After purchasing repurposed cabinets in March, we waited and debated about how to settle on a layout and do the install.

Choosing DBF/Evolution Kitchens was the BEST THING we could have done. Glenn helped to work through our installation step by step. He was patient, knowledgeable, creative and resourceful.

We were quoted three weeks to do the plumbing, electrical, cabinets, counters, and backsplash. AFTER ONLY TWO WEEKS the talented team was completely done, and the results are fantastic!!!

Justin, Alfonso and Levi worked seamlessly as a team, creatively problem solving and fabricating two separate cabinets and a pantry. We couldn't be more happy with our kitchen and will gladly recommend DBF/Evolution Kitchens to anyone looking to do a top notch remodel at a great rate.

Glenn and his team made our kitchen remodel process so easy and stress free! Remodeling our kitchen is something that has been top of mind for years now. However we have been putting it off because of the stress of hiring out sub contractors and finding trustworthy labor. Evolution kitchens took the stress out of the remodel for us. Glenn mocked up a design for the kitchen and took into considerations all of our must haves, and worked with us on making sure we were getting the best value for each piece of our design. We had a wall removed to open the space, and our house truly looks unrecognizable! The crew was clean, trustworthy, and fast!!! The whole project was done in 3 weeks time. These guys were pure perfectionists, arrived on time and cleaned up every day when they left. I have been extremely impressed! Their quality of workmanship was superior. Amazing experience and the price cannot be beat. We had numerous offers to just reface our existing cabinets and keep our same terrible layout that were almost six figures. With Evolution Kitchens we got a new layout, new cabinets, new everything for almost half of the price we were quoted by other local competitors. Not to mention the quality of service from Tyson, Levi, and Alfonso was top notch.

Really great experience renovating our kitchen with Evolution Kitchens. Glenn was great from the initial call and estimates on costs and project timeline were spot on. Alfonso, Justin and the team were great throughout the process and project was completed ahead of time. Highly recommended. Old white cabinets gone with fresh new look!

It has been my dream for 9 years to do my kitchen. I was so scared that I would pick the wrong contractor. Glenn did not disappoint, he was trustworthy and the crew was fantastic. They did a stunning job. I couldn't be happier with the job. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they agreed to do a feature wall with a LED fireplace for me. It just looks beautiful and don't want to leave the house.

An incredible experience from start to finish! By the time this project was done not only were we in love with our new kitchen, but we'd come to enjoy the entire crew that made it happen. This is gonna be long, so buckle up - if you're reading this you're probably looking to get a kitchen done and I wish I'd had this feedback when shopping. It would've made the decision a lot easier/quicker.

When we decided to remodel our 9 year old kitchen, we reached out to several local companies for estimates. Having never done a remodel of this scale before we were looking for quality and a consultive partner that would help us get what we wanted out of the project. Almost every contractor that showed up wasn't that. They wanted us to have all the ideas and know the best way to approach things. Others indicated that they wouldn't change the layout, or had other reasons to minimize our vision. When Nolan from Evolution showed up though, he was professional, friendly, and consultive. He had great suggestions, taking our goals and budget into mind, guiding us along the way. The initial estimate was well below our planned budget and included everything we wanted and then some, it was almost too good to be true.

Next we set our design meeting at the Fort Collins showroom. That is where we reconnected with Nolan and got to meet Glen, the owner. They made the process fun and had amazing suggestions about finishes, color combos, and features we could add to the design to make our kitchen a functional and visual materpiece. By the time we were done we even agreed to have them do our flooring vs. using another contractor. That is when we realized, this isn't too good to be true. This is just a well run company that cares deeply about the customer experience.

Come day 1 of the project we were introduced to the entire crew that would be working on our kitchen. I think this is key for any big project. They'll be in your home for weeks, you should know every one of them on a first name basis. We reviewed the scope together, did one last check of all the layout, and they went to work... and I mean WORK! They were respectful of our space, tented everything to minimize mess, and hustled every step of the way. They carefully moved furniture and before day 1 demo was done. It was impressive to watch.

Our day-to-day contact and project lead, Jon, was phenomenal. Whether I was working from home or headed to the office he would catch me first thing in the morning, review the previous days progress, get clarification on anything we wanted, and give me a rundown of what the goals were for that day. Every other member of the team - Joseph, Levi, Miguel, Justin - were incredibly respectful, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they were doing. Our design worked in several labor-intensive, intricate custom details that they were meticulous about. They were flexible with change-orders, adding and adjusting things to fit our wishes. Watching the final result come together was a joy (at least as much as living thru a major renovation can be). The care and pride that each of them showed over the 4 weeks of our project was amazing.

When everything was wrapped up, the new appliances in place, and everything working it wasn't just a final invoice and "see ya later" - they checked in a few days later to make sure we were completely happy. We set a few small punchlist items to address, all very minor adjustments and touchups, which were scheduled promptly and addressed with the same level of care and professionalism as the rest of the project.

In the end, this was less a remodel and more of an experience. The kitchen is literally the kitchen of our dreams and better than we even envisioned it when we started.

So long story short - if you are looking for something better than just a contractor, if you want a company that is personally invested in helping you get exactly what you want. A company that is consultive, collaborative, and communicative, professional and friendly then you don't need to look any further than Evolution Kitchens!

These guys do beautiful work. They did some remodel work for me which turned out great. Also, I work for the electrical contractor that wires all of their homes. These guys are just about the most organized builders we have worked for and their homes turn out amazing. Cannot recommend enough.

Owner drives overly aggressive and nearly caused an accident today for no reason. Tried to call and discuss the manner and he told me to kick rocks. Would not recommend working with them based solely on this interaction.

Have used Ken for several projects now and he always does a great job!

Ken with Beaver pans has done several shower pans for us over the years, always does a great job and great to work with. We will continue to use his services on future projects.

We had a pan from another contractor fail in a month. We then had to jackhammer the whole pan out and the owner of Beaver Pans Knew exactly what had happened from the previous builder. He had a new pan done in several hours and the project was done in about a week with hand laid stone tile. Not one issue after 12 years of using that pan daily!
So the next house we had beaver pans, install a completely waterproof, steam shower system with stone slab sills, niches and even a window in the shower! We use the steam unit almost daily. Zero concerns of leaking or any kind of Issues.

Ken is the absolute very best! #1 by a long shot. (I know many trades people). Ken’s skills are top of the mountain - and he’s cool and nice too. Don’t hesitate to work with him!!!!
