Professional, courteous, and a hard working crew. We had our property completely redone and we leaned heavily on Eric for design input. Everything was well explained and there were no surprises. Excellent communication. Would not hesitate to recommend or do business with again. Thank you Precision LLC.

EDIT: All is true from our initial business. But on the backend we had some very simple work that we needed done on our flagstone path. I sent dozens of emails, pictures, and communicated with a person there all to no avail. We had one miscommunication on our end but there was also a no call no show on their end. I've never spent as much time communicating with a business and not had any work done. I was able to get a referral to a smaller company from them, which was appreciated.

Eric and his team did a fantastic job building up a concrete retaining wall and patio with pavers. Eric was a always available to answer all my questions and help throughout the process. We made last minute changes and he made sure we were happy. Carter managed the team very well and the crew always showed up on time each day. Brigid in the billing department was organized with emails. We also had sod and irrigation installed and are looking forward to using Precision again to add plants in our landscape. Thank you!!

I would like to thank you all (especially Mitchell, Pedro and Eric) for your incredible guidance and work effort in a much needed "new sprinkler system". The honesty, professionalism and paying attention to details was absolutely unbelievable. When Mitchell first arrived with a plan and a budget, I knew I was making the right decision because I instantly could tell, he was an honest guy. Replacing an entire system was costly, however, they worked with me and answered many questions to help me through the whole process. Based on previous and "costly household fixes", I finally got it right with this company. I know I made the right decision and I appreciate so much the care this company took. Watching Pedro and his crew as hard as they did was amazing and I would highly recommend Precision Sprinkler to everyone!

I made a mistake in writing this review before receiving an invoice and seeing how the system would actually work. I was quoted a bid that was not honored by the company and for a large property they installed and designed a system that would require me to basically water 24-7. My water bill tripled and after a summer of pure frustration trying to get Precision to fix, we gave up and asked another company to evaluate what we got for almost $23,000.00. It will costs $1000's more to redo the bad design and change out heads...Back to hand watering many areas that was suppose to be taken care of. The only thing that turned out to be accurate with my original post, the workers that came were great. The administration of this company was the most disappointing and showed no true desire to fix what was designed by them.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have worked with Precision on several Associations through HOA management. Riley and Joseph are great to work with and their response time is impeccable. They do a fabulous job working with the various boards and all of the homeowners. Their patio home service and mowing and snow removal crews are great. We are grateful for their hard work.

We worked with Carter this past spring to landscape our small yard from scratch. He made great suggestions after listening to our ideas. The crew who came out were thorough and did a great job...it was tough work and we appreciate them. Carter was extremely helpful, professional and patient though the whole process and was responsive through calls and email. Riley also came to help while in the area and adjusted a sprinkler for us - so helpful. The plants and trees look good after their first summer. We will call on them again next spring to plant a few more trees. We had a great experience with the landscape team.

Erik was super knowledgeable, detailed and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured for additional add-on's, although we did because it made sense and we were 100% comfortable with the decision and it proved correct! In addition, the crew was on time EVERY morning from start to finish over the two week process. The were very professional and had a high attention to detail and cleanliness as well. We would (and have multiple times already) recommend Precision Landscape to anyone in the NoCO area!

Had an awesome experience working with Eric and team at Precision Landscaping and would highly recommend them! We had a paver patio installed by another landscaper in town that went through major settling issues and needed to be completely replaced. Eric and his crew went above and beyond rebuilding the patio and extending it, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Throughout the process, the communication and professionalism were top-notch. I have nothing but good things to say about working with Eric. He is super knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. He walked us through all the steps of replacing our patio, giving us insights and suggestions, and ultimately executed everything on time and within our budget.

The crew was also amazing: on time, very professional, and executed the project on schedule even with some unforeseen issues that popped up. They promptly adjusted and came up with solutions, and we’re so happy with how it turned out!

Precision has handled our maintenance for our HOA for two year's. The lack of pride in their workmanship shows. They consistently miss mowing parts of the lawn and areas they trim. They've missed/forgotten to mow entire front lawns.This year when fertilizing they burned a 1 foot by 3 foot spot in the grass after the first application. The second application they used a drop spreader and you could see the path they took throughout the lawns. They didn't apply it to the entire lawn. The weed control is non existent.

Snow removal is just as poor. They don't clear your entire driveway.

You have better choices in Northern Colorado.

Precision landscape and Maintenance is excellent company. They did great job at my home. Eric is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. I 100% recommend this company!

The work done at Aspen Leaf this summer has been far from precise. I have called to voice my concern and it went unreturned. They work too quickly without adjusting their equipment resulting in a wide variety of blade length. They will kill certain areas from cutting it too short and other areas are 7"-8" after the cut. They run over trash and leave it in the lawn afterwards. They will blow mulch out of gardens and leave the mulch and dead grass clippings in the lawn. They have mismanaged the sprinkler system. It will come on during the day and misses large parts of the lawn. Truly poor work

Eric and his crew did an amazing job. Eric spent lots of time with my wife and I helping design and give us the best layout. Very involved from start to finish. Crew was professional and worked their tails off. Highly recommend!!

These guys are incredibly disrespectful of your property. They came out today to blow leaves at the apartment complex I live in, and completely annihilated all of my plants and blew multiple items off of my patio and into their leaf piles, during the process. When I called the front office to tell them about this, they informed me that the contractors didn’t tell them they were going to do this today, which is why they didn’t give residents a heads up. If I would’ve had a heads up, I could’ve pulled my stuff in and prevented this entirely. Instead, they saw patios full of plants and decor and thought it was a good idea to just blow everything around, even though they clearly saw all of the stuff. They broke multiple planted pots and stripped a number of my plants that survived their pots breaking. On top of them destroying my plants, I also had to sift through their leaf piles to find the items of decor that they blew off of my patio. I really hope my apartment complex finds a different contractor, one who is more respectful of residents property.

Eric and team at Precision are top notch. Eric is phenomenal to work with and very knowledgable. His crew did an amazing job executing on our back patio and landscaping updates. They do exceptional work, are very courteous, timely and efficient while remaining very detailed. We highly recommend working with them for any patio or landscaping work!!

I don't understand how employees can think this is even satisfactory (not good) work. These pictures are from two separate days this past week - Wednesday and Friday - and is how the sidewalks looked after 5-12 hours. This has happened before and I've contacted our property management company but it never makes a difference. Perhaps Landscape is more conscientious with single family and corporate clients, but when one is paying $380/mo in HOA dues, one expects something better than this.
I cannot recommend Precision Landscape and Maintenance.

Eric did an amazing job from start to finish. He came over to give me a consult and I could tell he had great vision from the start. I told him to just do his thing, that I trusted him. He designed my side yard landscape form the ground up, turning a wasteland into a creative and pleasant space. Him and his guys were quick and clean and all my neighbors have complemented our new side yard. 10/10

We have always used Precision for minor maintenance items and that is what won us over to choose them for our next landscape project. Other landscapers don't have time for minor items. Mitch was amazing to work with! He was great to collaborate with and was willing to share his ideas and built on ours which led to an amazing outcome! We had so many compliments from neighbors throughout the process of how polite the crew was and quiet. They were on time every day, cleaned up each day, and fun to be around. We knew we did not need to worry when we chose Precision and they are worth every penny! Thank you for making our backyard our oasis!

We hired Precision to build out a fireplace, arbor and string lights in our backyard. We provided Eric some designs that we liked and he came back with several options. We ended up going with an approach we had not considered. The team was great, on time (even early) every day. Communication was great. We have lived in Fort Collins for almost three years and hired over 10 contractors. Precision and one other are the only two I would recommend, and for Precision, I would not hesitate.

Precision did a large project including new patio, new walkway, and extensive landscaping. They have been fantastic to work with from initial discussion to landscape design and implementation. This was a 6+ week project and the crews were great throughout. The attention to detail was amazing and the final result looks awesome. I can not say enough about how pleased we have been in every step of the process.

I would highly recommend Precision for any landscaping needs. Eric was great to work with! His vision for my space was exactly what I wanted and I love everything he and his team did! I couldn’t be happier :)
