We recently used Hagen's Junk Removal to haul away a hot tub. They were able to make an appointment to haul it away within a couple of days. They were courteous, professional and fair priced.

I want to give a personal big thank you to Hagen’s Junk Removal Company! I currently work as a property manager and a little while ago I contacted Hagen’s Junk removal to help clear out some units for us at one of the facilities I was working at in Fort Collins before I moved back down to now work in the Denver/Aurora Metro area. They did an amazing job! Not only clearing out the units but I was also amazed by their professionalism and communication!

I was able to ask our team to help add this company to our management’s vendors list for this new year and on going.

I Cannot express how grateful we are for Hagens junk removal!! They came to get trash while we were moving and they took a giant weight off our shoulders taking junk furniture and trash. Taylor and his crew were very nice and professional. They were also extremely quick and worked very efficiently! All around fantastic service, great price, and friendly people. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone we know!!

They are the best!! From the first phone call with questions and setting up the appointment to them driving off, everyone we delt with was professional and kind. We had an old hot tub that they cut apart and loaded on their truck along with a few other items. They did it all in about 40 minutes (2-man crew)! Prices were reasonable and fair. We will definitely be recommending them and will use them again!

Hagen's Junk Removal was able to provide an estimate, and then clean out a massive estate all within a week.
Taylor was great. He gave daily updates, photos and video, and I could tell he took pride in doing good work.
I am giving him and his team 5 stars. If I ever need more stuff moved in the future, I would 100% use Hagen's Junk removal again.

Our refrigerator in our basement failed and Hagens Junk Removal was the first business to come up when I did a search for removal of my fridge. I read their website and immediately wanted to use them to pick up our fridge and other items we gathered in decluttering our home. The main reason is because they take the time to sort items for donation and recycling prior to disposal of remaining items. I hate waste and appreciate Hagens for taking this extra step in junk removal. I called Taylor and we coordinated a time for pickup, and his team came out today and got the job done very quickly and efficiently. They are fine young men, very courteous and professional. We still have a little decluttering left and will be calling Hagens to come and remove it in the near future. Thanks again to Taylor and his team.

We had an old 83” Mitsubishi TV from 2011 that needed to go—it was huge, bulky, and in the way. Scheduling online on Saturday for a pickup Monday morning was super easy. The crew showed up on time, were very professional, and had it gone in no time. The price was very reasonable, and I was happy to leave a tip. I’d definitely use this company again and highly recommend them!

Thank you so much!! The guys cut up my hot tub that was trapped in my basement and hauled it away PLUS grabbed all of my remodel trash and greatly reduced my mess!!

Very speedy and careful service! I had an oversized sectional and ottoman i needed removed. as a mom of a toddler (and pregnant) this was impossible for me to take on. Two gentleman came from Hagen's came out to remove this monstrosity for me! They were kind, quick, and professional! My 4 yr old was admiring their truck and they were all smiles for her! Communication was great with these guys. They spent time in the first call providing information and what we could expect. Taylor always let us know the schedule and sent receipts promptly. We threw a big job at them — remote location, stairs, heavy items, and mice! They did a really nice, thorough job.

Honest, Helpful, and Truly Professional

We had Hagen’s Trash Removal come out recently, and from start to finish, they were everything you’d hope for—friendly, helpful, and impressively clean. They even took the time to cover their feet before stepping into our home. That kind of respect for our space did not go unnoticed.

But what really stood out—what truly earned our respect—was their integrity.

We had paid in cash and accidentally overpaid by $100. We didn’t realize it… but they did. And about 30 minutes later, they showed back up. At first, we were confused—until they walked up and handed us back the money, no questions asked. No hesitation. Just honesty.

That level of character is rare these days.

We don’t remember their names, but the guys who helped us are in the photo we posted with this review. They deserve all the credit. If you’re thinking of using Hagen’s, do it. Good people still exist—and they work here.
