The guys at Advanced are quick and easy to work with. They've repaired several sprinkler valves, broken pipes and do our blowout every year. Very happy with their service.

Advanced Landscaping and Sprinklers, Inc. did an amazing job on our outdoor patio project. They worked tirelessly for days to haul off pea gravel, bring in new soil, excavate the entire back yard, and bring in new trim and rock, as well as custom fit flagstone. This project was completed within budget and in record time. To top it all off, the company answered the phone, and called us back within hours of initiating contact, a rarity especially given the fact that it is winter and a holiday season! They stayed in touch over the weekend for scheduling and even finished the job ahead of schedule. The company hires the best team, they are professional, reliable, and unbelievably nice. These guys were very prompt, very reasonable and knowledgeable. Dre came to fix a valve, turns out I just needed educated. While he was here he changed out a sprinkler head and now we don't have so much overspray. I think he did a great job and deserves some kudos for being so efficient and very friendly. Thanks advanced lawn, I will definitely be using your services in the future!

We had an issues with multiple sprinkler heads not working so we called Advanced.
They sent service tech Dre to our home today and I couldn’t be more impressed!
He is a Knowledgable technician who fixed our issue within the first 30 min.
Dre is extremely friendly, respectful and professional.
Great “face of the company” type employee and should definitely do what you can to keep him around.

I had some flooding in my yard due to run-off from my neighbor's yard, and needed a French drain. I spent about 5 minutes trying to dig it myself before I gave up because of the horrible clay we have here.

James and his team quoted me a very fair price and they had a large crew come out and they completed the drain in no time! The drain has been working very well, saving my plants from drowning and that section of my yard from flooding. I would recommend Advanced to anyone who wants the job done right the first time, at a great price.

We had an excellent experience with Advanced Landscaping & Sprinklers. We hired them to replace the sod in our front and back yards and on the easements around our house. The entire team was professional, punctual, and worked tirelessly. The work was completed on budget and on time. We made a few new requests at the last minute. They were very accommodating and flexible. They also reprogrammed our sprinkler system and made sure they worked as programmed. We're very pleased with their work and do recommend them. And we are thrilled with our gorgeous, green lawn!

As a business owner, James was responsive to my questions before and after the bid process. His crew, led by Adam, were professional, easy to talk with, hard working, and paid attention to details.

We had a mess of a backyard, and a relatively large one at that. The team did an excellent job with the design of our landscape, removal of a lot of debris, grading and leveling the areas that needed attention, and installing the irrigation system and new sod. Adam and team accommodated my requests for changes in stride, and the costs felt very fair for the work performed.

Advanced transformed our back yard from one of shame to one of pride! We’re still in the stage of allowing the sod to take root, but I’m confident that the work was done to meet my high standards. And, if we have any issues, I’m also sure that James, Adam, and team will help me out.

I’d happily call them first for any future landscape-related projects.

The team at Advanced Landscaping & Sprinklers not only does a fantastic job with my yearly sprinkler needs, they saved my wind blown listing tree from falling in my neighbor’s yard. I was so worried that I would lose the tree after the wind blew it towards horizontal. And shortly after my call, Audrey and James dispatched a team to return the tree to standing and stake it in place, hopefully prolonging its life. They are so responsive, kind, and accommodating! High quality service for a great price.

I highly recommend Advanced Landscaping! Adam and the crew were timely, professional and a pleasure to work with! We had been struggling with a bad original landscaping install from a shady landscaper for over 3 years. Bad sprinkler install and he had put our sod down on construction dirt with no mitigation so the yard struggled year after year. Advanced came in and put in a state of the art sprinkler system, removed our old sod, tilled in new soil and placed new sod. They also got rid of a useless grass area and prepped it for us to put in raised beds next year as well as planting a new tree, extending our row for privacy.
They know their stuff and were able to answer my ongoing questions concerning continued success with the yard as a whole. I will let the pictures do some of the talking. Here are some before and after shots as well as during the process. Great job!!!

James and his fantastic crew were professional, experienced, didn't rush the job and worked hard to complete the yard to our satisfaction. They've been quick to respond when we needed our sprinkler heads adjusted or had questions after the job was complete. They do what they promise and have rock solid customer service!

Advanced diagnosed a problem with my sprinkler system earlier this year and offered to repair it. Then we discussed replacing the entire system. Great investment with the new system and the high efficiency sprinkler heads we save from 33% to 50% water usage per month since the install in June. They just came and did the winterization. Great people always friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

We had our yard changed to Xericacape. The Crew did everything I asked them to do and more. When they put in the pathway in the back yard. They moved the existing rock to an area of the yard that needed more rocks and then smoothed the rocks out, so I didn't have to. Andrew made sure I was happy with everything he and the crew did. If I asked to have things done differently, he had no problem with doing it the way I wanted it done. I had the creek bed running differently than it was on the plan. I'm so glad we chose Advanced Landscaping & Sprinklers. I will be recommend them to all my family and friends.

We had a leak at a junction box and at a tee point, all under sod. Precision answered my call quickly, came out the next morning and had everything fixed while I worked. I was provided with photos and kept up to date. Could not be happier with the service, thank you!

Love the work Eric and his team did at Precision with our back yard - they built a custom fire pit w flagstone, breeze pathway, new edging, and moved our raised beds in a much better location!

Joseph did a great job improving our current landscape design. We added a pond with rocks/stone to integrate it into our current landscaping. I love how peaceful my backyard is now.
