam and Amber, are, I find, especially conscientious and thorough. I look forward to their twice a month appearance because I know my house is going to look and 'smell' so nice when they leave it! Also, I want to give a 'shout out' to Angela, the amiable young woman who always calls a day before the scheduled cleaning to let me know approx what time to expect them to show up. Also, she is always sooo pleasant and eager to assist with any 'rescheduling' that I might require. I easily give The Cleaning Authority FIVE STARS.

I would probably give them five stars except they unilaterally do not clean windows. Even when they can easily be reached. So I feel like this should be addressed on a case to case basis. However, the cleaning staff are very on top of things. It’s not that they did everything right the first time but it is that they followed up and made sure that if I had any grievances or spots I’d like them to get that they would. I appreciate people who work hard, But I appreciate people who work hard and listen. And that’s what I’ve gotten so far. Kayla has been here twice but I don’t remember her partner the first or second time.

The Cleaning Authority does not disappoint! They have a very attentive team. I really appreciate the heads up, and that they are very thorough both with how they clean and how they strategize the cleaning. Additionally, I really appreciate the notion that they will come back and fix something if an area wasn’t cleaned - but I can’t see that being an issue with how good my experience has been.

One thing that has absolutely meant the world to me was the other day, I was having a very rough week and forgot to put my freshly laundered sheets on my bed and left for work - when I came back, my bed was made and I was just about in tears with how grateful I am. I never asked them to do that, nor did I tell them the sheets were in my dryer - they just knew. That kind of thoughtfulness has me sold for years to come.

The owner came to my house for the estimate on-time (interviewed 4 others, without the same curiosity), Ty was personable, efficient and just had a set estimate. Not the usual "well X$ unless it takes longer and our fee is..." I hired them . My first cleaning blow me away! I was told that they would not really move much (except the things outlined in the cleaning estimate). I am a single mom and put all this baby stuff on my bed and couch, so they could vacuum and OMG they made my bed (and put everything back neatly) and the couch was organized as well. Also little things like towels folded, toilet paper folded into triangles like I live in a fancy hotel. Awesome! Angelic and Ashley (team 3) you rock! Thank you! More to come!

I am notoriously hard on housecleaners because I am admittedly obsessed with cleaning every nook and cranny. The Cleaning Authority blew my socks off! The owner came to the house initially to do a quote and introduce the company, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and presentation. The ladies who showed up to do the job were friendly, on time, enjoyable to have in the house and did a five star job… no, I would actually say a six star job! So far, I have not found a single thing to critique. Considering we currently have a construction zone for a backyard, two small children and a dog, and that we run two businesses out of this house, I am AMAZED with the sparkle and shine going on in here right now. Money well spent. Very, very pleased with my decision.

Miriam and Amber are so sweet and consistent with their cleans. If I am still home when they arrive, they have been friendly, professional and non-obtrusive. I always look forward to coming home after they visit. Recently, they found a better spot for our hamper to go and my husband and I are still loving how much more open our bedroom feels because of it. They consistently take care of our annoying electric stove top that I can never get spots out of and if I don't tidy as much as I would have liked before they arrive, I still enjoy what the house looks like after the clean.

Denise and her associate arrived within the time range given. They got to work after necessary dog greeting. The cleaning was done well and in a very timely manner. Really appreciate this team.

I have called 3 times now, and each time am assured that I will receive a call back to schedule a cleaning. I haven't received any calls. I'm starting to think this business is a scam.
