The experience was wonderful. I was treated with respect and I felt that I had made the right choice from the beginning. There was a tree that was the neighbor's with a limb hanging over the fence. The limb was diseased and I wanted the care and knowledge of someone when dealing with a sensitive issue such as that. My advice--don't just get someone to simply saw a tree for a cheaper price and then they're gone. Go a step up and get a pro for your tree project. I recommend Bailey Tree. Lee Stroud, MBA

Steven provided me a quote about a year ago, after getting a couple other quotes we reached back out and got to meet Robert as well. We gave them the green light and they showed up on the dates they said they would, each crew explained what the process was, and they worked their butts off. The trimming crew worked through a rain storm! Give those guys a raise!! They came back the following day to finish up and even trimmed a couple more branches I asked them to, no questions asked. I appreciate the work ethic, politeness, and quality of the work, thank you Bailey Tree LLC!!

We would never consider using any other tree trimming company other than Bailey Tree. Thanks to Matt and Rick for our 2025 tree trimming project (locust, ash, and maple). Matt and Rick were very detail oriented, professional and friendly and we love how all the trees look. I also appreciated that they made sure we were happy with the results and were very open to any feedback we might have had. Bailey generously donated tree cookies and sitting logs for our Preschool Program in Englewood. Maddox is always grateful for the chance to explore trees and enjoy new outdoor seating and balancing opportunities, while partnering with those in our community.

There were so many great reviews here that I wanted to offer my real experience and a different perspective. We hired Bailey Tree for some tree trimming and stump grinding. They also offered to haul off some brush for us that we had already trimmed ourselves. The trimming and grinding teams came on separate days. The tree trimming teams worked quickly, so quickly that they dropped a large branch onto our chainlink fence within 15 minutes of being on our property. The branch completely bent the top bar of the fence.

I thought by hiring a well-rated contractor that we would avoid dumb, preventable issues like this. However, they damaged the fence, didn't say anything about it and left. The trimming team also forgot one of the brush piles that we had paid for them to remove. I'd give this team 1, maybe 2 stars.

The stump-grinding team was much more friendly, but still not super professional. "Do you want me to backfill the whole I'm going to make with my grinding tool?" Not sure why he needs to ask, but yes, please finish the complete job including backfilling any holes. He also needed access to certain spots so he tore up some landscaping fabric that we had stapled down in the back and left a mess. I wouldn't have minded this, because I understand the need. But he did it very haphazardly and I've had to go back into the area, find the lost staples buried in the dirt and get the various sheets down in an organized fashion (again). He also almost forgot the last brush pile. I'd give him 3, maybe 4 stars since he was at least very friendly.

Some of the folks at Bailey Tree have been very nice and professional. Overall, however, I don't find the overall business very professional and I wouldn't recommend them to my neighbors.

James and Mason did an outstanding job trimming our huge silver maple tree. James confirmed what I wanted to be done, and did as communicated. They even cleaned up debris that exceeded my expectation. I would definitively use them again.

Just had Bailey Tree Service back out to remove a tree bending into the fence. James and Steve were great. They were so fast and efficient and were able to cut the stump almost level with the ground. Great crew! Thanks, James and Steve

James and his crew were here today to trim two trees for me. Not only were they friendly but most importantly did a fantastic job. I am so pleased with thier work that they will be coming back in the winter to do two more for me. Clean up was stellar! I highly recommend Bailey for your tree trimming!

We had a good experience with Bailey Tree. I submitted an inquiry, and they called me back to set up a free estimate. It was nice that we didn't have to be there. They sent the estimate, and it seemed reasonable. Booked it, and they completed it when they said they would, leaving no mess behind. Overall, seems like a quality company.

Excellent experience from beginning to end! A very knowledgeable arborist performed the initial assessment of our old massive ash tree and communicated clearly and honestly about all our options. The proposals we received were timely, very fair and straightforward. The tree removal crew was also communicative, very professional, and did a fantastic job taking care to avoid risks, ensure safety, and maintain the integrity of our property. Great experience with Bailey! Heather provided a comprehensive estimate and explained the work that should be done. The work was quickly scheduled. I had a wonderful experience with Bailey Tree Service from start to finish! When I contacted them for a free estimate, they came the very next day, and their quote was extremely reasonable. I contacted other local companies for an estimate and never heard back from any of them at all. The work they performed was exceptional and such wonderful customer service from Matt and Mason. They spent over 4.5 hours trimming my large maple tree and clean up was stellar! I would never have known they were there except for a very manicured tree!

We had a dying cherry tree in our front yard. Matt and his crew came out and made quick work of cutting it down and chipping it - a fun process to watch! He answered a ton of questions that I had and was kind, friendly, and very respectful. The next day, James and his crew came out to ground the stump down. They were also fantastic - answered questions, let me watch the entire process and were personable. James’ crew was newer to the job and he was kind and patient with his teaching. It was beautiful to watch them interact. I will absolutely use Bailey Tree LLC again. I’m very impressed with them!

Bailey Tree took care of 4 trees on our property. In late summer/early fall 2025, Heather came out to inspect the trees and confirmed that there was a fire blight problem with three of them that needed to be addressed and we arranged to have the trees trimmed in winter. In early February, a crew from Bailey Tree came out, called me and I watched as they performed the trimming on the three blighted trees and another tree to the side of the driveway that they had said they would trim.
I was very happy not just with the work they did, but also with how courteous and knowledgeable they were.
I highly recommend Bailey Tree to anyone who wants their trees to receive the very best expert care.

These guys were hired by the city to trim a tree around power lines in my neighbors yard but decided to leave a bunch of branches in the back of my yard, talk about lazy. They don't make workers like they used to.

To your response, maybe they weren't hired by the city, but you are incorrect. Here is a video.

Very pleased with the work that was done, from estimate by Bobby, scheduling by Drew, trimming by Charlie and Erik , and tree injection by Kristal. My tree looks so great already after a couple weeks, I was afraid I would have to cut it down , it has been saved!!! Thank you!!! PS they did work for me at another address last year as well, that tree also looks amazing!!

Charlie, Kylie and Zane arrived promptly this morning to take down our dying silver maple tree. They did an amazing job, efficiently working to bring the tree down in a rather tight space. You’re in good hands with this crew!! Thank you!
