Do not use this company!!!! They only did part of the job, said they’d come back, never did. I asked for a partial refund and they said they made refund payment. Refund was never received despite stating refund was made. They are dishonest, unloyal and they say satisfaction guaranteed which is not true. Very, very disappointing experience.

The windows and screens were cleaned well. There were some issues that arrose, but Johnny was able to make it right.

Johnny and his crew were great! They washed our windows inside and out, cleaned the screens and the window sills. Also cleaned the gutters. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again! Highly recommend you use GlassPro for your cleaning needs.

The guys were early but that was OK except I wasn’t here to greet them. I arrived very shortly and they went right to work, was very professional and did a great job.

Used the Premium package which included interior & exterior window cleans. This also included window & slider door track cleaning along with screen cleans.
Windows were done to expectation. The tracks are difficult to clean but cleansers only wiped down and did not spray a solution to dissolve or loosen dirt as we've had prior. The screens should be removed from windows and wiped down with solution of water and soap then sprayed clean. The cleaner only used a rag to wipe down and when I was in my office, it was down on the flooring and not outside. I reached out to owner to have someone come out to clean the slider door screens, which were not done, and have gotten crickets. I did give him almost 10 business days to respond. I'd say if you want windows only, this is a better deal. For the price we were charged, I did expect a better job on screens and tracks.

The team at GlassPro did an absolutely excellent job at my house today! We recently moved, and the windows were in need of a cleaning, especially after the past snowstorms. The process was seamless, and our windows are sparkly clean! Professional and friendly crew. I highly recommend having them come out! I had my interior and exterior windows cleaned on what turned out to be a cold and windy day. Nonetheless, the team showed up right on time and were very gracious and efficient. I don’t think my house has ever looked this good, I’m so impressed!

Great guys who cleaned our solar panels and windows. After they left though it was clear that there were spots that weren’t done very well. Some spots and streaks. Probably from the process during the rinse phase. Would suggest a walk through before leaving to see whether and where these exists. That said, we will use them again and recommend Glass Pro.

Overall I was very unimpressed. There were two people who came and they were done in less than 1 1/2 hours. I was told it would take a half a day to do the gutters and all windows. They were really rushed. Pretty steep prices for less than 2 hours of work. I expected better cleaning of the window tracks for a “premium” clean. Also I was told on the phone that they would clean bathroom mirrors and when I told the kid he said he was “optional”. Can’t believe that was $600. Huge waste of money

We had them in today to clean all the windows in the newly Bentley Denver showroom, and the results are outstanding. Their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented — exactly what you want when showcasing luxury vehicles in a pristine environment. The glass has never looked better, and their work truly elevated the space.
