The 3 technicians were great to work with. They explained what they were doing. They cleaned up the work area. You would never know they were here (except of course there is a new furnace) Also explained the need to perform some additional work. They are exceptional representatives of the company.

I didn't end up going with Carbon Valley for my project due to supply chain issues on their end, but I really appreciated Dale's experience trying to get me a quote. He was very thorough in his evaluation and fair when it came to reviewing my options with no pressure to wait. I would recommend them for an estimate, and I will probably keep them in my book if I need a service in the future.

For the past 15 years, I have managed a remote team of people that specialize in providing top-notch customer service. Because of this, I know what it takes to really impress a customer by going above and beyond- and Carbon Valley has done this at every step. Starting with Dale, and his patience in answering a million questions (often after hours!) without making us feel dumb, through the install and communication with excellent technicians Gavin and Osley, and finally with Haley- who is a detail oriented rock-star, professional, friendly, and extremely quick to address any questions or concerns. This process (which could have been very painful) has been exceptionally smooth and we felt supported and heard throughout! I recently switched to Carbon Valley from another company and am impressed so far. The other company did great work, but their prices were significantly higher for the same routine services. Carbon Valley charges a reasonable rate, scheduling was fast and easy, they had availability much sooner than the other company (other company's wait was two months for a routine A/C check up and Carbon Valley got me in the next week), and James was professional and kind, giving me tips to help prevent issues later on.

Very thorough job inspecting my furnace and getting it ready for winter. Kevin did a great job explaining and answering my questions, and offering detailed prices and descriptions for recommended upgrades.

James with Carbon Valley was great! We have been members with them for a few years and love their techs - always prompt, professional, filled with good advice/reccos and always so sweet to the pets who like to project manage. We highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't have an annual service plan - it's worth it!

Dale was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I'm a well informed consumer looking to purchase a top-end Furnace and AC. He was honest, and price was very good for a top of the line Carrier system. I ended up getting a deal I could not pass up from another dealer but would have purchased from Dale had that not happened.

Very pleased with my experience. Mr. Joshua Robertson was very patient with my questions, concerns and my hovering presence while he examined our HVAC system. We had to call for assistance because we experienced a leak in an upstairs bathroom that unfortunately caused water to get into our ductwork and ultimately making its way into the hvac system. He thoroughly examined our system and took internal pictures. He was able to determine from his inspection that our unit was fine. Very pleasant and professional.

James was wonderful. He serviced our furnace and answered our questions. We really appreciated his time and expertise. We would highly recommend Carbon Valley and James!

He was a polite and professional gentleman. Reasonably priced and same day service. I definitely recommend, and we'll be using them again. Thank you!

Joshua was here for most of the afternoon. I scheduled a service check of furnace and A/C. He took great pictures to show me how dirty the inside parts were, so I scheduled it all to be cleaned. Everything was clear and straightforward.

Osley was awesome. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and work ethic he showed. He did an excellent job. Don't let that one get away!

My experience was absolutely fantastic regarding my furnace inspection today. Jed explained everything thoroughly. This was such a breath of fresh air compared to the nightmare hard sell experience I had a month ago with Mighty Heating and Air. I consider Carbon Valley my new go-to furnace and air service providers!!!!! They are HONEST!!!! Jed was absolutely thorough!!!!

TJ was awesome - he was very patient, polite and knowledgeable and didn’t leave until he was certain the work he did was 100%. I’ve worked with a few electrical/HVAC companies in the area and this was by far the easiest and best experience. Will be using them from now on!

A friend recommended Carbon Valley. Although I had difficulty in scheduling an initial furnace inspection (they are very busy serving customers on maintenance plans), I found every aspect of the tech’s visit and follow up exceeded my expectations. I am so pleased that I am now a member and will receive regular AC and heating services.

Really like this company. The team did an amazing job. They are professional and high quality. The team re piped my hvac duct system in my basement to accommodate splitting my home for a 1st floor unit and a 2nd floor unit, installed 2 new furnaces and a/c units with new wifi thermostats and installed a mini split unit for my garage with a wifi thermostat. Carbon Valley will always be my go to company for all my heating and cooling needs. The team was very easy to deal with, and scheduling was quick. Stayed in touch through out the process and let me know how it was all progressing. Josh the owner is a straight shooter and is up front about pricing before work is started. Highly Recommend.
