Recently I had Preservation Tree Care trim a number of overgrown bushes and a large Ash tree. They provided a great service from my first contact with Randy, who responded to my requests courteously and promptly. The crew, Charlie, Jose and Erik did a great job! My bushes and tree look great! All debris was removed leaving my yard clean! Everyone was friendly and professional! I would call them again with my trimming needs!

I tried to work with three other tree services before I found Preservation Tree Care. Their tree trimming technicians are skillful, caring, and friendly. The entire team took pride in its work. I had forgotten what good service was like until they visited my home and restored my Norway maple to good health and a stunning aesthetic. The key to their team's above average performance is follow-up. They follow up in a timely, friendly and thorough manner. So simple, yet so rare.

Matthew, the owner, personally came on site to walk through the project with us. He took the time to truly understand what we were trying to accomplish and offered thoughtful, well-explained options. The team that came out to perform the work — Jose L., Ryan B., and Nick B. — were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and did a beautiful job. Matthew also stayed involved and followed up after the work was completed to make sure everything met our expectations, which it absolutely did.

Preservation does an outstanding job. Had 2 maples last year that had pretty severe iron chlorosis. They treated both and this year they look amazing. They communicate well and always show up when they say. I highly recommend Preservation.

Jeremy was great getting my trees watered! He let me know he was at the house and verified what he was going to do. When he completed the job, he came to the door and asked if there was anything else he need to do or if I had any questions.

AVOID. Preservation Tree is far too busy to come out and give you an estimate--at least 2 weeks. Their emails were flippant, too. We called 4 other tree companies, and 3 came out within 1-3 days to give us our large tree-removal estimate. They were all many weeks out on work but understood -- unlike Preservation -- that getting to the potential client for estimate aka sales s/b top priority. TRY INSTEAD: Monster Tree--friendly owner called same day to schedule the next-day arborist, who showed up knowledgeable, gave the most reasonable estimate for large tree removal, and were weeks out on work but offered a discount if you could wait for the winter months when they were not so busy. MONSTER *NOT* Preservation.

Great experience overall. Very prompt to respond and on time with the estimate to remove a silver maple that was close to our house. The crew, Erik, Jose, and Court, did a great job, took the tree down carefully, and left the area clean and undamaged. I would happily recommend them for any kind of tree work.

Company does not do small jobs. Please be aware about this company. I am not sure how their work is but their customer service is not good at all. I called to get an idea on service. I was not able to get their call back so instead they just scheduled themself's to come out to my house. I received a call that they arrived to work on my trees without my permission. I told them to not work on anything but if they wanted to provide a quote that would be great. They emailed that to me and their system allowed me to pick what i wanted done for each tree. I picked work on one tree at a total of around $400.00 and their system required half or full payment so i paid half. About a week went by an no contact by the company to set up a time to come out. I called them 3 times and left messages but no call backs. I found the number for another guy that works there and he called me back over 2 weeks from when i paid the half fee. He then tells me that they have a $800.00 min fee to come out. That was NEVER told to me and or their system never stated that and accepted my "LITTLE" $400 job. Not very friendly and really didnt care about the issue and was not sorry or anything. I would say not to use this company as it sounds like they only want us smaller deals.

We have used Preservation Tree Care care for many years as we have a number of established trees on our property and they have always been the most courteous, reliable and experienced professionals.
We have used them for general tree care and treatments, as well as major pruning and now for tree removal for a tree which did not respond to treatment and was unhealthy.
Would not hesitate to recommend them!

We have used this company for several years and they always do a great job. Very professional and responsive. Today our technician was Austin and he was awesome -- took care of all the trees that were so happy to get water, and explained what he had seen with the tree health. Highly recommend!

Charlie, Erik, and Jose did a great job trimming and removing trees (of a variety of sizes) at our house today. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and cleaned the area very well. The earlier consultation and quote was also extremely helpful to understand what we needed to have done, and what was optional. Based on this experience I’ll always recommend Preservation Tree Care to anyone needing to maintain their trees.

We’ve been using Preservation Tree Care for several years now. Their services have always been great! We have them come out routinely to fertilize our big trees. Charlie, Luke S. and Spencer were out today to service two trees that each had some complicated needs. They all did an excellent job and were so careful about their approach - mindful of surrounding trees, the house and the yard. They cleaned everything up so well and I appreciated the thorough review of what they did and what we need to keep an eye on.

Last week, Preservation Tree came to my four properties to fertilize my trees.
Christopher, Shawn, Jeremy and Austin knew the assignment and went straight to work.
All of them took safety very seriously. Very efficient, careful not to damage anything and were especially kind to my dogs.
They also did extra things, like removing old guy wires from trees I had planted years ago.
I would have them back every time.

Excellent tree service for my two 25 year old blue spruce trees. I see them as a long term investment and can't even think about replacement costs. PTC INC does a great job and is consistent in follow-up and shows up on schedule as planned. Great value for the cost of service. Chris is very professional and always has a great customer service attitude 👏.
