Alex did an excellent job, was kind, courteous, professional, and efficient. Made sure to clear out the sewer of roots and even went further to make sure the job was done completely and correctly. I recommend this company for their outstanding work.

I’ve used this company twice and I highly recommend. He’s knowledgeable, affordable, professional and prompt. He had to do pipe work for us when our pipe froze. I also had him out again for toilet repair.

I have used Evans Rooter Service 3 times now because they are responsive, helpful, polite, and reasonable on their pricing. I have never felt like they have tried to take advantage of an emergency situation (2 of my 3 times). I highly recommend them to anyone.

Alex was able to get a clog out that another plumber couldn’t! I’m so happy because I was quoted $4,500 to break into the wall to get out the clog. So happy he got it out instead, He prefers communicating via text, which was unusual, but was very professional and tidy when he worked on my house.

I called about a leak in our house coming from our upstairs bathroom toilet dripping down to the main floor. Alex came over very promptly and helped me put my wax seal on and set my toilet. He was extremely knowledgeable with 18 years experience in plumbing. The most notible act was at the very end he didn’t even charge me for coming out and helping. He was such a nice guy. Evans Rooter Service could not have taken better care of us. They arrived early and in uniform, ready to dive into our plumbing problem. Can’t say enough about how awesome these guys are. We had a water leak in our basement ceiling. I called around and couldn’t get anyone to look at it until Evans Rooter Service. After a bit of investigation, they found out it was actually coming from a sink line and dripped into the ceiling. They had it fixed in a little over an hour and probably saved me hundreds from one of the other companies. If you got any sort of issue, they’re the folks to call.

I am very favorably impressed by Evans Rooter Service. Alex was prompt in doing the work (3 drains cleaned), he did excellent work and provided me (a geezer) with additional information that I would not have thought of. He was most pleasing personally and I highly recommend this company. Prices are reasonable.

He called to check in because he was on another job and gave us updates that how you know a company trueley cares for you. They came out that day and had the water back on. I highly recommend skipping the hassel of calling any other company. Their work is reasonably priced (definately on the lower priced spectrum) & warrantied, their guys do the work correctly the first time, and they are knowledgeable and professional. As an added bonus, their crew are all military.

Let me tell you what happens when you don't call Plumbing Solutions FIRST!

We mistakenly used Manny's Quality Plumbing for an issue we had at the office. The building has three units, so the public facilities are of heavy use. After paying Manny's $350 to snake the toilet, they then told us they needed to replace it at a cost of $850. Our buildings owner disagreed with them replacing the toilet with a Glacier Bay ($98 home depot special), due to its high commercial use, but they insisted that it was a good choice. A month later the toilet continued to back up. Manny's came back out twice more at a cost of $238 with a quote of another $700 to replace the toilet with a "wide mouth" version (doesn't exhist). In the end, their solution was for us to pay a total of $2,138 for a simple toilet replacement.

Having this same work done with Plumbing Solutions was less than 25% of the cost of Manny's, with a commercial quality toilet, and done right the first time!

My boiler was acting really weird. I had to turn it off and on at the unit to heat the house. Would never shut off. Marcus shows up on time and takes care of EVERYTHING! Explained what was going on, how boilers work, what to expect, etc. Really appreciate that. Recommended some additional repairs and a planned maintenance service. I have peace of mind for me and my family. Would give the guy 6 stars! I thought his fee was reasonable. Would highly recommend.
