Great Job! Scheduled for completion the same week we called. Ryan arrived promptly on time and was very courtesy and easy to deal with. We used the Groupon deal but had a few extra vents and ons but even with that it was a good price. Just over $200 for a 3 bedroom 3 bath two story house. ( I thought being 2 story it would be an extra charge...) Cleaned and sanitized in just over 2 hours... and they had not been done in over 12 years. Others can charge more than double, and they might claim to do a better or more thorough job, but I doubt by much. Not that would cover doubling the cost, especially if this is something you have done every few years. ( as you should) I would use again and highly recommend Superior Good job and great value!

We hired Superior Air Duct Cleaning to clean our whole HVAC system after soot from a local fire got into our house. Keaton was our technician and he knew his stuff, was a fantastic communicator and worked extremely hard. He arrived on time, calling in advance, and never stopped moving. He also patiently answered my many questions. Overall, excellent experience and excellent results.

We had them come out to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. They are responsive, respectful, reasonably priced and they did a fabulous job! We will use them for any of our needs in the future!

I was so happy with this service. Bob was great from the get go. He was able to answer all of my questions and tell me about the equipment that would be used.
When the techs got here they were very friendly, andwalked me through all of steps.
The dryer vent was off -not sure if it was due to the brushes used during cleaning or something wrong before, or both. Either way the tech fixed it! I was so impressed.
The best part is I no longer watch the dust settle in my house and I don't have to dust my furniture every couple of days!

Called Bob with Superior Air Duct Cleaning to clean out the ducts on a home we just purchased. There was a bit of a hang up with scheduling on their end which resulted in the technicians not being dispatched on the day we had originally discussed. I called Bob up to inquire and he explained that it was his fault the appointment hadn't been finalized on their end. It was his mistake but he took responsibility for it and worked with us to get the techs out the very next day. He also ended up discounting our service, which went a long way for us since we were on a very tight schedule and budget. Any other company very easily could have just dismissed it and rescheduled us for any time at the same rate, but Bob made it right. The techs showed up as scheduled the next day and were prompt, courteous, and professional as they worked through our home. What very easily could have been a bad situation turned out to be a very positive experience, we'll be using Superior Air Duct Cleaning again!

As a Realtor I use this company on a regular basis. Mike is super responsive and I just had Jake out to do the vent/duct cleaning on my own house. He was very professional and thorough. I feel like they do a great job and have fair pricing. Always happy with them!

Unlike other businesses, he would happily accept the Groupon, take credit cards as a payment, not forcing you to pay with only cash or check! He will keep the appointment on time, he gave me a call about an hour before he arrives!

What a great company. Family owned/local. I spoke with Jake to set-up my appontment, he was so helpful and answered all my questions. Joseph was our tech to clean the air ducts, so helpful and took his time to answer our questions and show us what we could expect. I was very impressed with how well he did his job, so professional, paid attention to detail with no messes for me to clean up. No up charge in service nor did they try and sell me a service I did not need. I am recommending Superior Air Duct to everone!

Superior Air Duct Cleaning came highly recommended time and time again on the 80027 Facebook page. We were way overdue for a duct cleaning and it appears that the company that did our last "cleaning" missed a lot of important sections of the line which is why I could actually see the dirt in our floor ducts. Jake was prompt, professional, explained everything when I called and when he arrived at our home, and kept our house clean during the process. Jake initially cleaned my dryer vent. At that time I inquired about having my air ducts cleaned. He walked me through the process that they use and made sure that i didn't have any questions. I made an appointment with him and he got me in quickly, called ahead to confirm, and even contacted me the day of, stating that he could be available early. Once again he asked if I had any questions and proceeded with the job. Very professional and made sure to clean up after the work was complete. I would highly recommend this business.

Jake was out to clean up the ducts in my house. He was professional, honest, and super informative. He explained why the airflow wasn’t sending as much as it should.

I could tell this was a good company just from my initial conversation with Mike. He went over the process of how they clean and vacuum the ducts. He also told me exactly how much they would charge, and also assured me they would not charge me for any vents they couldn't reach.

On the day of service, Jake did a fantastic job. He was professional and courteous, and explained exactly what he was going to do. He eve went above and beyond the job by checking out our furnace coils, as well as changing our furnace filter.

I bought a new washer/dryer unit with fancy notifications, which indicated my dryer vent was 85% plugged. I was also finding it difficult to get my dryer load completely dry. I called Superior Air Duct Cleaning at the recommendation of my neighbors. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The communication was great the day of the appointment, and Jake came at the agreed time. He did a thorough job, cleaning all the way from the dryer to the exterior vent, which is a long way in my condo. He also gave me advice on the vent hose hookup to minimize plugging at that point. The next time I used the dryer, I got a completely dry load, and now everything is working as it should. Thank you to Jake. I highly recommend Superior Air Duct Cleaning!
