Excellent job cleaning my dryer vent! They took the time to explain everything, and ensured that the vent was 100% clear from the outside and inside.

I was recommended this company for air duct cleaning and to ask for the technician, Ben because he cleans up after himself really well. Unfortunately this was not the case and Ben did not clean up after himself at all and left dirt and debris around every duct that was cleaned except the one in the laundry room which was missed and not cleaned at all. Not a huge deal but I did have another tech come out the same day and clean the carpets.

Here is where my problems arose. The technician who never told me his name, was trying to upsell everything and I agreed to do the deep clean which would thoroughly clean the carpet down to the pad without getting the pad wet. The carpeted area of my house that was cleaned is five bedrooms, a stairway, a large long hallway, a huge living area in the basement and I also added a large area rug. Probably about 2,200 square feet of carpet. The tech arrive at noon and after discussing price and treatment options, he began applying the pre-treatment soap around 12:15. I decided that I should get some fans to speed up the drying process and left for Lowe's around 12:30 while the tech was finishing up with the pre-treatment.

I arrived back at my house around 1:30 and was shocked to not see the carpet cleaning van in my driveway anymore. Thought maybe he ran to get some lunch and was coming back, but no, apparently he was done and had left. All of the areas that we discussed were cleaned and damp. However, the results were horrible and all of the carpets have a sticky residue from the cleaning products left on them. After fully drying a day later, they don't look any cleaner and are sticky to walk on with bare feet. I'm not surprised that they are this way with him only spending one hour supposedly deep cleaning around 2,200 square feet of carpet and a rug. I don't see how it would be possible to deep clean and remove the cleaning product in such a short amount of time. The worst part is that he did not take any precautions to not damaging the corners of my walls. Previous carpet cleaners that I have used would place a plastic cover around the corners so that the hose would not rub against the wall and cause damage. He did not use anything to protect my walls and the hose rubbed off paint and texture in spots and damaged floor boards.

After spending almost $1,300 for both services, I wish that I had never used Steam Pro Inc and will definitely not be using them again in the future!

Shortly after posting my review of Steam Pro Inc, I was contacted by Steve, the owner of the company. Steve was very nice and apologetic about the service that I received and the technician not using corner guards on my walls. He said that he would make it right and send another technician, Alex, out to take care of the sticky residue left on the carpets. Alex showed up on time the next day and did a great and very thorough job cleaning the carpets and area rug. The carpets looked great afterwards and there was absolutely no sticky residue left on them. It was very refreshing to see an owner care so much about his business and the satisfaction of his customers. Next time that I need my carpets cleaned I will give Steam Pro Inc a call and hopefully they can send Alex up to do another fantastic job!

Did an amazing job. Looks wonderful. Smells great. Now I am ready for the holidays. Will use them again.

Steam Pro did a great job on my carpet. Despite me not mentioning how old the carpet was we got it all handled! I’ve been using them for more than twenty years and have always been satisfied ! My tech(Jeremy) was great.

Very professional, they know what they are doing, i really like the way that things were handled since booking an appointment all the way to complete the job, Ms. Gina was very kind,helpful and very respectful at all times, I'll keep working with them every time i need, awesome people to work with, i really recommend them!!!

Leroy had a kind and caring heart and came to my home twice to clear up a Mess from a bad, negative, interaction with Eddie the day before. I am going to have only Leroy to clean my Carpets going further. He's kind, caring and listened to all my concerns and corrected everything that went wrong in love from the day before. Leeroy hurtado did my carpets yesterday and he was very amazing. He did a great job and I was pleased with the work that he did and how friendly he was and how quick it got done. I highly recommend him in the company.

Lou is a very nice and professional man. He was extremely efficient and completed the job in less than an hour and his work was impeccable! I will always recommend your company for carpet cleaning!

Leroy came and cleaned my carpets for the first time. My carpets were really needing a good deep cleaning because I own three dogs. I couldn’t believe how fast Leroy was and what a fantastic job he did. I would highly recommend Leroy again. I’ll be seeing him again in about six months.

Called and scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance. Day off rolls around and I'm not on their schedule.

Call to ask, get something scheduled, mention i have 3 rooms, a hall, and stairs that is like. I was told that sounds like 5 area, that'll be $169.

Guy shows up on new day, and tells me that it'll be $211 because stairs are $6 ea and separate. Why want this communicated before?

All employees were very friendly, and guy who performed the service appeared to go above and beyond, but due to not getting on the schedule and murky pricing, I can't give this a better review.

Edit: The owner reached out to me after reviewing a phone call and didn't like how it was handled. He took care of making sure everything was right. He truly cares about his business and how his customers are taken care of.

It was absolutely fantastic and very clean job I must say compared to other carpet cleaning.. this was the best I have ever had!

After moving almost all of my furniture myself, this was the absolute worst carpet cleaning service I have ever experienced: floor turned out 3 times worse than before, and drying took days!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Absolutely no clue about cleaning tapestry chairs...

The tech left all the carpets super wet.24 hours later still wet. Forgot a closet. His hose leaked all over the house. I should have skipped getting the area rug cleaned. All the cleaning did was bring the dog hair up but did not get it out

Steamer made it easy to schedule an appointment. Mike, the technician who came out was prompt and called ahead to let us know he was close by. The company made good use of the technology to send reminders. Mike worked hard beginning with two areas we needed stretched. He was able to remove the waves and tack the corners of the carpet to the tack strip. He steam cleaned the remainder of the house. The next day we saw a soiled area in one room and a small slightly raised area in one of the rooms we had stretched. I sent pictures to the office and they sent him back out. Within minutes the adjustments were made to our satisfaction. Mike is obviously skilled in working with carpets from years of experience.

From David D - The Duct Pro rep that serviced my home was Awesome. Showed up w/in the scheduled time & completed w/in the specified time, after thoroughly covering every vent and then some. The rep answered every question w/ an adequate and comprehensive explanation.
Although he had cumbersome equipment to work with, he easily maneuvered around each section of large tubing quickly and efficiently.
I chose to send a review after receiving such great service and as I write this I realize I should have gave him a tip over and above the fair price they charge for the amazing amount of cleaning they performed.

Thanks Gina and the Steam Pro crew, for being professional and affordable, had a pipe leak in my building Steam Pro came in very fast removed the water and had the restoration equipment to dry out the facility. Very awesome company Steam Pro is a lifesaver!!!

Very polite and professional. Did a fantastic carpet clean. The only negative is that I scheduled the appointment between 12-4 and he texted me that he was in his way at 9:30am. I was not home at the time. I had made an appointment for that time for a reason. I would have better accepted if he texted me for the possibility of an earlier time rather than just saying he was on the way. Otherwise a great cleaning

Eddie Barajas from Steam Pro called ahead and confirmed arrival time, and was on time. Explained the process thoroughly, agrees on pricing for additonal stairs, wore shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service. Covered two bedrooms, a hallway and 12 stairs.
