Ken is awesome. We have a custom home that needed a bathroom remodel. There is a custom curved glass block wall around the walk-in shower. That glass block wall is integral with the architecture of the home. Several contractors told us that they could not preserve the glass block as they rebuilt the shower. I had an ADA ( Americans with Disabilities Act) curb less access shower to install tile (as a former Flooring Contractor) on which Beaver Pans did the "Flawless" installation of the shower receptacle. In my current business as a flooring supply manager I have had many occasions to have other Tile Contractors give me their honest feedback on Ken's shower tray installation work. Without exception everyone has given "glowing reviews on Ken's outstanding quality.

We have worked with Ken (owner) of Beaver Pans for years. When building our home they installed all tile, both floor and wall tile work as well as our hardwood floors. Ken had great design ideas for both our kitchen and bath. In 2020 Ken extended the hardwood flooring in our MBR, closet and the Great Room. Ken is professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. All work was done Timely and on schedule. We highly recommend Ken and Beaver Pans!

Absolutely do not trust these guys with your windows. They have totally destroyed our house, completely ruined and left half complete and now refuse to return phone calls or emails. We are totally screwed. Paul Scheidig and Caroline Doerfler will lie and lie and lie to you. Stay far away.

Jon Base and Tim at GFR did and amazing rennovation on our residence in Fort Collins! They piped the top of the Garrage and added a master suite and then added a family room as well as ceiling vaulting and finish. They do excellent work and communicate well. Jon’s team recently tiled the bathroom floor in my 115-year-old cottage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Working in an older home always comes with surprises, but they handled everything with professionalism, creativity, and real attention to detail.
The tile work is absolutely beautiful, and the finished floor fits the character of the house perfectly. They took the time to make sure everything was level and done right, even with the quirks that come with a house this old. GFR Construction has completed 3 major projects for us and that won’t be our last. First, they came to our rescue when we had to fire our other contractor and were able to complete a major bathroom remodel in a very short time frame. Secondly, they did a complete deck tear down and expansion. Lastly, they did a full kitchen/fireplace/entry way remodel. We couldn’t be happier with the results of all of the projects.
