Collins Control services whole house generator motors in the Big Thompson Canyon and Estes Park areas. They are very professional and do a great job.

This is how a business should be ran! EXCELLENT customer service and extremely friendly staff. I own a couple of businesses and I get frustrated at the lack of customer service in todays world. These guys/gals do it right! They have my electrical business going forward!

I would leave 6 stars if I could. The workers are great and describe what they need to do and why. Ty is prompt, kind, and incredibly professional.

Experience from start to finish was terrific. They returned calls, showed up when they said they would, explained everything, answered questions. No complaints, highly recommended.

Collins Control did a project to wire an HDTV outlet and ethernet cable from a hallway to the church office. Their electrical remodel & upgrade skills were excellent, primarily because they listen to your requirements. Highly recommended .

Professional, on-time, courteous and helpful. Would recommend them. They installed a Generac generator for our house in 2 days and coordinated the other services needed for the installation! Great service and follow-up.

We hired Collins Control based on limited information and a recommendation from Generac as a listed service provider. We are very happy we did. This company came when they were scheduled and they were courteous and professional. The quality of the installation is very apparent. I worked with Collins re: installation of a Generac whole house backup generator with auto transfer switch. They did the entire project from site planning, working with Boulder County on permits, and coordinating the final inspection. The unit was installed on time and on budget, and passed inspection without issue. Good communication with the HQ office. Their install team - Wes, Dan, and Jorge - maintained a neat and orderly work site and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them without question.

The team effort from Collins was amazing. From the professional (and fun!) pre-sale support that Donnie provided, to the permitting and installation process coordinated by the entire team, they made me feel like I was their most important customer ever. And the timing couldn't have been better because the final go live was on a Wednesday and we had 40" of snow and a power outage the next day. The new Generac kicked on and powered our entire home for over four hours until the electricity was restored. We love it!

Collins installed a home back generator for me. The generator works perfect when power went out. Its so nice not having to be without power when it goes out. The work crew installers were awesome. As it turned out coincidentally one of my underground power legs went out to my shop. They were able to locate the break and fix it for us. It was a tough break to find and turned into big job but they were tenacious and got it fixed for me. I could not have asked for better service than Collins gave me. I highly recommend you use them if you want it done right. Thank you to all the guys there.
