Out of all the people i have had to come and checky plumbing and leaking of water this company is 🔥🔥💯... They talked with me thru the whole process and really dug into the situation to where they explained to me what they found what they removed and it's been a good while since I haven't had any problems... Thnx Alex

Excellent customer service!! They came out immediately and got the job done. Great company and would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you!

Had patience and was efficient. Answered all of my questions and showed me what was causing a leak i had. And i cant thank him enough for helping me with my hot water heater. Water connection.

Quick to respond, good communication. Showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and cleaned out my main sewer line efficiently and for a fair price.

came on a weekend which was very hard finding someone to come on the weekend and very reasonable price compared to other guy that was trying to charge us over 400.00 just because it was the weekend

Alex was awesome, on time and very efficient! Affordable as well. Will definitely use his services again if needed!

They showed up right on time on a Sunday. Completed the work in 10 minutes. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

Highly recommend Evans Rooter Service.

Alex did an outstanding job.

The price was very reasonable for after hours work.

I had a sewer back up in my basement. I was worried about how much the cost would be but Alex and Jeremiah were fair priced and gave me a good deal.im definitely going to use these guys for any of my plumbing issues.

I cannot thank the owner of this business enough. Such a great human being. Great rates, no bs. My Dad was a plumber, and I know he'd thank him for helping me as well as he would have. 10/10.

I would highly recommend Evans Rooter Service. Their service was efficient and professional. Alex responded right away and resolved the problems I was having and stood behind his work and advised me to call if there are any further issues. It is difficult to find good quality service now a days but I definitely stand behind this business!

Amazing! Jeremiah is the only plumber I could get to find my smell....I had 5 others that couldn't. Much more reasonable pricing and professional! Best plumber I ever came across!!!

They came out the same morning I called and augured out my line for over an hour grounding out a ton of roots. The service guy simply cleared my line, told me of what he found during the process, took his payment, and left. I will be calling them again if I need another line cleared. What a bargain.

Alex was early, he was quick and the price was well more than half the amount of what I paid another local company for a similar service in years past. The service was quick, painless, and a reasonable price. Thank you!

Called for a last minute main sewer line rooter after water backed up in our basement. Our guy showed up promptly, had the line cleaned out quickly, and masterfully used a snake camera to dislodge a piece of the sewer cover which had fallen into the piping, saving us thousands over digging up the line! Excellent experience with this company.

Needed a plumbing job done quickly and professionally and Alex of Evans Rooter Services delivered. On time, thorough, and reliable, I would recommend this company to one and all.

We had issues with our drain that connects our kitchen sink and washer. Out of nowhere, water kept back young up our washing machine pipe. After trying to fix the problem myself, I finally conceded and put an ad on thumbtack. Alex responded within 30 min of it going up. I called next day and they were able to come out and do service the same day! They even replaced a gasket on my leaky kitchen sink (been bad since we moved in 10 months ago). Thank you for the prompt service at a reasonable rate. Paid what I was quoted!

So I was told between noon and 1:00 that this plumber was going to show up. He calls me at 11:35 and says he's there I told him my person wasn't even going to be there until noon. Very snooty he tells me "well I won't be there at that time" I said' well you told me between noon and one. He said nope it was 10:00 and 1. So I said "Whatever Dude" He than told me to F... Off than he hung up on me and has not answered any phone call or returned any messages. I left a message stating he could come back and finish the job, if not I would leave a review. I would say this person is probably the worst customer service person I've ever dealt with in my life. I would not recommend using him. I was told to F... off and hung up on. I had multiple attempts to contact him with two different phones with no response. The phone was automatically hung up. Take it as what you want but my experience is that this person and business is a real piece of work.
