Recently had a breaker go out on us and needed a replacement as well as a full electrical assessment on the house. Caleb was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond to replace a few outlets for us as well as to replace the plug for our A/C unit. Our home is much safer and we will be calling to schedule further electrical work very soon. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. As a first time homeowner, finding companies who I feel respect my time and my wallet is extremely important to me, and Titus will be my go to for all future electrical projects.

We found Titus from online reviews and a neighbor's suggestion, and they were great. Greg is super capable and professional (our dogs loved him completely). The price for the work seemed fair, and it was all completed flawlessly... nothing but a positive vibe!

The service from this company has to be one of the best services I have ever experienced! I got to talk to somebody immediately - they came the next day to provide guidance on service recommended/a quote - Brennon did this and was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. Within minutes of him leaving Titus called to schedule the team to come the next day - Matt and Logan did so amazing too - the lighting was PERFECT the way they centered/how much they had the chain drop down, they asked for my opinion too when doing it - and were so trustworthy, hardworking and knowledgeable with doing everything from dimmers to recess lighting. Now the highlight of our remodeled home is the lighting - look how great it looks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company - no wonder why they are rated highest on google!

I had a fantastic experience with getting my EV charger installed recently! The technician, Brennon, was great --- informative, personable, and very thorough! He gave me some helpful ideas for the future for my electrical box but was not "upselling" in any way. He seemed sincere and trustworthy. He even added a military discount after discovering i was a Marine vet during our time together. Also, when scheduling the service, I was told about available coupons and rebates.

I knew it was going to be a different experience when the first voice I heard on the phone asked, "... how can i make you smile today ...". She did it with that phrase alone! 😃 I highly recommend Titus for your electrical needs!!

We had a very good experience with Titus Electrical starting with Elizabeth who worked with us to specify what we needed and scheduling. Brennon the electrician, had the patience of a saint ensuring our linear fixture was level, which was challenging. The follow-up with Becca was thorough and reassured us they care about their customers. Overall, all employees we interacted with were professional and a pleasure to work with.

We recently had a good amount of work done by Titus and couldn’t be happier with the results. A full panel replacement, whole house surge protector, a sub panel added, and an EV charger install. The price was comparable to quotes we got from other places, but Titus offered a better warranty on their work and included upgrading some of the generator wiring, adding an outlet in the basement, and hanging the EV wall unit, which the other companies said would be extra. Titus communicated well through the process, worked with the inspectors and the power company, and took the time to really understand our needs.

Caleb was great! He walked us through the process of having our electrical panel changed out. Did a thorough job doing a walkthrough & seeing what else was needed or should be done. Logan and Bobby did the install and did a great job as well. They made sure we had generator power to our fridge & freezer and also our wifi/modem so I could continue to work from home! They worked quickly and were well organized. Our new panel is neatly labeled- can’t tell you how much that means! Simple thing, but very important to us! Everyone was very friendly and kind -answered all our questions. We highly recommend Titus! If we ever need any more electrical work done- they’re the ones we’ll work with!

We had a handy man install lights and switches and it’s a miracle the house didn’t catch on fire. When everything stopped working the following day, we called Titus electrical and they sent Chris our way. He was incredibly professional, clearly excellent at his job and was able to diagnose all the issues immediately and fix everything for us. Worth every penny for the peace of mind. Titus Electric, specifically, Brennon, Bobby, and Logan did an outstanding job installing the can LED lights in my kitchen and relocating a ceiling fixture! Had a small job to replace a ceiling fixture, extend that line, and hang a new fixture. Chris did a great job, double checked with me on placement, prior to cutting drywall, explained everything well, and had lots of recommendations/explanations on my panel. Would highly recommend Titus and Chris!

Brian and the guys at King Electric did an outstanding job for us. We are installing a large CNC and the previous electricians left the job before connecting. With the machine installer dead in the water until the power got connected I called every company I could. The manager at King electric immediately rearranged their schedule and had Brian at our shop within a hour.

Had King Electric come out to do a subpanel install. They had the most competitive quote and did an excellent job. Jake and Tony came out to do the work and were on time, did a clean and tidy install and answered any questions I had. Will absolutely use them again for any electrical work I need.

Jake came out recently and did an estimate for me for several electrical projects. He was personable, professional, patient, and careful to explain things in a helpful way, without making me feel bad for not knowing how to reset the switch correctly. Such a kind guy! He showed me how to reset the switch on my fuse box, and now the circuit with my refrigerator on it is working again beautifully. I am looking forward to having him come out over the next few weeks and months as I schedule the projects I got estimates on. I would definitely recommend working with King Electric, and especially Jake!

Mike Walker of King Electric just finished a job at my house. The perfect combination of expertise and customer-centric service made for an excellent experience. I’ve had a panel upgrade from Brian and a 240V socket built out from Cisco and Brian, in addition to quotes and some smaller services. They’ve always been on-time, professional, friendly, and, most importantly, everything they’ve done so far has worked flawlessly. They’ve also given me a lot of helpful advice on future work, and while I’m not an expert I know enough to know the advice is good and not a sales job. I have a few more services coming up, so I’ll update if needed, but I fully recommend KE due to the work these two have provided.
