Originally this contractor was the installer for our house builder. Thankfully he continues to assist the homeowners in this subdivision when electrical issues arise. Ernie has continued to provide us with reliable, professional and friendly service when needed.

Ernie and company are very competent at remodeling work and all the challenges that come with that. If they can handle that kind of project, they can handle anything! They will get it done right and have even been known to make trips to the job site that don't get billed, even though I mostly contract hourly.
They're a trustworthy bunch of good guys.

I was referred to Avery by family following our house fire. Because of the fact that we had to rebuild the entire house, we crossed paths with Quite a few contractors. I gotta say these folks Were the most reliable and considerate of them all. They stuck with us for over a year while we battled insurance and once we were finally ready to start, they showed up on time with out excuses, they worked with my needs, they were patient and forgiving with my lack of knowledge and walked me through every step including coordinating the new power meter from xcel. I was blown away when, Unlike most of the other contractors, their estimate stayed the same even after the long delay. I have given a lot of reviews in my time, but this is one of the few times I wish there were more stars to give! Perfect workmanship, Great price, Amazing customer service. We hired Avery Electric to do the electrical wiring in our new kitchen remodel. Just couldn’t be more pleased. The owner, Ernie Scholz was so professional and just a pleasure to work with. Top quality work every time. I can’t say enough about the excellent service Ernie has provided over the years. Diagnosed several issues with the aluminum wiring in our house, correcting years of problems. From faulty lighting to broken outlets to electrical panel work, he can do it all. Great value for top quality work, would definitely recommend!

Avery Electric and the owner were awesome! They worked with our schedule, gave us a good clear estimate, worked with our HOA in order to get our exterior work approved, and were very efficient. The finished work is awesome and would hire them again in an instant.

After losing power to my home, the city electricians gave me a scare that I might need to replace the full main breaker panel. After a call to Ernie, he was at my place the next morning and gave me full reassurance that the panel was in good shape, saving me $500. My husband and I have been building a custom home over the last 6 months and while building a house can be stressful, Avery electric made the process so much smoother. Our contractor normally uses another electrician, but we knew that our forever home had to be done by Avery Electric. They were there for every step of the process - from design to the final beautiful installation. My husband and I previously worked on another project by ourselves and had to deal with county inspections which was a long back and forth process. During Avery's electric county inspections, we were impressed to see that there were NO findings and we heard from the inspector that it was refreshing to see work done with such expertise and professionalism. Would highly recommend them for any project be it a large one like what we went through or even a small one. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Ernie and his Avery Electric team did a great job routing Xfinity fiber from the exterior garage wall to my downstairs computer office in the basement on tne opposite end of the house, and running Cat8 network cable from this computer office to everywhere else it was needed. I've worked with them several times over the years on electrical installations and was always happy with the results. I STRONGLY recommend them !!!
