Matt did a wonderful job removing my old furnace and installing a new one! He made sure everything worked as it should and I had heat before he left! Great customer service and high quality work!

Matt was available day of and got our swamp cooler water pump replaced easily and without stress. He even cleaned the basin of the swamp cooler and replaced our water line for free. Very professional and fast. Swamp cooler is blowing nice cold air now!

Showed up for the bid on - time. We got the bid in 24 hours. Bid was fair, so we went with them. They scheduled it for Monday - Tuesday. The job was complete on early Tuesday afternoon. Excellent communication and professionalism. A great little HVAC company that cares about their customers.

They were a no show, no call. Then I was told the plumber would not be working any more this week. Could they're scheduled u for Monday? No tx

Service and install was second to none. Ridge was our advisor and has been timely, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. We liked that Ridge and his team focused on the unit and components that would be correct for our home. He listened to our needs and discussed several options and the pros and cons of each. He has been readily available for any questions we have had throughout the process, even after the install was completed. Ron and Eddie completed our install and were timely, professional, and transparent as well. Our HVAC needed significant retrofitting and Ron explained what needed to be repaired and the reasons for it. Ron and Eddie ensured everything was functional and explained maintenance and service/parts warranties clearly before they left. Big Cat definitely has our business going forward as we are very happy with our purchase and install.

I've had really great experiences with Big Cat. The staff are polite and helpful. Today Arthur came to help with a sewer line back up. Even though it was Sunday he arrived quickly and was able to fix the problem in no time. I'd definitely recommend Big Cat if you need plumbing help.

Absolutely the best crew around!! Over the last cold snap I had my furnace go out. I Called big cat and they came out in a flash. We all know that its no cheap purchase having to get a new furnace but the crew was vary helpful on finding away to get it replaced.

During all that process of the furnace replacement the water heater decided to go out also adding insult to injury. Big Cat had the furnace and water heater replaced in less then 48hr.

The faucet I bought was complicated, but Tristan studied it, took his time, installed it, and it worked perfectly. I asked Tristan if I might call Big Cat and request that he install my front bathroom faucet as it also needs replacing. What a team--on time, professional, friendly, personable, expert--they installed my furnace and air conditioner; updated my water heater vents; and they installed the gas line for converting my electric to gas range (to get this job done in my time frame, they worked with Peak Performance—both companies put me, the customer first, that is an A+ in my gradebook!), disconnected and winterized my evaporative cooler...shall I go on?!...all in two days with impeccable efficiency. They explained every detail to me and answered my many questions with courtesy and patience. If you need it done, ask for this team. Above and Beyond--I requested service in the morning and the repairs were made by the afternoon; I also scheduled two installations to occur within the week. I am impressed with the personal, prompt, excellent service--from the receptionist who took my call to the servicemen (yes, plural). Ryan replaced my kitchen faucet, redid my evaporative cooling/sprinkler connections, and replaced my gas water heater connections. Simultaneously, Adam installed a garbage disposal, replaced a leaky washing machine connection, and repaired a bathroom sink leak. They both provided exemplary customer service and optimal work. I just wanted to say that I highly recommend big cat Plumbing they were very helpful and knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. Josh came out to look at it the Chase and Joe came to do it. It was a pretty decent sized job that I couldn't do on on my own.They came in and did what they needed to do and cleaned up their entire mess. They were very professional very polite and they even poured concrete back after they had to breakup concrete floor. I have no complaints and if I ever had to use big cats for any project I would request these two to come do it again. Fantastic and speedy service
