We have had several electrical problems in our rental property since we moved in at the end of the summer, specifically our outdoor lights and outlets in one of the bedrooms were not operational. Our property management had originally quoted the repairs at over $5,000 and we didn’t think it would be possible to have a fix during our lease. Trevor and Tony came over to inspect the lights and get a new quote for the outlets. Within two hours they had solved all of the issues in the house. The lights were fixed and fixtures replaced. They checked the basement outlets and found a safety hazard that was causing the outlet malfunction and immediately fixed it, which returned power to the entire bedroom. I called James for a garage heater install. He arrived when he said he would, was very efficient and professional, and the end result was great. The wiring was very tidy and his invoice was fair.
