Ryan helped me clean the duct. He was on time and knows what he is doing. The last time (5 years ago) when we cleaned it, we did not clean the furnace, definitely not a wise decision. I can see how much dust was removed this time, and really hope this can help my family breath better.

The two techs that came out on 6/1/23 were not only prompt and polite but thoroughly explained everything to me. They ended up finishing in less than two hours and were $50 under what I was quoted. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Superior. Bob was fantastic on my initial phone call and made understanding the pricing and procedures really easy. Bob also followed up with me a few times when I wasn't ready to pull the trigger just yet. When I was ready he promptly returned my call and was able to schedule just a few days out.

My technicians were on time, professional, personable and efficient. They took the time to further explain the process and were even willing to help me move some larger furniture off the wall. Fantastic Experience beginning, middle, to end.I needed whole house duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and heater fan cleaning. I talked to a number of Duct services but these guys impressed me the most. Bob spoke at length with me about everything and then scheduled me quickly. The team that came out was excellent. They explained everything, they made sure to cover vents to prevent lots of dust, and were very accommodating. They didn't mind our dogs following them everywhere and were very kind to them. They showed me pictures of before and after which definitely made me glad I did this. I have referred a number of friends already. Would highly recommend Superior to anyone.

Cleaned up even after ducts were cleaned, some service workers don't, and he wrote down all filter sizes I needed to get. I wish he would have remembered to clean out the dryer vent before he left, that is why 4 instead of 5 stars. - UPDATED REVIEW - HE JUST CAME BACK and cleaned the dryer vent and told me if I was having problems drying my clothes it was probably the dryer because the vent was not that bad... that was great information. Ryan is a true gem! I would recommend him to a friend for sure!

Really the best company of any industry I've worked within the past few years. No other companies would get up on my roof to clean the dryer vent cap due to insurance reasons. Since this was the reason why I was calling for the service, Superior clearly stated they do this regularly for commercial buildings and would absolutely be on the roof to do a quality job. Others quoted as high as $375 to only clean from inside the home, while Superior did it for $150 and included the exterior work. Huge fan of their work and honesty. Their tech also showed me a replacement hood for the dryer vent that would be better suited than the piece of junk the builder put on. Pics also showed the massive blockage and junk we had near the cap. I'm so thankful for their service and pricing that I will be passing their name to everybody that needs this type of work.

Hired them to clean our air ducts. They were a hour late from scheduled appointment. Technician was very pleasant but was in a hurry to complete our house since he has another job to be at . Unfortunately the Technician put gouges in our stair railings and dents in our drywall. Contacted Bob along with a follow up with pictures asking for some
Refund of our Money due to the damage done to our house. Bob offered us $25 refund to go away. They did more damage to our house then the cost of the air duct cleaning.
Would not recommend this Company as they won’t take any responsibility if they damage your house.

Fantastic Experience Overall! I must have called 5 different air duct cleaning companies. Some were very short and to the point, some were unresponsive and some were very pushy. Prices ranged from $750-$1,000 for our 4,500 sq ft home. When I called Superior Air Duct Cleaning, I spoke to Bob who was very warm and easy to work with. He went out of his way to explain the air duct cleaning process and what to expect. He offered fair pricing for the work to be completed. Their team, including Keaton spent 4 hours at my home thoroughly cleaning out our air ducts and took very good care of our home as to not damage any walls with their equipment. This is a great company. When I contacted them for a quote, Bob was upfront about everything and did not try to upsell me and assured me the technicians are not commission based. They had to reschedule on me due to an event out of their control. They were upfront and honest about it which I really appreciated. Jake the technician performed my service. He was great and very professional. He explained everything before he started and hustled the whole time. He also showed me before and after photos which was incredible.
