Always extremely great dealing with Jim. Great communication, respectful of my house (personal house this time around) and gets done exactly what I need. I never question work being done the right way or with corners being cut. I always recommend Jim to all my potential home owners and new home owners I've worked with!

These guys are amazing. I had them replace my baseboard heaters with electric forced air fan heaters as well as install some recessed lighting in my house. They are extremely efficient. Also kept in great contact with me throughout the two day project with questions and great ideas about how things would look and better placement for the heaters and lights that I would not have thought of. I will recommend on call electric to any of my friends and would never stray from them with electric needs. Their whole crew is fantastic and put their full minds and energy into giving the best work possible. Really a great company to have work done in the house. Very invested in the project they are working on.

I called about having what I thought to be a faulty light fixture replaced. The receptionist was very kind and had my appointment setup for the next morning. Jim came by and discovered that it was actually the switch. He quickly repaired the issue and had my light working well within 1/2 hour. He even repackaged the replacement light fixture I had purchased for return to help save me more money. Timely, fast and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend On Call to friends and family.

Incredibly satisfied. Called them on a Sunday because the previous electrician I scheduled couldn't come in until Thursday. Left a message. Received a call back in about 10 minutes; scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jim was super polite, super personal, and super helpful. Resolved the issue promptly and charged WAY less than I was expecting to pay. Will definitely be using them again (though hopefully not too soon :)

Jim has done several jobs for us this summer, including installing a 240 volt circuit for an electric water heater, installing an EV charger, and installing a remote switch for a bathroom light. In each case, he came over within a few days to provide a quote and scheduled the work within a week or two. He showed up on time, explained the work he was doing in terms we could understand, and did the work quickly and professionally. I was surprised and happy that when two of the jobs took less time than he had anticipated, he actually billed us for less than the quoted price. We cannot remember another service professional who charged less than the quoted price. Additionally, Jim is just a nice guy. I will certainly use On Call for any future electrical work that I need done.

Driver riding the fast lane at 65mph in a 75 on saturday 8-22-20 1:46pm on I-25 @ exit 243 northbound. Hazard to other drivers by causing rapid slow downs and being unwilling to move out of the lane per state law.

Where to begin...? Well the one good thing is that Mike arrived on time for the appointment so that was appreciated. However, the professionalism ended there. I had a small office lighting job that I needed an estimate for. He was sure to tell me that he didn't do small jobs like it was somehow beneath him. I was clear in my email what I needed so not sure why he even bothered showing up to give an estimate if small jobs were a no go. Then when I shared I knew how to do some basic electrical work he was very condescending "you mean like changing light bulbs?" Not sure if this was due to the fact that I am a woman or what. But really what finally prompted this review is that it is now 2 days later and he has not emailed me the estimate that was promised. I definitely would not have gone with Kenny's Electric anyway as they were $250 more (based on verbal price) than other estimates AND condescending but just being professional would've saved them and me writing this review.

Very good quality of work. Tech was responsive to all of our calls with texts or direct return calls, mostly calls and was always on time. He was very careful and conscientious in his work and always polite. We plan to use Always Gold Electrical on all of our electrical needs.

Joe responded well to our enquiry for a replacement of my electric heating system. Their advice was good as we felt confident that the solution and products recommended were fit for purpose. The installers turned up on time as promised and did it well.

Great job fixing a really complicated issue.
