City Wide continues to be a fabulous resource for us. Our Account Manager is extremely attentive and responsive to any needs that arise. The building is always well taken care of. Which is quite an accomplishment with 500+ students running around all day.

Even though our approved budget didn't allow us to go with CityWide at this time, Dan White was so personable, considerate, professional and thorough throughout the entire quote process. He didn't rush or push anything but asked questions we hadn't even thought to consider. When the time comes, Dan at CityWide will be our first call.

We have contracted with City Wide since the pandemic. During that time they were highly intune with protective measures to sterilize and ensure all touch surfaces were sanitized on a continual basis throughout the day. Our facilities solution manager, Patricia Martinez, is always working to keep us informed of services as well as working with us to ensure the services provided are meeting, if not exceeding, our expectations. City Wide has been great for us. We have a large building with a lot of activity and changing schedules, but they make it easy for us. Consistent, thorough, flexible... They are able to add extra cleanings before/after big events, and our account manager is easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
