Technician, Kyle was early to arrive in specified timeline. After I briefed him on the problem he quickly went to work diagnosing the problem. My house is 45 years old and what was common practice back then has been replaced with improved practices today. My electrical problem had to do with multiple connections in outlet boxes some with shared circuits. Kyle tried a number of ideas until he figured out.what the problem was, isolating potential problems along the way. He throughly tested his solutions until all worked as expected.
I thought it was well worth the cost to have a perplexing electrical problem solved in less than 2 hours.

Kyle was amazing!!!! Swapped light fixtures for us, installed new fixtures and cleaned up a bunch of old wires! Super professional and top notch service and work!

I had the best experience working with Luminous Electric today! I’ve always been nervous about getting help with something serious like electrical work. But my experience with Matt E. was beyond fantastic. Matt was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly fast with his work. Electrical work is always something that makes homeowners scared and worried. But Matt made our experience so comforting and educational. Kyle Larson inspected my electrical and furnace. He was very professional. He cleaned my furnace as needed. He explained the capacity of my electrical system and made suggestions as appropriate. He did a great job!

Dalton was an exceptional technician! He was so knowledgeable and competent, solved a couple of issues that I had been dealing with, fixed some problems created by some less experienced handymen that had done some work, and gave me suggestions for things to think about in the future. 100% will call him anytime I need an electrician in the future!

Alan did a great job on our electrical project. He initially provided a very comprehensive estimate and when he did the job, his work was very neat and thorough. We would definitely use him again!

Replacement of GFCI wall outlet and a damaged garbage disposal switch were handled with ease in a home 80 years old. Reassured of safety on all rewiring done today. Kyle was very knowledgeable and friendly, he answered all of my questions and gave me multiple options for what I needed done. The installation was quick and clean. He took the time to explain everything and show me everything he had to do.

I can't say enough good things about Kyle. He showed up as promised, and was very courteous. Kyle spent over an hour trying to diagnosis the problem with the electric fire place and felt the fireplace was improperly installed, the diagram with the unit showed it did not have an external on\off switch and no thermostat. I look forward to seeing him again.

Booked Luminous through Thumbtack. They were extremely responsive. Kyle came out to do an evaluation of our breaker and furnace because it was sporadically tripping.
