We had a major basement remodel and James at Grason Electric was the best contractor we ever hired. Not only was he able to work along side the construction crew with ease but by the end of the job my kids were calling him Uncle James and it was like he became part of our extended family. He is very personable, honest, punctual, and has a lot of pride in his work. His attention to detail and doing the job right the first time is very admirable. If you need an electrician look no further.

James is the best! He has done several projects for me and has always provided the best service and professionalism that I have ever had from any other electrician. James did the electrical for a remodel we did. I was impressed with every aspect of the work: the quality, the thoughtfulness, the awareness of cost/benefit, the attitude with which he worked… I’ll definitely use him again. One of the things that stood out was his willingness to jump in and help get some things set up, like our mesh wireless and Nest doorbell… which reminds me: he has a LOT of knowledge of different systems and capabilities that was quite helpful.

James and his crew at Grason Electric are Amazing to say the least! I recently had a large commercial 3 phase upgrade to my business. Initially I had hired another contractor to do the work, but quickly realized he was going to be a major problem. Someone recommended James to me and had him come take a look at what I had going on. Even though the job was quite large and time consuming, they were able to sqeeze me into their schedule pretty quick.
I had some coplexed control wiring that needed done as well to a used piece of equipment I had purchased. James and a Tech of his Chris are some of the best Ive ever seen in the business. James is there long after the project is finished for any questions you might have. Will definitely be returning for their services in the future when needed.

I emailed them directly with my issues zero response. I never used them as a company they sent out one of the most rude people I have ever been in contact with as a bussiness owner it immediately turned me off. The guy was rude to me and to the city workers that where there. They keep sending me these things to send them a review I have ignored it twice. Great solid work from Chadwick Homes electricians! Did not overcharge for the Job and was solid craftsmenship.

We wanted to have an outlet installed in our living room floor before new carpet. When we got the price from our contractor we were "floored" and were going to settle with an extension cord. A neighbor recommended Chadwicks. Chadwicks prices were more than 70% LESS than our contractor was charging!!! Chadwicks was timely, very knowledgeable with connecting the electricity with very little disruption of floor boards or sheetrock. They worked well with the carpet layers, went the extra mile to have another worker come in to complete the job quickly and even charged less than what was quoted! I highly recommend them!

Came out within 15 minutes of calling. Worked with Zach Johnson who was professional and courteous. Walked me through the process and helped me learn more about the configuration of the circuits in my house to help diagnose any future problems (including if my lovely dog chews through a power cable).

I had a couple of ceiling fans installed by Chadwick. Blake showed up right on time, and after inspecting the two fan’s existing wiring, he realized that the jobs would take longer than usual. He reached out to Tad Chadwick, who quickly arrived to tackle one of the installations while Blake worked on the first. Excellent customer-first service! The next day, one of the fans developed a clicking sound in its motor, so Blake deinstalled it, took it to Home Depot for a new replacement, and then reinstalled the new motor. Again, superior customer service! These guys do it the way it’s supposed to be done. They have my business going forward.

Our project was completed just as requested and ahead of schedule! The guys who came out were very professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend Chadwick to anyone looking for a good, reliable electrician.

Excellent service at a fraction of the cost. Got a quote from Lighten Up to convert a range outlet from 240 to 110, install an outlet in our mud room for a freezer, and install an outlet under our sink for a water filter. Their price? $2300. Chadwick's price? $561. Service was completed quickly and done well.

Had can lights installed in kitchen, hall and living room and an electric socket moved in the washing room. Their work was great, and they were on time and efficient. The involved me with all the decision of where to put the lights. Before leaving, they made sure that I was satisfied with the work they had done and made sure to let me know about the warranty of their work. The only thing I would have done different is asked for a break down of the the work, installation and supplies. But that is totally on me and not them. Would highly recommend them again and will use them in the future for electrical needs.

Chadwick’s is a great company. I called on a Sunday because my electric stove burned out and I was concerned about safety in the house wiring. I had never used Chadwick’s but he didn’t hesitate to come over to check everything out and was extremely thorough and professional - especially considering he had to come over on a Sunday! I’ll certainly use them again.
