Tylar is WONDERFUL! He listens to the needs of our school, gets a team in there who understands it, and has great communication skills. He's respectful, always willing to go above and beyond, and makes City Wide the best cleaning choice in town. He even helps in emergency cases too. I would recommend him completely!

Be very careful that they continue to charge for membership when u want to cancel. They charged my card $161 for the first cleaning because I wanted to cancel the membership.

The first time cleaning was supposed to be $19. She canceled 15 minutes before she was to arrived, she rescheduled several times before arriving 2 hours late for a 3 hour cleaning. She cleaned for an hour, and then charged me TWICE for 3 hours of cleaning. This is a scam, do not use Home Glow.

Sil is fantastic! I count the days before she returns. My home always feels brand new after she’s been here. So grateful to have found her!

Real Glow did an amazing job on my house. I have two large dogs with double coats and they were able to get all the hair out. The ladies were so nice and sweet to my pups as well. I will definitely be having them return.

Was not first choice due to being late for estimate and highest quote, but decided to try out for quality comparison. First cleaning was very good. However, upon trying to establish a regular schedule, I was ghosted. No idea why. I do like to use my own towels, vacuum, etc. due to severe cat allergies in our family. Maybe that is why, but still no explanation because texts to Sil go unanswered.

Sils Cleaning has been my house cleaning since July 2019! She always does the job personally with the help of one more person, she is a reliable person, she does everything with details and care, I recommend!
